Brought a Honda Odyssey a few months ago and waited to write this review. I wanted to wait to make sure the Honda didn't have any problems a few months after owning this van. Great Honda Odyssey I have not had any problems at all. Pricing on the Honda and my trade was fair on both sides. I will go back there again excellent customer service and high quality vehicles. We had a great experience and we are highly satisfied with the service from Gio!We live a hour away from this car dealer and after all negotiations Gio had the van detailed outside and inside immaculately clean and had someone deliver it to our home.Very satisfied customer

Don't let the small lot fool you. Gio has a real passion for cars and uses his love for the industry to hand pick his inventory. No pushy sales tactics, actual knowledge of the vehicles being sold, and will ensure you are driving away satisfied with your purchase. 10/10 experience and will put ShopiCar on the top of my list for any future vehicle purchases. Initially, my buying experience with them was positive. I acquired a 2013 X3, albeit at a slightly higher price, but the car appeared well-maintained, and the owner even threw in all-weather mats. However, within just four months of ownership, it required extensive repairs including brakes, suspension, and now a costly timing chain replacement. Despite being told I had a 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty, when I raised the issue, I received no response. After spending $1,000 on brakes, another $1,000 on suspension, and now facing a $4,000 timing chain replacement, my overall expenses have soared from the initial $13,000 purchase to a staggering $19,000. I would advise against purchasing vehicles from this seller.

It is so sad to see how many people shared my experience and were scammed from Gio. I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought my car.Gio runs a scam operation at ShopiCar. He sells lemon vehicles and covers up all their issues, then a few weeks later the car starts to have serious mechanical problems and he denies responsibility.Gio sold me a 2013 BMW 328i xdrive, 80,000 miles that appeared to be in pristine condition. He took advantage of my personal situation and lied about the tire sensor that had gone off in the car, stating it was because of the weather. He reassured me that it would be fully serviced and detailed upon arrival. None of that happened. Within the first week of driving the vehicle, I had multiple flats after leaving it parked and had to keep putting air in the tires - only to find out the rim was cracked. I brought it back to him promptly, he kept the car for 3 weeks saying he was ordering and replacing a new rim - when I arrived, I noticed all he had done was rotate the tires (because I had photographed the car extensively and noticed the patterned scuffs on the rim). When I confronted him, he told me that I had caused the scuffs on the rims myself (within one week of use?) and was ultimately at fault. He even tried to make a deal with me that if he proved the scuffs were not there when he sold me the car, I would have to pay for the repairs, otherwise he would pay me $500. He however, quickly withdrew that offer when he found out that I had videoed the car during my test drive with evidence of the scuffs. We ended up in a verbal confrontation worsened by his coworker who told me he knows how to deal with "emotional women like me" because he has sisters...I reminded them that, regardless of my gender, they cannot treat customers this way. They are clearly snake oil salesmen.Long story short - I paid to weld the broken rim. The car also needed a new timing chain, new knock sensor, and had broken struts and axle. This car was a nightmare and dealing with Gio was an even bigger nightmare.AVOID GIO AND SHOPICAR AT ALL COSTS

Great buying experience! The owner, Gio, greeted us and made us feel comfortable from the get-go. No pressure whatsoever. He showed us around and guided us through the cars we were interested in. This was a very positive shopping experience. He was very informative and answered all our questions patiently.We were given a fair price for our trade-in, which was important to us.Dimitri worked with us on the financial piece. Again, a very positive experience.We will definitely recommend Shopi-Car to our family and friends. Michele and Tom

Do not shop here!! They sell lemon cars and do not honor their words!!! 2 months in after purchasing an Audi A4 from them I had already had multiple major issues. I couldn t get a response from them in any way even with warranty on the car. Gio finally helped resolved one problem when I showed up in person living an hour away all while also being pregnant in my 2nd trimester to confront the issue after multiple phone calls of being ignored. I was told he would help fix the rest of the problems but yet again all texts and calls were being ignored all over again!!! Now as a newly mom I am stuck with a lemon car that is not reliable for me and my child.

A disrespectful, irresponsible and unprofessional team. especially Gio. It's been 2 months since I bought a car from them, and they still haven't given me the 2nd key to the car. They were going to have the car undercoated, they stole 1 week from my time. When we called them and asked what the situation was, Gio swore at us and spoke very unethically. If your time is valuable, don't buy anything from these people.

