Run by the absolute nicest people! I had a wonderful experience here, I called same day to get a tire rotation and oil change and they were able to accommodate. They were amazing and finished way ahead of anticipated wait time. Everyone I talked with or dealt with was just so kind. I would highly recommend!

So impressed with not only the service but also the empathy from the guys at advance tire company. My family was all loaded up for a road trip that we needed to embark on only hours from when we got an irreparable flat tire. Despite a completely full docket, they squeezed us into their schedule and got us all set up to hit the road with no delay. A+++ for convenience

Professional, quick to respond, and helpful communications.After a stressful long experience getting towed for a flat tire to here when closed at night, it was so refreshing in the morning to communicate with a couple helpful people including the owner Rick. They got not just my flat but other tires and a sensor fixed up within a few hours.The 5% military discount was appreciated too!

Went in for a simple tire Ricky tried to convince me my tire was bad and said it needed to be replaced. I said theses tire are less than 1 years old how? Are the bad or dry rotted. He responded by saying it s because you road in them. I said okay bout it back together I ll go to another place for a second opinion. He said but I can fix it for $25 a steam replacement. The guy tried to scam me with a new tire charge. Then refused to give me a receipt of payment saying what I did I can t give you a receipt it s illegal. Watch out for tires shops like this within out community there dangerous people doing business while putting our vehicles at risk for a profit I will be reporting this to the AG as well as the CITY OF CAMBRIDGE AND ISD it s unsafe and risky game there playing.

Brought my car here for a hole in the exhaust.They quoted me a crazy high price, saying the whole exhaust needed to be replaced.I thanked them for the estimate but declined to spend that much.When I went to pick up my car, it has a flat tire!!!I told them they must've run over a screw in my car, as there are many screws outside of their garage bays.They said "well you can't prove that" and charged me $75 to patch the hole in my tire. I paid because it wasn't worth the trouble, but I'll never be back and I always warn new colleagues in the area.

In Cambridge they are the best with Tires, Brakes, ETC. Really nice people and friendly. Rick Hank Elias DJ Neil and company.They are the best!!!!

Advance Tire is fantastic. My son got a flat tire coming off the Mass Pike exit in Cambridge and we towed the car a couple of miles to Advance Tire. They took the car right in and quickly assessed the situation and got us back on the road for a very fair price. Worked directly with the owner Rick, who was super helpful and friendly. It s been quite a while since I ve experienced this high level of customer service. 6 out of 5 stars overall. We ll be back here for our next tire service.

Advance Tire is incredible - honest, super friendly, fair prices. I started coming when I worked close by, now I drive 20 minutes to come in because I know i will be treated the right way. Rick and the team are fantastic. I have used Advance Tire for tire, breaks and general engine issues.

I was a regular customer for several years but their costs are outrageous. Quote for brakes was DOUBLE what a comparable shop charged me. While the work is good, the prices here have gone up substantially. I can no longer recommend them.

Needed a tire for company van pretty common a transit. Got right in after 3 jobs were completed. Got it mounted, balanced placed on . For fair price great service and offered to check other tires for issues for free

Two stars for convenience, but I think the prices here are much steeper than other mechanics in the Boston area. A $130 charge for a diagnostic--and in the end, they simply relayed to me the error codes that I had *already mentioned* when I made the appointment. (Also, there was no mention of the fee in the appointment call--only once I was dropping off my car.) Maybe I've been lucky with other mechanics, but I've never been charged that much for a simple diagnostic. We'll have to go somewhere else so we can afford the cost of the actual repair--the repair quote was also more expensive than expected.

Awesome experience. Had a nail in my tire in a weird place. They were able to plug it. Service was very polite, transparent and very fast. Would highly recommend.

$120 for a freaking oil change! I realize this place is in KSQ where all the rich VPs/Directors of Biotech/Pharma are, but this does not mean you rip people off! Please, find another place if you are a middle class who works hard to get the paycheck. Every time they check your vehicle, they will ask you to change the tires.

The guys are super nice, sweet, and funny! They were so helpful and nice when it came to my tires. My tire had a nail in it and they were able to fix it in a timely manner. It wasn't too expensive either.

I was quoted $160 to have my tires alignment. After the work was done, I was charged $250. I would not recommend Kendal Advance Tire and Car Care Center. They are dishonest in their business practices with owner/owners who lack integrity. There are many places in the Boston area who will value you as a customer and honor the cost they quote you.

