I am thoroughly impressed with Guaranty! They always do great work, but this last visit really cemented it for me.Michelle is a lovely person - she's pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. She's been there since I started using the shop a few years ago. I have a lot of respect for businesses that have consistency in terms of staffing. It's a "green flag," and tells me that a business treats their people right if they stick around for a long time. The other employees I interacted with were also very kind.I called for a quote and they got me in super fast, 2 days later. The quote was already reasonable and matched what I anticipated for the service, but it ended up being way less expensive - literally 1/3 the cost I figured it would be. You rarely go to a shop and end up spending less money than you think They were so accommodating, too. I couldn't find alternate transportation, so they took me in immediately, which was so incredibly nice of them. No joke, I was in and out in like 20 minutes.TL:DR: I had a wonderful experience! The folks I dealt with are so nice; I came in under budget and my car was fixed unbelievably fast. I can't speak more highly of this shop. They are phenomenal!

Our Toyota Corolla needed a new alternator; I've never been to Guaranty Auto before, so I called and got a quote. It was right on the money as I'd called other places. They were able to get the car back to us today, and they changed the oil for us as well because they noticed it needed to be done; it was past due, so we were grateful for their attention to our car. They did an excellent job, were courteous and honest!

I had an accident this weekend and took my car to the car repair place that I always take in Clinton. I asked an estimate and the owner gave a first a price range and then it kept changing. So I decided to get another opinion and went to Guaranty Auto sales and talked with Lorne Almeida. He explained me all the options and the price that he gave me 4 times cheaper than the place where I thought I was getting a good service all these years.It is obvious that I have no clue about repair prices and he could very easily tell me the same price or more but he is such a honest business man, not only he was explaining me everything, he repaired my car 4 times cheaper. It is very hard to find people and business like this with integrity, honesty and excellent service. I will never go any other place from now and on. If you go there for a service, you will see what I mean. Never have to be worried if you are getting over charged or something you don t need would be done.Everyone in that place was very helpful, from the front desk lady to the repair guys.I recommend them 100% .Ozlem D.

Worked quickly to repair damages from an auto accident. Worked directly with our insurance company and repairs were done right the first time.We drove to Vermont same day we picked up the vehicle, then up and down mountains, and back home a week later with no problems.

If you're looking for an auto shop that will repair what's broken only and not over charge, this is the place. Had my wife's car in for what we thought would be expensive steering and parking brake issues. They knew exactly what the problem was on both items and repaired them faster and cheaper than what another shop in town quoted us. Also had my vehicle in for an exhaust manifold leak. New bolts, gasket and heat shield and only replace what needed to be replaced. Great service!!!

I started bringing my vehicles here a little over 2 years ago. These guys are top notch, always honest, professional, know what they re talking about. I ve brought them everything from oil changes to no start problems that have everyone else stumped and they ve been able to do it all. Once again, these folks have proven to be quite worth my while. I brought my friend's car in because there was a fast-leaking rear right tire. Turns out there was a nail in it. So they patched it. It was ready to go the same day, but I was out doing errands and elected to pick it up the next day. Later, they noticed it was flat again and recognized a valve leak. Which they also fixed. These guys are timely and dedicated. The lady who works the front is friendly, and has a sharp memory.

Brought my car in for body work after an accident. Front desk was helpful and knowledgeable. Kept me updated and was able to communicate everything that was going on between them and the insurance company. On top of it all, they cleaned and detailed the interior of my car. Truly 10/10 service

The team at Guaranty Auto did a phenomenal job with my vehicle after I was hit in a parking garage. Quick service plus they buffed out a lot of minor scratches. I highly recommend their services.

On Behalf of Combined Energies, Inc. - Our experience was exhausting. It was two months before we could even drop the van off to replace a windshield. We were quoted a price and when we picked up the vehicle it was $300.00 more with no explanation from anyone at Guaranty Auto. I'm very happy with this shop..my Subaru was sitting for 5 weeks in another shop awaiting to be repaired.. I sent my car to this shop and they fix my car in 2 days. Then I sent my chevy Suburban and they did a great job.. I'm now a life time customer of Guaranty Auto... Great customer service..

I was involed in an accident mind you im 8 months pregnant the other vehicle involvrd took off my navigator was towed by them after getting out of the hospital i went to check on my truck and to inform them i cannot pick it up till thursday that eas fine they gave a price of 249.50,i called them back to get a price to fix the parts that got broke which was the tie rod and i needed a paint job i was told they do the work but dont have time to fix my truck or paint it the guy i spoke to was very rude and i would never reccommend this shop to anyone who lives outside of Clinton ma.
