I went to an auto store to get valve caps. The man gave me the wrong size and didn t care. Somthing told me to go to Autozone. Mike was very helpful, kind, and intelligent in his area of work. The man before at the other store freaked me out. Mike came outside to show me the valve caps fit. Overall, I will be going to Autozone from now on lol.

Costumer service was Amazing. Courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. Clean atmosphere, spacious and lots of selections at reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

Normally, I'm a fan of Auto Zone. I visited this location so that I could see if they could hook up their "magic" machine to my vehicle and tell me if I needed a new battery or if it was my alternator. The guy ended up scolding me about my car being a hybrid and asked me why I bought the car in the 1st place. He wouldn't stop either until I was like, "enough" .. so this specific location is a NEVER AGAIN for me.

Picked up a battery for my car, was recommended a different 1 based on the core I brought in. Very satisfied. Only complaint is that workers shouldn't be on their cells phone at the front desk & especially while providing service to the customer. Very unprofessional

Best service on a holiday. Hands down the best. Was in a bad spot with dead battery. They had it in and running in no time. Thanks to great staff.

I went to Auto Zone to get a bulb for the side blinker light. However, really didn't know what it's called. As I entered, a young gentleman was putting up signs. He acknowledged me and asked if he could help. I explained my situation, and he said he would come out and see what the issue was.He came out, looked at my car. The original bulb was broken when someone drove into my car. He knew he could remove the part from the car. He took it back into the store. At this point he saw the bulb was crushed right into the bulb holder and was shattered. The got several tools and got all the glass remnants out.He went and got the new bulb and came back to my car and put it it. Great experience. I went to the Chicopee store on Memorial Drive. Ask for Raul G.

Went in to get stp gas treatment. The nice lady alerted me to a sale for fuel injector cleaner. I saved a bundle especially when she hookedme up with a account so I now get a discount. Very quick to help and was awesome. Made me feel like a person not just a dollar sign or just another customer.

I went into AutoZone because my front headlight was out during a snow storm and needed to pick up my granddaughter. Felix replaced. The bulb for me was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you I felt much safer driving home.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, really helpful, KNOWLEDGEABLE staff, I should reiterate that, since there are a few stores in the neighborhood where staff cannot differentiate between an oil pan and transmission pan seals. You read that correctly. Most definitely worth a visit. Somehow this store always comes through, where other stores would not have immediately accessible parts (read: backorder) these guys just manage to find one on their shelves. Magic. Or, common sense when restocking materials. Either way, thank you.

Jose gave us great service and even went over and beyond for us as customers. Jose came outside and helped us out with out with wheel knowing my husband is handicapped. Also he really went out of his way to make sureqw had the right lug nuts , even when the computer said there was none he went and checked and found them and that is what makes a manager

My battery was dying, Jose helped test it, confirmed it needed to be replaced, and changed it. Super helpful, prompt, great service.

Good selection. They have minimal Staff on the floor, so sometimes getting assistance right away is poor. Besides that it seems as if their employees are very knowledgeable. Once assisted on is, they are pretty thorough. I'm a fan of the cash back points system that they offer. I've earned back quite a few dollars over the years.

My rear left turn blinker bulb burned out and I was a nervous wreck about what the dealer would charge replace it- plus 2 weeks for an appointment.The guy at Auto Zone showed me how to replace the bulb and refused my offer to tip him. When is the last time that happened. Thanks so much Auto Zone!

They have excellent warranties and have usually had what I needed in stock. Also they have good hours and a decent location. Their basic efforts in customer service, such as greeting and making the non- mechanic consumer feel welcome, could use a lot of improvement.

The store was not crowded, we asked for help finding what we needed (a nail in tire repair kit) and were told in what aisle to find it. The price was reasonable.Would give 5 stars if one of the three gentleman working walked us to what we were looking for and made sure we didn't need further assistance instead of chatting with each other upfront, because we were the only shoppers there at the time.The gentleman who rang us up was knowledgeable when we asked questions about the product.

Bought battery and was installed for free. The free service was not listed. The store associate was very knowledgeable and courteous. The whole transactions took like 10-15 minutes.

At first they gave me the wrong part, but when I went back to exchange it they were very courteous and helpful. I realize that mistakes happen so I did not go in there with an attitude. I feel like most of the time when dealing with employees who work in retail, you get back what you give. The only thing that sucks about AutoZone is certain parts have a core charge, so if you're tight on cash bring the old part back in as soon as you remove it to get back your money for the core charge.

They helped us diagnose our car... Which had a check engine light on... And we found that the part the dealership had us buy and changed was not needed... It was a completely different piece that needed to be changed... The car is working a lot better, and the check engine light is off thanks to AutoZone telling us what we needed!

Good place to buy auto parts. I get most of my stuff there. Usually have lower prices but not always so still pays to check around for more costly parts. The manager with the glasses was very knowledgeable the other 2 guys.. did their best and we're very friendly. Was there about 4 times last week. Other workers I've encountered were all real cool and helpful. They offer a rewards card for free as an extra incentive to check for parts with them. Located conveniently off memorial drive.

I went in the store today looking for something to reattach my rear view mirror, which had completely fallen off. Aaron went above and beyond by showing me the products they offered, volunteered to scrape off the glue from the back of the mirror and the windshield (which took quite a bit of time, yet he didn t seem at all bothered), and cleaned and adhered the small piece of the mirror to the windshield, so that once it dried, I d be able to reinsert the mirror into the other part easily. I was really impressed with how courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful Aaron was with me, and the other employees were towards their customers. This will be my auto part store of choice from now on. Thank you!

Always get great service here .and did you know that any thing you buy here the people who work there will put it in for you . For instance I needed to do have a light changed and they remove the light put the new light bulb in and put it back in even if you try to give them a tip they refused to take it because that's part of the service guidelines for the AutoZone. I've had windshield wipers put on my car ,battery's replaced, etc. Highly recommend auto zone.

I dont know a lot about fixing cars .That's not a problem with Auto Zone . They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all models of vehicles no matter how old. They installed my new car battery when I bought it which was awesome. My check engine light was on and they ran a diagnostic on my car for no cost and found the problem super fast. They printed me out a copy of the issues and the part I needed to resolve the problem. Thank you Auto Zone, you rock !!!
