Brought my Toyota Corolla in this morning and my car was already repaired by noon. Steve and team were highly responsive, professional, and saved me a ton of money. For reference, I left paying $186 for a smashed window repair + service. My quote with Safelite was just over $400, and another local glass body shop was just under $300. When I brought the car in at 8:30am they told me they would pick up the glass from their supplier around 10am. By 11:50am i had a call telling me my car was ready for pickup. Highly recommend their service.

Steven went above and beyond to help me out when my car was broken into. He and his guys had me in and out in an hour for a broken back window to my Kia. He even replaced my tint on my window. Super affordable. Exceptional customer service, you feel like you re amongst friends here.

This shop is awesome. My front passenger window was smashed in an attempted theft and these guys got it replaced so quickly and were so courteous, it made what would otherwise be a huge headache perfectly smooth. Excellent experience. Insurance covered the replacement and was able to connect immediately with Alliance. Steve, the owner/manager, was very easy to work with. No nonsense. We had some issues getting the front cameras calibrated with the new windshield, but Steve reached out to another shop to get the correct tools to calibrate it. Will definitely come back for any glass problems.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Alliance replaced my windshield quickly & professionally and even put all of my stickers/permits back in the same spots.They handled all of the insurance issues and were able to have it done around my schedule. Steve's customer service was 5 star. I left my car for a window replacement and mentioned I was going to need a inspection sticker, and he brought it over to the station next door when he was done and I had my car serviced. Steve is very knowledgeable, the price is always competitive with other glass repair shops. They don't only do Windows. They also have done other specialties for me such as mirrors and glass tops. I always walk away knowing it was done right. Keep up the great work guys.

They handle all my glass work and have never had a issue. They also wrap and letter all my trucks. Fair and very honest. Highly recommend. Steve, Norman, Jay and Dana are the best in the business.

Went thru insurance to replace back window on my truck. Wasnt broken, just gettn replaced. He said he will call when glass come in. 3 days later I call and glass was there. Too busy to schedule me an appointment. I had to keep calling to get one. Almost 2 weeks later, i got one. Got there, waited an hour then got serviced. Only good thing is....i was in and out in 20 mins. Nice guy, but he needs to work on that communication.Fast forward to feb 9th...i went to the carwash for the first time after glass was installed and my back window was leaking on the inside....i called them and first he said i can bring it in in the morning because he was swarmed today and said in the mornung be said fine. He calls me back about 30 mins later back peddilng saying my seals must be worn cause all they did was took it off and put it on. Then he goes on to say that my truck is 15-16 years old, just making excuses....sad to see a company not willing to accept responsibility for their work. I had no leaking before the service. I would NOT do any further business with and i suggest you dont either.....

Steve took car of my car last minute after Safelite screw up my appointment after a 6 hour wait. These guys are very professional, easy to work with and quick. Highly recommend.

They get the job done , the right way! Great customer service. The only people I trust to replace a windshield on my Toyota FJ Cruiser (one of the most complicated vehicles to install a windshield)

Horrible place. They treat you with no respect. We developed company. We tried to solve a simple problem in window. They didn t know what to do. And I told them to install 1/8 glass. The small guy said. Instal 3/4 is less thinner. CAN YOU EXPLAIN TO ME . 3/4 is less the 1/8. Honestly I have no idea in with world they are living. And I brought the window to SOUTH SHORE WINDOW AND GLASS IN QUINCY. He got done with no question ..Service: Glass installation

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING- don't question this place- just use them!Steve- the nicest guy, makes you feel like you've known him for years. Entire staff - receptionist / secretary - SO NICE.. and all the guys who fixed my window- just incredibly nice and thorough. (btw- car broken into this a.m. in Boston- drivers side window smashed. They fixed it within an hour- car as goos as new!) - THANK YOU STEVE and Co.! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
