I was having some issues with the Infotainment system. Marcus ran a diagnostic test and could not find the issue. He asked me to sit in my car and explain what the issues were. As I was telling him each issue, he explained to me why it was occurring. He adjusted some of the settings and made me aware as to why they were lighting up or coming on. He fixed all my concerns and told me to just drive up if I have any more issues.....no appointment necessary. He is the best & thank you!!

Purchase a 2023 vehicle from an online ad. Salesmen sent pictures which conveniently did not show a pretty major scuff in the right front molding. I drove 2 hours to pic it up and when I pointed it out they pretended they were not aware of it. When questioned they said well you got a great price so we are not gonna fix it. So bottom line. I should have looked before buying but I trusted the dealership and that proved to be a mistake. Make sure you do your home work with this dealer they proved to me to be deceitful. My salesman Allen Arnold did a poor job, blaming everything on the General Manager. Disappointed.

It was by far the BEST car buying experience. Ian was amazing at communicating and understanding my wants and needs over the phone and had everything ready so when I drove up the two cars I was picking from were up front waiting for me to decide. Once I did, I drove way 30 minutes later in my new car. Can t race enough how amazing the whole process was. Found my life long car buying dealership!

I am like any other person when it comes to shopping for a car, I shop around I have not had very much luck with local car dealerships until I bought my car from Bedard s. Since day one, their sales and service staff are second to none. They care so much about their customers and their satisfaction when it comes to servicing their cars. On one occasion, my Truck was towed to their service department where I thought I was going to have to wait two days before it was even going to get looked at and three hours later I got a call saying my truck was all set and repaired. The next time I need a new vehicle, there s no doubt in my mind that I will return to Bedard s over and over again.

Had a great experience. When my car was brought to bedard Brothers Chevrolet they were able to fix what I needed to be fixed and order me a part in timely fashion. Especially thanks to Matt. Giroux for his updates during the day why my car was there and letting me know exactly what was wrong and they were having it fixed a great experience. Thank you

Everyone is so polite. As a 20-something year old woman who looks 16, I was nervous to ask a follow up question about the service, but it was explained professionally and thoroughly. I called on a Monday to make the appointment and had a spot Wednesday morning, to then have it done by noon that day. Amazing communication and very timely. Even took care of a recall I had zero idea was open on my car. Would go again for my Chevy needs!

Purchased a 2021 Chevy Silverado truck from Bedard Brothers. Met with Joanna and Brian, who were extremely friendly. They provided excellent customer service in helping me purchase this vehicle the 4 cylinder with the turbo has amazing power. You want great customer service, then call Joanna and Brian, they don't pressure u, they have the knowledge to help u purchase the right vehicle.

It was time for a oil change and a winter storm was on the way. Not only did they change the oil, top off all my fluids and check my brakes, then rotated tires. I now feel safe knowing my Equinox was winter ready. The service is friendly and polite. Thank you.

So accommodating; made this an easy repair. A new torque converter is not a simple repair but Marcus is an excellent mechanic and my truck is running smoothly. Thanks to everyone at Bedard.

In for vehicle inspection- 45 minute wait.. Also, gas cap left loose which made my check engine light go on. If my husband wasn t aware of things to check, I would have been taking it back for no reason and wonder what that cost would be. Took it back for 2nd inspection (failed 1st) again told 45 minute wait. If they choose to do inspections only Suggest they have specific hours for that service or make appointments a possibility.

I felt that the staff really went to great lengths to resolve difficult issues with my vehicle. They worked with my insurance company so that I paid very little. All around an excellent experience and now my car runs great!

From my friendly, patient, and knowledgeable sales folks Julie, Brian, Mike, and Tanner, to the Service team s Scott, Andrew, Tim and Brace, I ve felt supported and heard no matter how big or small my concerns have been. I couldn t ask for a more positive first experience!

Arrived a half hour early for my appointment and the service team still got me in quickly, almost immediatelyin fact. Service was fast and staff were great, can't really go much better than my visit yesterday went.

Ended up with a great vehicle but, mediocre service. Nothing happened in a timely fashion and constantly had to check back in due to lack of communication. Once the paperwork was signed the only communication was on my end. Very happy with the vehicle, but very displeased with the service I received.

I always would recommend Bedard Bros for Sales and Service but after this last service on my truck might be the last even though I have the Summit Gold I purchased when I ordered the truck it is not worth having to clean and repair it myself after Service department already worked on it. It is a shame because I did trust and believed in them unlike some of the other Chevy Dealerships I have delt with in the past this place made me feel at home.

Purchased my vehicle from Bedard in November 2019. I ve brought it in many times for oil changes and other maintenance. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful! Never waiting too long and they have reasonable prices.

Appointment scheduled quickly for a convenient time. I got immediate attention on arrival. Work order reviewed, then accomplished in a very timely manner while I read and enjoyed the coffee provided. Excellent visit.Next routine service appointment same excellent experience. Consistency is a real bonus.
