I recently visited Chevy service and as usual they were great. I ended up having leave my vehicle for service I was expecting and they arranged for a ride for me. The vehicle was serviced promptly and the staff went above and beyond in many ways.

I got to my appointment early and was accepted right away. I was there for oil change and tire rotation and was out in about a half hour. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

I had a check engine lite appear in my display that did not reset automatically after recycling thru several on/off cycles. I called service and they took me right away. I was back home within a couple of hours and no check engine lite displaying. Thanks Bucky for your help!

Visit was ok. Increase of labor charge of oil change going from 13.95 to 28.95 seems a little extreme.Otherwise no problems at all.

I was early for my appointment and my car was still taken right away. My car was just under my one year anniversary and I received a complimentary oil change, tire rotation and free car wash. I wanted to trade in my financed vehicle to lease a new vehicle for the same monthly price and get my equity back and I was able to do just that! Johanna helped me find the perfect vehicle for me and made me a great deal that perfectly fit my budget with no hassle. And I was able to get more for my previous car than expected! Overall a great experience and Johanna made the process extremely easy and quick!

I was experiencing issues with my new vehicle. I was not happy to be having such issues after only owning the car for 6 months. So I drove straight to the dealership. They were able to get it in the garage and they were able to fix the problem right away and had me back on the road within 2 hours. I was not happy about having issues with the vehicle already but they were excellent about fixing it quick and getting me back on the road.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was looking for a specific vehicle and Bedard Bros happen to have it. I have now bought my last three trucks from Bedard and will definitely buy my next truck from them. Frank Bird was also and great salesman and helped me every way he could. I am very satisfied with my experience.

Since BEDARD BROTHERS is, or is about too, GO OUT OF BUISNESS. People avoid this place they forgot the main component of car sales is traffic. They are the true resemblance of the problems in the Berkshires. It's times like these that make you realize Fucillo was a better organization. Stay with the mom and pops Bedard needs to quit the industry. Let the professionals handle the right way.

My service on my car was good, got it all done at a price I was expecting. The thing to me that need help is the buying process. I have purchased 5 brand new and 4 CPO cars here over the years and I come prepared with a cash down payment, my own banks financing, and a cleaned out trade if applicable. The salesman {no matter who it is} still always has to run around chasing paperwork, and run my credit again? Why? The last time my wife and I were standing around the showroom for 6 HOURS! That's unaceptable, I like buying cars here, but it should not take all day to do it.

I had a problem with car not starting. I called AAA on Sept. 21. They jumped it and it was good until 9/27. I called up to Bedards on 9/28 and asked the girl on the phone if my battery was under warranty and she said it wasn't. So on 9/28 AAA came and put in a new battery. That battery lasted until 10/5. Car was towed to Bedards on 10/6 and they made me feel I did something wrong having AAA put in a new battery. I paid $241 for new battery which didn't last a week. Now I have a new battery good for 2 years. AAA battery was good for 3 years and if battery lasts longer would not charge you full price for another 3 years. They loaned me a car but not a good experience. Next time I will talk to service manager.The problem was a faulty back window washer that stayed on.

I bought my vehicle 2 months ago and they were excellent! My vehicle started making noises and they got me in within 2 days, found the problem, and gave me a rental while they were doing the repairs that ended up being an overnight project due to having to order parts. Guy that checked me in was rude. Said the 38% oil life means nothing. Told me he didn't care, that I could bring my care in every 1500 miles for an oil change and he would do it but he is just trying to educate people that they don't need to go by the time or percentage of oil life. I had appointment for 12:30 and was told he sent all of his guys to lunch so it would be a while even tho I had an appointment. Didn't start working on my car until 12:53 after I was told the day before I could show up early and they would start, I got there at 12:15 and began getting rude and horrible customer service. Also was told next time to give him a call before I schedule an oil change so he can tell me if I really need one. Very rude customer service. I have purchased 3 vehicles here in the past 10 years, my last one being brand new. I will never buy another vehicle here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Everyone there is always nice. I went to get my car inspected and asked them about my tires because I had just bought 4 new tires from another place. They checked the air and found an issue with one of the tire stems. I would have never noticed and probably would have found out the hard way. I was able to bring the car back to the place I bought the tires from and they fixed the issue within minutes. Thanks! Excellent service.
