My wife and I recently purchased a new vehicle at Bedard Bros. and wish to extend a big shout out to our salesperson, Cody. He met us at the door in a smiling, friendly, caring manner, and took the time to establish a rapport, and to fully understand our desires in a new vehicle. His knowledge and expertise guided us into checking every box on our list in our journey to arriving at our perfect choice. In fact, I d go so far as to say he did not sell us the vehicle he quietly let us sell it to ourselves. A first for us. How special is that?And it must be noted of all the new car dealerships that we visited, Bedard Bros. was absolutely the cleanest! From the vehicles on the lot, to the showroom, to the salesperson s and finance person Tanner s desks, to the bathrooms, and even the service areas that captured our attention Bedard Bros. obviously pays attention to all the details . Details that are conducive to their brand and reputation by creating an optimal environment for their employees to perform outstanding services, such as we received, and the quality of our satisfaction.We encourage you to participate first hand this awesome experience. I ve always had excellent care from Bedard Bros. I just recently had my inspection and oil change done and from the time the bay doors opened and I drove in to the time I was handed back my keys, the experience was amazing! I especially loved the guy that worked with me! He s funny, out going and just brings so much energy. I love it!!! I forgot the gentlemen s name who helped me that day, so if you could look into it and give him a big shout out that would be amazing!!! I m always so happy when he s the one I work with!!!!!

Great customer service. Transparent about everything, and straightforward. Only issue was with the online booking. I had to tell them which services I had requested online, but they were accommodating. They do a good job. I will be returning for my next multipoint inspection. Thank you

The customer service and the attention to detail that the staff of Bedard Bros. provides can t be matched by any other dealership that I ve ever dealt with. As a matter of fact, I never buy a car unless I get it from Bedard Bros.. If you are in the market to buy a car, you should definitely visit them and ask for Hayden Bird! Everyone there from sales to finance makes the process fun and easy. You feel feel like you re visiting old friends instead of purchasing a vehicle. I won t go anywhere else!

I absolutely love this dealership, had my car serviced for the 1st time and the Service team were all awesome! Answered my concerns & questions very promptly and very courteously.. When I purchased my car 15 months ago, they were awesome then also. Kudos to Bedard Brothers Honda. No matter if one purchased a new vehicle or a used vehicle (which is what I purchased) the customer service was the same, A+A+A+A+A+A+ This is only my 3rd vehicle since 1997 so you can say, I drive the wheels off my cars!! First time doing business with Bedard Honda and must say it was worth the drive! The team I worked with was incredible they worked together to find the best rate on the car I loved! Our sales rep Hayden really made the whole experience easy. He took care of everything with the car and patiently explained the dash controls to me. He said come back if I need more instruction!! They are the best people to work with. They are very professional and worked hard to come to a payment I was comfortable with. The salesman explained everything about the car and I am very happy. I will go to Bedards for service and when it is time for a new car I will go there.

Getting a new car can be hectic, but not at Bedard Brothers Honda! With their up-to-date online inventory I was able to find the car I wanted and go in for a test drive the next day. Julie made the process smooth and so easy! She kept the pressure off and answered all of my questions and concerns.

Went to Bedard Bros after looking at a couple other dealers as well. Bedards was by far the best team I have worked with. They provided numbers upfront instead of the song and dance that can take hours. They quickly gave me a quote for my trade in and even gave me a timeline for the afternoon as to when paperwork would be all set. I would and will continue to highly recommend Bedards Bros for new and used vehicle purchases!

Took my HRV in for a recall inspection that turned out to be no repairs required. During the appointment they also checked other basic functions and discovered the battery was not carrying the expected charge. They ran a diagnostic test and determined the battery needed to be replaced which they did under warranty. Total time of visit was about 1 hour. Kept me informed throughout.

Everyone at Bedards was attentive extremely friendly and cool to do business with! I love my new 2024 Honda Civic! Service was genuinely excellent. The service coordinator, Jarod, superior. With the car issues that brought me to you, I arrived quite anxious. My concern were clearly addressed in a knowledgeable and calm manner . As the problem ( which became problems) was diagnosed it was apparent that the mechanic was meticulous.The drive is minor, especially considering what I believe to be your reliability . In future, I will bring even the most minor car needs to you.I also appreciated the shuttle service.Marcia Merkle

I went in for a LOF. The service manager was extremely nice and helpful. He was friendly with my puppy, as were two other service people; that s the way to treat customers and their family! The mechanic did a very neat job. I highly recommend Bedard s.

Thank you!Went in for safety recall on my Honda, not knowing I was 2 days early for my scheduled appointment, the service dept never skipped a beat took my car in and did the inspection as if I had the appointment that day. I stopped in to make an appointment last week and provided a list of five items I needed done. I added a sixth when there, an oil change. Only half of the listed items were tended to and they left my front carpets marked with grease from their boots. I don't have time for multiple appointments. Every part should have been on hand before I pulled in, or, schedule me out farther.

Professional and kind. No games. Just the facts and fair market value. We were in a tough spot, and they could not have been nicer at Bedard Bros. They went out of their way to get us exactly what we needed. I can t say enough about the wonderful treatment we received and the expert customer service. It wasn t just one person but everyone there was a gem. I highly recommend them and will surely go back in the future.

Great Experience!Our salesman Peter Schettini greeted us from the parking lot, as he happened to be outside as we arrived and were walking to the front door of the dealership. We had never been welcomed from a dealer parking lot before, and I thought this was a brilliant beginning of an excellent customer experience! Peter's personable demeanor and his extensive knowledge of the Honda CRV Hybrid made buying a car from Bedard Bros.Honda a wonderful experience. He took great care of us every step along the way. The experience was smooth and the staff was incredibly friendly. Our sales guy RJ was wonderful and very professional. We came in late Monday night and drove away with the vehicle less than 24 hrs later with no issues. Couldn't refer RJ and Bedard Bros any more highly. Great place to buy a vehicle

Everyone was super-helpful, but our salesperson Peter Schettini was absolutely amazing. Beside being extremely competent, Pete was very patient and kind as we sorted out our needs for a new car. He was more like a good friend than someone trying to sell us something. He thought of all our needs and helped us seamlessly work through the buying process. Never, in all my 75 years have I experience such a fantastic person with which to work. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I would like to commend the work of Mr Peter Schettini one of the salesperson who helped me to get a car, he assists me all the way until I got my 2020 Honda HRV, he is not a typical sales person who will pressure the clients, he will just show you the options and explained every detail well.
