My wiper blade fell off after they installed it so I came back and they not only wouldn t install it again because it was too cold but they wouldn t let me exchange it either. Scammers!

On August 2, 2033 I stopped in with an issue with my car to get help, I stated my problem and one of the workers there immediately turned me away until Jerry (the other worker) came to me to access the problem and boom he got to the solution and fixed the problem. I want to thank him so much for not only doing his job but for going above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Great customer service Jerry!!!!

Good prices compared to all stores. Lack of professionalism. Some of the staff clearly hate their job and project that onto us, clients. The one who I spoke with greeted me with What s up? while he watched videos on TikTok.

It was a rainy day and my battery failed, had to get a jump after work.Stopped at Advanced Auto in Dorchester. They came out and tested my battery in the rain. Alternator and starter good, battery bad.They were busy, so I borrowed tools to change battery. My positive connector broke, so I went back in... Agustos (spelling?) came out and we tried a few senerios to fix it. After an hour in the pouring rain , we finally mcguiverd up a solution!!! He went above and beyond. Thank you!

The cashier literally ignored me as I got to the counter. She didn't have one word of exchange besides a total. And I had also walked in to the store behind her and she let the door close in my face. I won't be going back. Autozone is better either way. This store was just there when I needed it and it was a terrible experience from the point of working with their workers

Excellent customer service by Johnny today. Very helpful and showed empathy. I did not about the hubcaps but in need of help. Thank you. This was the Roslindale location on Washington st next to Dunkin Donuts.

If U need it rt away & IF they have it.. It's OK.. I'm starting to like AdvAutoPts just a Lil bit better than AZ.. If there's O'Reilly near by tho, I'll chooz that.. If I have time I'll always choose Rock Auto online or Eben eBay or Amazon.. Rock Auto online in general is my go2.. Over any of the nearby "convenience ourlet$$" auto parts store.. Sadly the days of the smaller independents, where U could have a relationship is long gone ..

I went to the location on Mass Ave and went to purchase a power converter that had a sign taped right on the shelf with $10 off the employee Angel or Angelo Baez was very rude to me and even when I was dealing with his coworker he was mouthing off to me and threatening to call the police not to mention he had street clothes on and was listening to his headphones during work hours I definitely would never have this guy work for me or represent my business the way he talks to the customers and carries himself. I hope that somebody in charge will address this issue because it definitely is unhealthy for your business!

The staff here at this location are the nicest, most helpful people! I've been coming here for quite some time now. I told my daughter (who got her 1st car last summer)to come here if she needed anything & my sister too. They both said NICEST STAFF! POLITE & SO VERY HELPFUL!!

The place is clean and people were friendly and very helpful. They are knowledgeable. We never have to wait long to get what we need. Good service and reliable. The stuff we bought always come in good packages and they work.

The store has terrible customer service. I only went to as an emergency to grab oil. No one greeted me or said thank you for your purchase. I had to grab my own receipt from the receipt printer. Hood spot equally hood customer service.

I give this place e five star because they went above and beyond to help me with my problem that I had with my car. My battery light kept coming on in my car, so I took it to advanced auto parts so they could test my battery and see if it was dead and I needed to buy a new one. They tested it and it wasn't bad, so I tried putting the battery back on and then the whole car stopped working now. So the guy who was helping me said he thinks it might be my alternator. So I had to order an alternator, but I had to leave the car on there lot they said I would be good and that my car wouldn't get towed. So long story short my car ended up getting towed anyway. I explained to them what the guy had told me that my car wasn't going to be towed, so since it was there fault advanced auto ended up paying to get my car out of tow. I ended up getting the car to start and everything ended up working out just fine. So I gave them the points because they worked very hard to fix there mistakes and to help me with the problem that I was having from the beginning. I also feel like they don't get enough credit for the good things that they do so I just wanted to give them the credit that they deserve.

Need better staff support 3 days ago I bought a part supposed to deliver a part.from Somerville store today i.took my money back I saw a.customer.walked out of the store English not his first.language he the staff did not even peep outside to.look at the car for year or make to give him the correct info AutoZone in Martin Luther will literally go and look at your car and tell you write down for ole folks like.me what I need they will get my pittance sorry advance you Dorchester Ave is excellent service this store Is abhorrent the quality service needs reinforcing English or not what's up we should be more empathetic

Most of the people working here are nice people. But, when you have a check engine light on and need it scanned, they don't have the tool. Every type of auto parts store has a scanner. Makes no sense to me. I guess it's back to auto zone, but would've preferred to buy here. Oh well.

I called asking for a car cover.I was first put on hold for 12 minutes.I hung up and called again, the respectful sales-person picked the phone up right away and told me to hold while he checked. He came back, picked up the phone, said we got it, and slammed the phone in my face.Say no more.
