This shop not only did unauthorized repairs to my vehicle, but damaged it severely. I authorized them to replace a cable and terminals and they said it would be 10 days to get the part. Then they said it was ready a few days later and I said, what do you mean>? Well, instead of replacing the parts, which is what I authorized, THEY TAPED IT TOGETHER! WTH.Had to bring it to another shop since it was not safe and had same issue again after. The dealership redid the terminals etc they did not handle properly and now my car runs well.They said they would refund me, but of course, have not and continue to ignore me. Avoid at all costs!!!

Previously five star rating for the relatively fast and friendly service.Been trying to get an estimate on relatively minor damage to bumper for weeks. Only one person who can do estimates and he's been unavailable every time. Called and asked if I could send pictures and was told they don't do estimates from pictures. They also won't make appointments.When I went in, surprise he was gone for the foreseeable future. The woman at the desk who told me no pictures then came out and took pictures. Said I'd get an email by the next day with an estimate. 9 days later still nothing. Called again this morning and was told he was finishing with a client and would call immediately after.It's been hours since and still nothing.Don't waste your time. Go somewhere that will respect you

Roy and his team are among people who have real spirit of craftsmanship, 5 or 10 starts are not enough to show my respect, appreciation and gratitude. I got an accident and the left mirror fall off with wires still connecting , big scratch on door. The owner of garage near Newton highland pet hospital told me he could do that for $3000+, changing mirror and exterior part of the door. While Roy and his team did an amazing job with half of the cost, fixed the mirror back and polished the scratch , and made it like new. Roy and his team doesn't neglect small work, meanwhile they finished their job with an attitude of perfectionism, yet faster than you expected.Roy and his team is doing a business serving this community, they are the body shop people need and will go.Thank you Roy team! Went last year because a drunk driver hit the whole drivers side of my car. Brought it there after they said they can fix it and since then my driver side window doesn t go up or down. Ac doesn t work and a lot of problems have come about for the car. Talked to Roy about it and told him insurance says he needs to fix it on his own cost but will not do so. If I would give negative stars I would

This is an excellent auto body shop. They always over deliver. I was recently introduced to the owner's grandson who has joined the business. I look foward to working with the next generation of this family.

From the moment I inquired about getting my car repaired, to the updates on when it will be ready to actually picking up my car, this shop has been everything I ve ever wanted from a car shop. The manager Roy was the kindest and most understanding person. He communicated directly with my insurance to make sure I was taken care. They went above and beyond, my car was cleaned and detailed when I went to pick it up. I can t imagine going anywhere else ever again

I appreciate a company that lives up to it's standards and finds possible solutions especially when unexpected accidents happen along the way. Just picked my car from A to z and it looks amazing! I got in an accident and they did great body work! Came back nice and quick when every other body shop said they were booked for months.

I was there to repair my bumper that was only 15% damaged by an uneven road. Most shops forced me to replace. This shop managed to repair it, and secure it, In ONE day. I am super impressed. Way beat 4 other body shops I've visited.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Top-notch work (taken my car there 4 times and always left good as new) but the thing that really makes this place stand out is how they handle insurance, rentals, etc. for you, getting everything taken care of and minimizing the beaurocratic stress. Thanks!

My car is there since two months and they repaired very badly. The front desk person is highly rude.If anyone wants to waste their time and money, go here.
