Fantastic service and amazing staff!I recently took my car in for a fairly complicated exhaust issue. The service manager and his staff were great to work with, keeping me informed every step of the way. They provided video overviews highlighting any issues they found during the service check and provided options based on their findings. The team made sure to update me on progress and provided a loaner car while mine was in service.I would highly recommend their service department to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at the Acura of Boston dealership. The salesman, Jacob Lopez, was excellent. He walked me through all the details of the car. The managers there were accommodating, and willing to be straight with me. They worked with me to get to a deal that worked for everyone. I'd happily go back again, and would recommend anyone else interested in an Acura.

Always a great experience with this firm. My salesman for this vehicle was Jacob who has been extremely helpful with all the requirements needed to register this vehicle. This is my third MDX and I don't think I could change the brand especially if I can deal with this firm. It is always smooth and hassle free. I thank you for all your courtesies.

I recently purchased a pre certified 2023 TLX. I was greeted by my sales person, Aamar who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Armar showed me all the information on the car including the Carfax report and any history on the car. Great job, I also spoke with the Sales Manager Steve Santo who was also very helpful with everything I needed. Manny in finance was easy to deal with, explaining everything and being able to understand all the small print too. A shout goes out to Garret for getting the cargo net installed and going the extra mile. I will be recommending Acura of Boston to all my family and friends for their great service. I brought my car in at the appointed time. An advisor was available right away and was helpful and set my expectations. The waiting area had great WiFi and a desk so I got lots of work done, and my car was complete in less than 90 minutes and it was much cleaner when I got it back than when I brought it in :)

My service here yesterday was terrible. We was working with sales associate Walter while they were in the process of running a credit check they left me and my husband waiting in the lobby for at least an hour. Walter came out once to let us know it won't be much longer. We ended up waiting a long time and the financial guy never came back out to assist us. Walter started to help another couple and just left us sitting there. After waiting so long no one never came out to tell us if we were approved or not so we called an Uber and left. No one called us to tell us if we were approved or asked why we left. They just lost a great customer even if my credit wasn't going to be approved. We are so disappointed with the service and believe we were discriminated against. I feel really discouraged. Going to take my business elsewhere

I bought a car here about a month ago. It was typical salesman stuff. They offered me 10,000 for my trade, I pushed back and settled for 12,500. I knew I shouldn't have. They are selling it for $18,798. It didn't need work, they made money off the car they sold me and now they are making more. Not very honest and fair, I won't buy another car here.

I am very happy with my service on my 07 tsx. My service advisor Anthony did an outstanding job at helping me with my needs he went above and beyond with helping me and making sure I was satisfied with my service. I also want to thank Justin, The technician who worked on my vehicle, he pointed me in the right direction on my repairs and went out of his way to make sure I understood everything that was being done.Best experience i ve had personally with a dealership, I will definitely be coming back.

Made an appointment with short notice for a detailing service after a coffee mishap. Car now looks + smells like new. Very reasonable prices and I was able to have a loaner vehicle for the day while the service was being performed. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer to this dealership for all my service needs for over 6 years. The last year has not been the greatest. This past year everytime I went in for service i would decline a free wash and vacuum but somehow it wasn t clear enough the customer declined the service. In addition, the technicians would forget to screw the tire valve caps after checking tire pressure and/or loose a lug nuts. It was also an issue getting a loaner vehicle. One thing they can improve on is giving a customer like me VIP treatment for sticking around and always making my way back!Anyway, my 5 star experience with the service department has been ruined after I recently drove my car in for service and I let them know it was on air suspension. The service advisor along with the technician made NO effort to accommodate my vehicle on a lift giving me the sob story that it wasn t enough clearance. I am a flatbed technician and If I can load my own car on a flatbed tow truck using wooden ramps with confidence . that gives you no reason to tell me you can t get it on the lift. I also get 4 wheel alignments done on my bagged car with no issues driving it up on the ramp. For future reference, MAKE AN EFFORT!!!

I had such a great experience at Acura of Boston dealership.My service advisor William was excellent from start to finish, he was professional, kind and transparent about pricing and service recommendations for my vehicle.I went in for an oil change and added in tire rotation thanks to Will.He followed up with me through the entire process .Also the total cost was reasonable ! I would Definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and familyThank you Will!

I've been an Acura lessee for 12+ years. I haven't had a good experience at Acura of Boston in the last 4+ years of that time, even though they're my local dealer. I'd rather make the longer drive to Acura of Westwood, and recommend all of you to do the same.Fixing a recall here took 5+ hours, even with a scheduled appointment, and then it wasn't even actually fixed (they fixed one of the issues, but then created another). No form of compensation or offer to help given their mistake and the situation. They have sent very misleading offers in the mail to me just to get me in the door for a potential sale. Their prices have consistently been higher than other Acura dealers in the area. Their approach to presenting offers has generally been uninformed with regard to me as an individual customer.I keep hoping to have a good experience there, because it's the closest dealer to me, but it just hasn't happened in years. The only positive thing about the place is that they have a solid waiting/work area if you're waiting for your car to be fixed.

Very pleased with my visit while waiting. Service to my RDX was completed in a timely manner, my service advisor was very pleasant and kept me abreast of the progress of my servicing. My only disappointment was with the multi point inspection. It stated that I would need tires ( 2 ) in the near future. I purchased the car at AOB as a pre-owned vehicle with 32,600 miles in December of 2022. It is now December of 2023 and the car now has 35,300 miles on it. Which means I've only driven 2700 miles since purchase. That tells me that the car should have had 2 tires replaced during its reconditioning prior to it being available for sale.This is no reflection on the service experience I had today but never the less, very disappointing.

Time robbery. I came here about a month ago to buy a used car. All of the details were worked out on my end in advance- money was ready, my insurance had the forms, etc. When I got there Friday the wait wasn t terrible just to pay for the car but they told me it wasn t ready to be driven home yet because they still had to detail it and work out some things with my insurance they told me to come back Monday which was fine. On Monday I came back at 10 like Foozie told me, and I wasn t able to leave with the car until atleast 3.5 hours later. He told me they were waiting for an employee who didn t show up until 11:30 and then they forgot to send the insurance form to my insurance company which delayed things even further. I wasted so much of my time watching Foozie say they are doing everything they can to speed up the process, which was a complete lie. If you are going here to save time instead of buying used and going to the DMV, you are MUCH better off buying through private seller.

Good service department, but more expensive than the metro West Acura. Watch out for upselling such as , "You may want to consider a wheel alignment...." despite only 12k miles and no problems well ahead of pothole season.

Acura has always treated me as a valued customer. I ve been purchasing from them on and off since 2005! Great customer service always! Sometimes, you re waiting more than you d like too but I m sure it s due to the post pandemic. So I try and make it easier for all involved. I drop it off and come back later for it. Might be nice if one day they offered rentals for all their services. Just saying. Love you Acura. Happy always with the customer service and team!

We had car trouble while traveling and Acura of Boston was able to help us in a pinch without having an appointment. It was a holiday weekend and they offered us a loaner car since the car would not be fixed the same day. They provided detailed videos of the diagnosis and excellent customer service. I especially want to thank Jonathan Z. for his kindness and empathy for the situation we were in. Thank you!!!
