I called R&R auto as for decades had been going to Best CHEVEROLET and their services and attitude has been extremely disappointing and my husband and I have been very frustrated with their customer service. I spoke with Kathy at R & R who was very pleasant and accommodating. Ricky was outstanding as well as the other mechanics. The repair was completed in a reasonable time and the price was surprisingly reasonable. If I had gone to Best they would have kept my car for days and would have charged me double as I called and requested a quote. R & R will be getting all my future business!!! Highly recommend you check them out!!!!!

Unhappy with recent experience. After getting it home we realized there is a significant dent with lengthy scratch marks on the rear passenger door / side skirt. When we reached out to them they immediately denied it happened while they had it and refused to consider any involvement. Would have appreciated a bit more customer service in trying to understand what happened.

Rick is great and very reasonable priced. He stands behind his work. Never had any issues with his work. I would recommend R and Auto Repair to anyone.

Very nice people. I believe Ruben is the guy that runs the garage or Rick both guys are very professional they know what the heck they're talking about and their service cannot be beat on South Shore not to mention their pricing is very very reasonable price for the area and not to mention the quality of their work is better than other shops no offense.

Kathy will always make you smile. Rick and Rubens will do the best they can to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. They care about their customers. Whether you are brand new to R&R or an original customer of Geyers Garage. I suppose I'm a little biased since Rick is my husband.

Don't go there or at least get a 2nd opinion before trusting them with your car. Tried overcharging me more than double compared to another place.

They try to scam my 16-year-old daughter out of her car saying the engine was no good that would cost a lot more money to have it re place so they said they would salvage it and then come to find out a month later they're trying to sell it for $4,800
