Great stock of "nuts, I ran out of that" parts and fluids for whatever you're wrenching. Loan a tool program has saved my wallet plenty of times. Easy location on Drum Hill, right next to Cumby's if you need a fill up, too.

I went into the store around 5-PM 12/5/2023. The tall slim long-dark-haired gentleman that helped me was a wonderful and friendly guy that help me without me asking for help. He was super nice and helpful. Kudos!

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Kayla the assistant manager!!! I m so grateful and so appreciative for Kayla the assistant manager. She went above and beyond her job duties to help us. We drove 15 and a half hours from Chicago and our car took a turn for the worse. She was hearing us explain to another gentleman how we just drove from Chicago and how we needed to change our spark plugs. But of course me and my sister had no idea what to do. So Kayla took things into her own hands and did it herself. We re truly so grateful for all her help and her being so kind to us!! I ve never met such an amazing person like herself. She didn t know us and didn t have to go out of her way to help as much as she did!! We re loving Massachusetts already!!! Thank you so much Kayla!!

If you re going to hire people at your store that work with people that could actually use help, make sure they can actually help! 1000000% Ridiculous.. also pay more attention to your customers than yourselves! Rude people!!!

Want to give a shout out to Akiva (if spelled wrong sorry) he went above and beyond to help me with my headlights. I didn't know what I was doing and he kindly helped me. Tonight I will be driving home safe with headlights because "A" took time out of his day to help me be safe. Many thanks...

A special kudos to Brett D! For starters, he helped me purchase the oil I needed for my Honda CRV. I then drove to the back of the building to put it in. In doing so, I inadvertently knocked the unscrewed oil cap into the back of the engine and couldn't find it anywhere. Not knowing what to do, I went back into the store and embarrassingly explained my predicament to Brett. Without giving it a second thought, he came outside with me and laid down on the wet pavement underneath my vehicle. After a couple of minutes, the two of us were able to locate the cap and retrieve it. In my eyes, Brett went beyond the line of duty to help me! To be frank, I don't know what I would have done without his help. AutoZone management should consider themselves very lucky to have him on their payroll.

My son was trying to get his Jeep serviced at a dealership but we needed the tire spline key specific to his tires. We looked everywhere for this specific item which is not easy to find. The men at autozone searched their store and found the perfect match in a drawer. Because it was no longer packaged and could not be shelved they didn t even charge us! They really saved the day

Brett Dery, manager on duty, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful. There was difficulty processing a return because of internet connectivity. Seeing my concern, Brett explained to me what he had to do and why it required a few extra minutes.

Bret is an incredible asset to AutoZone. He kindly assisted me with a 2011 Subaru that was overheating. Professional, explained everything - I learned alot! Bret and Kayla are knowledgeable and made me feel at ease, quickly grabbed the supplies I needed. Great people.

I can't say enough good things about Autozone in Chelmsford! Harry and Brett are the best! I needed a new battery for my Jeep. I went to Autozone and purchased the battery. My sister in-law and I were in the parking lot trying to install it and were having some trouble. Harry, from Autozone, came out and instructed, coached and walked us through installing the battery. He was pleasant, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We were still having an issue so Brett, Autozone, came out too. He took a look and told us what the problem was and how to fix it. My car is running perfect! I highly recommend Autozone in Chelmsford!

Best experience I have even had in a auto parts store.Bought an ac recharge can for my Subaru. However it was not fitting in and brought it back. Nelson tried with several other recharge hose and found that AC was actually overcharged. Asked me if i want to return. Didn't have the receipt , but he took the time to search all the computers to find my receipt and processed the return. Much appreciated and will return in future for more automotive needs.

Was a little disappointed that I ask somebody to take my car down there check my brake light and my blinker they we're not working and my friend was told that I needed to replace the whole brake light assembly disappointed I was cuz that's expensive so I didn't use my car for a few days at night with no brake lights or blinker but I did take it to Jiffy Lube to have an oil change I couldn't remember the part I needed asked the technician what the brake light was called he then proceeded to take off the brake light lens put a bulb in it and to my surprise everything worked just fine for $4 saved me a couple of $100 thank you Jiffy Lube

2022: Went in for my new car to be checked due to the engine light coming on and Nelson helped me out so much with everything including advice on maintenance since it s my first Volvo! I literally drive to this autozone due to the customer service.Dylan was able to give insight also with another issue I had!This autozone IS THE BEST! They Hire THEY BEST!!2020: Very friendly staff. Jonathan O. Is my go-to guy. He goes above and beyond when helping! I am extremely appreciative because the first few times that I visited the store, I did not purchase anything, I just needed my battery checked, engine, and alternator. He had a lot of patience without becoming frustrated with me and I Am extremely grateful. Now my car is up and running! Great place with friendly people.

Could use some communication coaching. Couldn t tell if the guy just talks loud and aggressively habitually or if he was trying to make me feel like an idiot either way I left and went to the one in Lowell. Way better experience.

just bought two pairs of brake pads for some emergency car work. the price paid was a lot higher than what you can get from many online sites. the guy there today, a manager kind of guy, was pretty rude. unless you need some in last minutes or would like some advice from the store, there isn't much need to visit it again in any time soon. you get what you paid for, and they are reviewed by how they server the customers.

4/24 Saturday afternoon...went to Drum hill store with a bad 12v battery. Nice guy tested it out as bad 6v...looked up warranty info and replaced it with no hastles. He even brought it out to my car/he didn't have to. Kudos to this employee (big guy black beard)!. Renewed my faith in this store! I neglected to get his name but THANK YOU

Nelson was an awesome help for me at the Chelmsford Ma store. I needed a windshield wiper and he not only sold it to me he friggin installed it for me. How great is that!! This is my store for sure.

Awesome team customer service! Will and Amanda were very nice, all smiles, great help, tested my battery which was dead, and then restarted my car and guided me to the Billerica autozone to get my battery swapped for a new one, because the town of Chelmsford apparently doesn't allow them to do any work on the car, but they were very helpful, answered all of my many questions and made sure I would get great customer service in Billerica! Awesome customer service in both towns! Thank you!
