The service, the communication, the pampering is top notch. Curry Honda goes above and beyond especially Chris in service , Stephanie and Maxim in sales are incredible as well. Won't go anywhere else for a car.

I show up a few hours before noon. Ryan tells me this service for a tire change is going to take a while. I said that was fine. After the time had passed and I gotten my car back. The results were there was no flat, no leakage and my car was perfectly fine. I take my car home wake up the next morning and my tire is flat. I have the warranty for the tires, so I m confused as to why they wouldn t just change it out. Do you see my frustration. I will be showing back up to Curry Honda, Monday morning first thing.

Such an easy process!! Bret our Sales man when was great and helpful with the entire process! Ron in F&I wasn t pushy and made sure we were happy with our rate and the payment wasn t too high for our family!! So happy we went to Curry!! We will definitely be back in July for our other son!!

Took car at appointment time, tech explained and listened to what I wanted done. He was very friendly a pleasure to work, no issues. When picking up car again friendly explained what was done and how much. Great customer service, wonderful to work with.

I visited many dealers to look for a new car and finally my wife suggested to go and visit Curry Honda.Here I met Andy and he was amazing. He gave me all the information about the vehicle, explaining all the details. He answered all my questions.I also met Christian, who helped me when Andy was not there, and he was very nice and helpful.The car was what I was looking for and their amazing service convinced me to buy it without doubts.I really suggest to visit them and I am sure they will answer all your questions.Note: I saw Andy managing 3 customers simultaneously answering all the questions and I was amazed. He is an incredible sales! Thank you Andy for your patience and your passion!

Brandon and the rest of the service team were phenomenal! Brandon was so respectful and answered all of my questions that I had. He is a great asset to the team. Brought my car in to be serviced today. Brandon provided a great experience. He was friendly, inquisitive and thorough in explaining the process, the results of my multi point inspection and my warranty coverage. From the minute I walked in until I pulled out the garage, everyone involved did a great job ensuring my car is in optimal condition. #grateful

The service for my purchase at Curry Honda was second to none. Rich did an outstanding job in making me very feel comfortable with no pressure to buy. He went through the pros and cons with me as my lease is expiring in five months. Will was also great in helping me lease my new vehicle. Josh in the Finance Department made things very easy to get me out of there quickly. I highly recommend Curry Honda in Chicopee. Well done!!

When my husband called he was quoted a price for the repair by Chris, who was very helpful. When we got there another advisor Brandon quoted another higher price then when I picked up my vehicle yet another price. When I questioned the price I was informed by Brandon that I actually made out because I was charged less than it should have cost. Really unprofessional behavior. And I can't believe you charged me $14 for a washer

Chris at Curry Honda Chicopee was outstanding. He was upfront, honest, and kept me well aware of the service progress during repairs on a 15 year old Civic that still runs like new. Christopher and Curry Honda are highly recommended and I will not service my Honda anywhere else.

I just want to say the experience was pleasant from the time we walked in to Curry Honda to the time we left. Rich was knowledgeable about everything we had questions about and helped us with the purchase of our car. Rich made our time at the dealer smooth and everyone at the dealer super friendly. I just purchased my second vehicle through Curry and worked with Brenna. I received outstanding service and care. I chose Honda for their dependability, longevity and excellent warranty! I highly recommend working with Brenna or anyone, really! It s wonderful to feel secure and cared for when making large purchases! There s no one I wouldn t recommend Curry to.

My experience at Curry Honda was exemplary. I could not have expected better service. Brandon was my service rep and he was friendly and efficient. He explained everything to me even mentioning the amount of time it would possibly take and the service was right on time. I just moved to Chicopee from Florida and Curry will be my go to service center for my Honda.

The purchase of our car was made much easier when dealing with Brenna. She was honest and up front with during the entire process and kept us in constant communication on what was going on in the manufacturing of the vehicle and the ultimate shipping of the car from the auto plant in Ontario. She gave us with what she felt was the best fit for our needs and budget. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new, used, or lease vehicle from Brenna and Curry Honda

My favorite aspect of Curry Honda and my experience getting my car excellently serviced is the quiet waiting room!The courtesy of my valet and service advisor were great and my car is better for having had its checkup.

Christopher was friendly and professional. The mechanic who took my car back figured out my low air pressure warning that wouldn't go off despite adding air was just a computer reset issue I could do myself and only took minutes.However I chose to get my inspection done and tires rotated and I was on time for my appointment but it took 2 hours!! I was only behind 1 person for inspection. If I had known that I would have gone anywhere else and it would be quicker.

Jack did a great job. The work was completed within the time frame given, which wasn t always the case with this dealership . He also explained more cost effective ways to complete some additional work that was needed (future promotional offers etc.) . Thank you!