9:28am I just came from this place and the owner is the most disrespectful and forceful person. I don't feel comfortable giving out personal information and due to this. I couldn't simply buy a tire, I've purchased several tires from people in the past and never have I ever had to give my personal and private information to buy rubber. His excuse in case your car is blocking my workers I need a number to call you, my answer to this was ok I understand I'll stay with my car because I don't feel comfortable giving that out. This guy then proceeds to talk to me any which kind of way. Funny part is that I was just in there politely waiting for him to finish a nice conversation with a delivery person, but as soon as he gets to me the entire attitude changed up. I'm not sure why the caucasian woman in front of me was able to see the nice side of this man and then turn to the black guy you just made wait then give me an attitude. Honestly unused to be the person to just react in the store but now I find posting honest reviews works better this place will never get my business nor will I ever refer anyone to this shop. I work around the corner from this place and in the future I'll have my car towed to any other place on earth then to go back to a place that can treat people this way.

Rick and his team at Advance Tire are wonderful to work with. They are always able to take the time and walk you through any questions and explain the whole process of repairs and work. They even steered us away from unnecessary repairs that the dealership was trying to press on us. Please go right to Advance Tire and get them to evaluate your car needs- you will get great service and communication, a quick turnaround, and, most importantly, great pricing and peace of mind. Advance Tire is a gem!

I went there for a state safety inspections they have walk in. They were super fast , efficient. Great service. Hard to find a spot to park your car around the location due to the central spot at Kendall

I was charged $75+ for just replacing one tire!!! Unbelievable! Two times higher than others!!! And please respect your customer! If you forgot or didn't heard what I said, don't say I haven't said it, and don't answer me in a contemptuous tone!

Rick and his team are fantastic. I came to Advance Tire for a battery replacement and they made the simple experience such a pleasant one. At a recent oil change at my dealership, they offered some suspect recommendations for service. I got a second opinion from Rick s team before acting and I m so glad I did. I will be coming here for any future oil change, rotation or service needs. I recommend Advance Tire to local friends and family now, as well.

A+ experience! Rick was phenomenal and super accommodating. He was very knowledge and professional from the moment I first called to make an appointment for new tires. I ended up being an hour and a half late to my appointment and they still fit me in. The quoted time was accurate even after I got an additional service that wasn t planned. The indoor waiting area is very clean, has free wifi and coffee. I was able to get work done while waiting which was a plus. It s so hard to find nice shops in the Boston area. I will definitely be bringing my car here for all future needs. Thank you, Rick!

Needed new tires after a blowout on the highway. Hank fit in me the same day and within 20 minutes, I had new tires at a reasonable price. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly kind and helpful. I will absolutely bring my business back and highly recommend!

It is extremely hard to find the thorough and professional service like that of Advance Tire Company. I came here to get my all season tires mounted and balanced in place of the summer tires on the car, and my expectations were far exceeded. Rick, who took care of me up front, was friendly and very accommodating to my perfectionist tendencies when it comes to my car. The technician was equally receptive, and consulted me on my preferences multiple times to make sure I would be 100% satisfied. The facility is clean, organized, and waiting room friendly. I would certainly return again if needed.

Wishing I could leave a 10 star review right now. I have NO words for my incredible experience at this shop. Rick was beyond helpful and quick with helping me get my wrangler s tire plugged and fixed. His generosity for the public is unmeasurable. While at his shop, an elderly woman was confused outside and seemed to be lost. He welcomed her into his shop, provided her with water, a mask, and reassured her that he would help her. I cannot say enough about this man and the shop in general. Wishing I could leave a 10 star review for professionalism and overall genuineness. I ve now found my shop for life. Acts of kindness like these are hard to find these days, thank you Rick for your professionalism with my vehicle, but MOST importantly for your pure heart.

Don't let the name fool you. While they are great with tires, they are champions at everything else. Rick and the team provides unmatched customer service, transparency, urgency, and communication. Now twice I have called in with car issues that needed urgent attention and the team was able to resolve each quickly and without delay. They will now be my first call on everything with my car.

Had a great experience had my car in there this morning for tires. The Owner Rick And his crew are very knowledgeable and professional. They explain everything in a matter that I could understand like I said I had a great experience I would recommend them to anybody.

I come here for all routine maintenance. Flat tire? These are your guys. Oil/filter change? Same. I've been here for major routine service as well, never had a bad experience.Since I bought a replacement set of tires they do free rotations for life.Everyone's always polite, even when I lose track of the tire lock adapter and they have to wait a bit while I frantically dig it out of the trunk.
