Never even got past the appointment process. Terrible communication and they didn t follow up. After two weeks and multiple calls with no progress, I had my insurance switch to a different company for the windshield replacement and had a stellar experience. I wish I listened to the negative reviews before wasting my time.

Honestly I read all the reviews and I was a little worried about what would happen.....I have to say that my experience was great, he did an awesome job watched him do his job, very interesting. I booked an appointment the morning before was told they had my car window and would give me a call a few hours in advance to let me know they were on the way. The day of the appt came I spent all day I. The office waiting and they never showed up or called. When I called to inquire no one has a clue I was told I was never booked and that they didn t have my window and I would have to wait. I asked for a manager three times and yet no one was available. I called back and left a message and still no one has reached out!! Worst service and professionalism ever!! I will never do business with them!! Especially if it s important and I need it done!!

They had 4 phone calls to get it right - never did .I was told to reserve the entire day for the repair and was instructed that I would receive a phone call between 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM for the tech to give me a 2 hour window. (repeated this information to attendant to confirm)9:45 AM no tech callCalled dispatch waited 4 minutes 50 second to talk to a person.Dispatch called tech, did not respondTold tech would call in 1/2 hourNo phone call10:30 AM Called again, manager was told tech would be there to do work between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PMRepeated to the manager then I can leave at 3:30 to go to doctor's appointment. response,yes.1:50 PM called dispatch, no tech.Dispatch called tech , I was told tech will be there at 2:30 PM.I could have done work and made money during the day - keeping my customers happy and returned to have service done. Instead had to cancel Afternoon Dr. appointment and lost out on wages to pay for doctors appointment.Neither good service and/or courteous , at this point would be used to describe service.Will follow up with encounter. their outside , hard job. let's see, I have hope.

Worse company ever will never use again...they gave me a 2 hour window between 1-3 show up at 4:30pm to tell me they are going to take pictures and they don t have my windshield that if I want to pay cash again they can order it for me. I paid this windshield cash out of pocket not my insurance and supposedly I have warranty will I own the vehicle. These people are the worst in my area. I usually use safe lite auto never had a problem. Do not go to these guys, very rude and irresponsible. I had to walk to pick up my son at school waiting for this clown to show up since he decided to 1 1/2 hr late. Lesson learned never again would I use it recommend this company. I ll stick to safelite auto. People please save yourselves a headache don t waste your time or money

The appointment was for 10:00 Amherst arrived at 2:30 and he did not bring the correct glass very bad service I do not recommend it and he tells me that he come on Monday if that is the case

Awful communication, I have call a number times with limited success, the guy to recalibrate camera's never called, I had to call the manager 3 times before he showed up