The owner Gio was an amazing host let me test drive the cars I picked out no hassle worry free. He made the car buying experience memorable for me. I love my 335i 2013. I was never pressured into buying a car I didn t like. Gio and his team are amazing there genuine kindhearted people who just want to see you in your dream car. Any car you want they have. Gio was awesome he came through on my deal it took a while which was due to my fault but excellent dealership and I drove up from West Haven, CT. I told him I m coming back for another car. They were very patient with me Gio, Marlene, Tajal & Dmitry because I got on their nerves but excellent group of people with great communication all the way through my deal. I appreciate y all very much I forgot to mention they delivered my Lexus LS600HL to my front door the delivery guys were well mannered and respectful. 5 star service keep up the good work

Great experience dealing with Berto. Definitely would go here again. No hassle, no pressure, good conversation. Come with your own financing and just pick out your car. Finally got the new toy home this weekend....now I have to re-learn how to drive manual after 20 years...give me a second before you honk when I stall at the light LOL.

I personally had an amazing experience purchasing with Marissa and Mikayla at Shopicar. They went above and beyond to help me out in tough situation. They were able to get me in the car I wanted, and literally pulled a Hail Mary for my financing. I am a full time Bartender and Mixologist. The food industry is a tricky game with lenders when you re in need of a vehicle. They made it happen!!I highly recommend them, they will make sure you re happy with your purchase! Utilize the 30 day grace period, if you don t absolutely love it. They ll take care of it best they can. Patience goes a long way with any car deal, and they have all patience. Happy Shopping

Five stars for my BMW 328i Twin Turbo purchase at ShopiCar!Mikayla the service manager provided me with customer service excellence from start to finish! Her urgency regarding my vehicle was much appreciated! I Recently purchased a 2014 Mercedes E 350. Beautiful car. The whole experience with the entire staff have been amazing. Very professional, easy straightforward process. Found the 2014 Impreza on Cargurus and it was exactly as described. Fairly priced and well presented. Closed the deal quickly with no upselling. Handled registration without hassle. We've had the car for several weeks now and it drives great with no issues at all. Highly recommended.

This business sold me a lemon. Since a month after I bought my car, it has been issues after issues. I needed oil leaks fixed, engine replaced, among other things, and it is one thing after another for the past year. Of course it doesn't help when they do not call me back when they said they would. They also keep "fixing" the issue just for it to be a problem again. I have no other choice but to file a lawsuit. I wanted to post this review to warn you consumers to have the car checked out by someone you trust BEFORE you buy. I am not saying all their cars are trash, but they could be. They even admitted to having to deal with several customers and their car issues. This business also has several complaints filed with the Attorney General.

Unfortunately we have to come to this, I work for a week with this company and haven t received yet my check is been almost 2 weeks since I left and every time they say the check was mail out on 01/18/24 is about $1800 in salary and commissions . I guess this will be a write off.

Horrible customer service here. My wife and I went here to look at car after inquiring on line about Maserati quattroporte. I had sent them a deal I wanted and they insisted I come to discuss the deal at the dealership which is 40 miles from my home. My wife and I have a special needs disabled daughter and drove to the dealership and we had to bring her. We got there drove the car and agreed on a deal. It was Saturday evening and the banks were closed they said we will call you Monday Morning with the financing terms. It is now Wednesday and still no communication from them. I have sent numerous texts no replies no anything at all I sent an e-mail through their own website asking for my information back and still no replies this is unbelievable no response and no respect for customer!!!!!

This was my best car buying experience to date. Everyone at ShopiCar was knowledgeable and super friendly. I bought a beautiful 2015 Ford Expedition EL platinum. I absolutely love it. I had a small issue with it after about 1000 miles and they took care of it for me right away. I can't say enough about everyone that works there. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Great place, easy to work with. Recommend highly. Great experience buying the car, drive off, and the check engine light goes on. Call, they come and get the car, fix it and even get it inspected, and bring it back. That's great service. Thank you ShopiCar!

I was in search for a vehicle and after weeks of online browsing found a vehicle here at shops at. During my visit Mykayla(?) was quick with the phone correspondence to get me in. Dante was professional and had the car ready for me right away on arrival and was able to answer all my questions. The hardest part is always talking money and well that process was easy. We got to a price and got the paper work signed from initial visit on a Thursday to signed and on the road with a freshly cleaned car by Monday with a new registration. The slowest part of the whole experience was dealing with my own insurance. Much thanks!
