Going to J D's literally saved me $300! I initially went to the dealership since I have a service plan with them and even with the "discounts" they offered, they quoted me an outrageous number for my seatbelt to be replaced. I later went to J D's to ask for a quote - they purchased the part from the dealership, got me back in the shop next day, and then installed it in like 30 minutes! He even took the time to show me the part and give me some fun facts about it.Everyone at the shop is super personable and friendly which really feels like a bonus when the service is so good.Seriously kickass team! Thanks so much!

John is a very honest, reasonable & dependable mechanic in the area. I happened to only use his services for minor oil changes but talked to him about many car details, out of my curiosity to know details of car issues. He always greeted all my questions with lots of politeness and courtesy, even though sometimes I myself felt I might have wasted his time. This gives my very high confidence in trusting him for any future repairs. Not to mention his rates are quite reasonable, sometimes even cheaper than you expect for specific fixes.

John is fantastic, he really gets the job done and gets it done right. He s taken care of all my vehicles and my families vehicles for years. He s honest and has very reasonable prices. Treats us all like we re family. Definitely recommend having work done here.

John is a very competent and honest mechanic. He is someone you can trust and not out to take your wallet. His prices are reasonable and he is not always looking to sell you something that you don't need. In fact he will try to save you money and treat you like family. Unlike the service dealers which are expensive and attempt to suggest unnecessary services to drive their revenue. We bring all three of our family's cars to him and glad we have him.

My family and I have taken our cars to John for years. I have never had any problems and I would reccomend JD Auto to everyone. Its quality work at a very reasonable price. Even if John isnt on site, his team is reliable and knowledgeable.

Have been taking my cars to John for over 15 years. He and his small team have always provided outstanding service. You aren't going to find a more skilled, dependable, and honest mechanic anywhere else!

I've known John since I moved into the area in 1992. Bottom line is John knows his stuff, is honest as the day is long and is very reasonable with his pricing. I have no problem recommending JD's to anyone looking for somewhere to have their car serviced or repaired.

Will never take my car to another place again! Everyone at J D's Auto Repair was friendly and helpful. They worked extremely quickly, prices were great, and they were extremely accommodating with drop-off/pickup times. Highly recommend this place! :)

John is incredible - I was in a bit of a car panic while making a long trek down from Maine, and John took me in without hesitation, giving my car a full inspection in the middle of his busy work day free of charge. Even more remarkable than his obvious knowledge and expertise was his kindness - it had been a long and stressful drive down, and John was so welcoming and kind that it totally changed my day. John is a rare mechanic and man!

If you want to know details of what is being done on your car service ( part manufacturer detail, which oil being useful for replacement), then this is not the right place to take your car. John gets irritated if you ask questions or details of service. His rates are low, but that just not justifies using sub quality parts or products.

My family has been going to JDs for years now. They give honest feedback and aren't only about making money. JDs has does an amazing job and they have great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs their car serviced.

Passing through and our TPMS light came on on the highway and we saw we had a screw in the tire and they were the closest shop, called and we were in and out with in 20 mins. The guy stopped working on the vehicle he was on to put a tire plug in the tire. GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT GROUP OF GUYS. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

These guys charged an elderly retired woman $30++ simply to place in her new car battery (purchased next door at Napa) for a 15-year old Corolla. Seems a bit excessive to me for a 5-7 minute job and when I called them to ask about it they were dismissive and pompously asked "Why didn't you do it yourself then??" Not helpful. Was he trying to shame me? SHAME ON YOU SIR.I live several hours away but it's a good indication of what kind of people you are dealing with here. They took advantage of an elderly woman in my opinion, and didn't like getting called-out on it.

I've gone to JD auto for years, even though I don't live as close anymore. To me, it's worth the trip! Very honest & doesn't hesitate to take the time to explain the problem to me.

CAN'T SAY NOTHING BUT THE BEST AND FASTED REPAIR WORK ON MY CAR. REPAIR PRICES CAN'T BE BEAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS SHOP.
