I took my 2018 330 BMW into Valvoline for a 15 minute oil change. That turned into a 3.5 hour oil change. I've been there a few times,in the past, whenever tire pressure warning comes on just for Air! It was a Complete nightmare! First off they didn't have the European oil my car needs, so they sent someone to The Wilbraham store for it. Ok so the oil change begins. I'm trying to be very professional & patient. After 2hours .so I thought it was finish I was allset, until the tech underneath said start your car. And Oil starting pouring out Everywhere so, Remember that they didn't have any of the oil my car needs from the beginning. Since my dip stick is Electronic. They had to redrain the remaining oil because they were unsure of what was left.. and go back to their Sister store for 5 more quarts! Never again 3.5 hours very displeased

Excellent service!! Friendly and quick entry. We sat in the car while having an oil change. Ordered me an oil filter while waiting and it came in a flash. Phenomenal job. The gentleman showed me the stick of where the oil was and how clean thee oil was. Cleaned the hood after closing it. The ladies there rock. So polite and informative of all that was going on. Put air in my tires. No appointment. Will be a regular. Thank you for an awesome job!!!

I always enjoy my experience here. They are so thorough. Not knowing much about cars, I feel much better with the mini check up they give my car during the oil change. I also love that I m seeing more women working here. Way to go ladies!

It was busy, all 4 bays full with a row of cars outside each bay. Cheyenne was so welcoming, she came to tell everyone that they d be with us soon. She explained everything she was doing, asked if I had questions.

Top tier customer service! Everyone I encountered was nice and professional. Came in for an oil change and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The filter for my vehicle wasn t in stock at the time of my oil change but, they ordered the filter and it came in within a day. I would definitely return to have my car serviced.

I went in for an oil change last month and I was over charged for oil. I was charged $80 for 6 quarts but when I look up the oil used online I can find it for about $30 all together. I understand it s a business and they need to make money but charging more than double for the oil is ridiculous.

Today I was able to stop by to get some maintenance on my Tacoma and let s just say I had a pleasant visit. The whole crew is pleasant professional and hard working. I would go back. And will recommend my family members to go there for oil changes and maintenance. Thanks to Orlando and his crew great job guys and girls.

I'll probably never visit this location ever again not cause service was bad I was just driving thru most likely ill never visit that area ..but they deserve 5 stars very happy

Got to Valvoline around 2:15pm for an oil change they said 15 -20 mins no problem I ve been to Valvoline before in my state I m not from this state anyway They put me in bay 1 they took forever they kept walking away for 10 mins at a time I didn t get out until 3:10 pm also on my way back home to Pennsylvania I realized they didn t put my center engine splash shield on correctly an it s been dragging for over 300 miles smh they were nice people just didn t do they re job effectively or affectionately do not recommend.

I just bought a used car and brought it here for oil change and checkup, and they took great care of me. I told them I'd just bought the car and wanted to get it checked over, and they could have taken advantage of me and said it needed a lot of work, but they didn't! They told me the previous owner had kept it in great shape, and all it needed was new transmission fluid. They even found a coupon for that to get me 20% off. The manager really took his time telling me about the car since I told him this was my first car. He assured me it's in great condition even though it's 15 years old, and it should run "basically forever" as long as I change the fluids on schedule. (Oil change was also 50% off which is why I went there). Great deal and exemplary service!!!

5 service I can't express that enough. EVERY single employee was friendly, inviting approachable it was AN AMAZING experience. Let me start there. Secondly, they have KNOWLEDGEABLE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE women there. HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE I'm soooo impressed this review will never do the justice going there will do. They gave me hope for my ac and can fix it. I wasn't pressured into a $90 oil change, and let me tell you, I SERIOUSLY thought they were like $40. However, I was able to use a coupon that customer service willingly gave me. I am now a NEW LOYAL customer. If they can't fix it, I'm POSITIVE they will point me in the right direction. "Karla" was great the man version of "Karla". I had such an AMAZING talk with this woman there. I forgot her name, but she drives a Ford, and she's SUPER cute in a work wise way. I ABSOLUTELY love this place, and today was my VERY 1st time going. AMAZING

I was treated well by a friendly and professional young lady named Cheyenne. She took the time to explain the process as it was happening, and to explain future services I will need to have done. Zero pressure to upsell me. I was serviced quickly and am highly satisfied. Everyone in the shop behaved professionally and was on task. Will definitely take future business to this location.

They literally ziptied my metal skid plate together after the incompetent tech couldn't figure out how to get my oil filter out through the big hole designed to let you remove the filter in the skid plate. Absolutely no reason to remove my skid plate. Now I'll have to spend hours fighting with them to make it right and probably end up just having to fix it myself. My only mistake was not doing the oil change myself like I usually do. The professional way to handle this would have been to be honest with me and hand me the part that couldn't be properly attached instead of me finding out next winter when it fell off.

They installed the wrong size oil filter stripped my housing causing a slow oil leak that could have blown my engine. Had to spend over $300 to get this fixed still waiting for reimbursement.

Today was my first time at Valvoline..and I'm SO glad I went!! I got an oil change, new air filter..and all around check..Orlando was super friendly and explained step by step everything that they were doing..the price was reasonable..and within 20 mins I left a very happy customer!! I would recommend them 120% and will be a customer from now on!!
