This was the best experience purchasing my car! I worked with Keith who was so helpful and patient when deciding a big purchase like a car! I have had horrible experiences in the past but working with Keith and quirk was so pleasant. They made the process easy and timely. I am so grateful for them! I pick up my new car this week! The overall booking process was easy. The staff was friendly and greeted me in the lobby; and confirmed the service I was receiving. During the call they made a recommendation for a new air filter. At checkout I recalled an issue I was having with the car not registering the key, unless I pull it out of my purse. I thought it might be an issue with the battery and confirmed that the batteries last about a year (mine was at least 18mos), and they replaced the battery for me too, just before leaving. I am really happy with the team at Quirk VW and the service I received.

Yuri and team were amazing - it was so easy and fast to make transaction and pick up even easier with a thorough overview of how car worksYuri is not a pushy car salesman - very calm and worked with us on pricing and took less than an hour to test drive and sign paperwork.We had planned on going to just look but he gave us everything we wanted!

Service was always great, but when I went to buy out my lease it was an extremely confusing process and they were shady and unclear about every step of the process - then forced me to use RFCU bank which has a god awful website and i couldn't figure out how to make payments or transfer money. I had to leave and come back weeks later to complete the car buying process, have never had to do this before, and this was my 8th car purchase. I sold it and bought an Audi last weekend and the process was simple, clear, and only a single session. And Audi let me use a real bank.Oh and the manager yelled at me because he didn't believe my signature was actually my signature. It was a weird experience.

The salesman Vincent was attentive, he listened to what I wanted and was awesome through the whole process. Also he had a young man set up my phone to sync with car, he was fantastic-I don't know his name.

Screwed me over 4 times never going back even though I work next door and it's the most convenient place. 1 Made me pay for electrical repairs caused by water coming thru the sunroof. Now part of a class action lawsuit because this was a known issue. Bought the car new there too.2. Messed up a recall/retrofit and my engine died right before I merged on the highway. Could have been seriously injured. They initially claimed not their fault and refused to pick me up at 6pm even though I was a mile from the shop. Left me stranded for hours and almost missed my mom's birthday. 3. Battery died the day after my oil change after I'd never taken my car anywhere else. Yes, I should have checked the date myself but they obviously didn't check it. I didn't go back for years after that. Went back again after going to Nucar Norwood a few times. This time there was a bracket (VW cost $30) that would have taken 5 minutes to swap out but they would have charged $150. Then when I got home i got an alarm for front adaptive headlight. I called and they said I could pay $150 to diagnose it even though I just came from them. Yeah, I'm sure the light came on by coincidence the first time I got in it and they won't even take a look. One time fine, but I guess I'm going to spend way more time driving further away to find a better service center. They're also the only place I know that doesn't wash your car before giving it back (the others do). 2 stars for flexible drop off and Lyft drop off.

Very poor and unpleasant experience we left without knowing our monthly payment and interest rate. We took the car home without sticker because they said they could not do it.. and so many other things ..... the bathroom inside the dealership wasn't clean at all....this is not my first time buying a car without having a title for my trade in. The dealer always orders a duplicate title for 25 dollars, but here they wanted 350 dollars for a duplicate.

I drove 4 hours one way to come to this dealership and they didn't disappoint! Came home driving an upgrade for sure. I'm absolutely obsessed with my Atlas! Very impressed with the interest rate I was able to get, fair trade in value and warranty. Can't stop taking photos of my new girl

My experience at Quirk VW in Braintree was absolutely amazing! For months I had been visiting different dealerships and a few VW dealerships! Yuri and the team were very accommodating, kind, and very thorough! Yuri explained all my options and was very upfront and honest! With Yuri s help I drove away in a brand new 2024 Atlas today! I do not have enough kind words to describe my experience at Quirk VW! An overall great experience, competitive pricing, and very kind atmosphere!

It was pleasant experience. They had the vehicle and the deal that they advertised. The salesperson listened to my needs and my budget and made it work. After visiting a very aggressive dealership the day before it was a breath of fresh air.

Quirk is all about quality, and my experience at this Braintree dealership was of the highest kind. From their responsiveness via email and text to their precautions for COVID when I arrived at the dealership, the staff cares about their customers. I was lucky to link up with Xavier Casiano who worked hard to get me a deal that put me into a 2020 Tiguan. I also worked with their delivery coordinator Yuri who even picked me up after dropping off my previous lease at another Quirk location. From start to finish, they will make sure you leave 100% satisfied.

Very unprofessional! They tried pulling a Bait n Switch. I made a deal online, they told me to come in to do paperwork. When I got there ,they switched the car on me and tried telling me that's the one. But I had the vin # then they changed their story and said that got sold yesterday and uri the manager didn't know. Meanwhile he's the one who called me making the appointment. Uri was very sketchy from the minute I stepped in the building. I HAVE ALL TEXT TO PROVE IT.

This team is amazing. I called same day needed a battery. They got me right in and they also gave my car and oil change. It only took maybe an hour to do everything. They were very informative and kept me in the loop during the whole process.Highly recommended!!!!

My experience at Quirk was the first experience I've ever had at a dealership where I didn't feel as though my time wasn't valued. There was no back and forth games that took all day. Robenson was fantastic! I felt like he listened to us and did the best to make it all happen. I plan on sending him many future customers. Also, need to give a huge shout-out to Tyler the "lot guy". He is such a great kid. He was so patient and explained every bell & whistle to a customer not so tech savy. He paired up my phone & had me all squared away before I drove away. Being a Mom of three grown sons myself I can tell you this young man is a huge asset to your dealership.

I just leased a new Atlas at Quirk VW, and working with Yuri made it such a wonderful experience! Yuri was super helpful throughout the process, and answered all of our questions without making us feel pressured to move forward before we were ready. After my test drive, any time I texted with a follow up question, he got right back to me. This is our first time leasing, and Yuri was a huge help in making sure we understood the process and terms of the lease.I also appreciated that the pricing was clear and upfront, unlike some of the other dealers in the area. When I left today, I was so excited about my new car, and so happy about the experience. I hope more dealers will stop with the gimmicky high pressure sales tactics and be more like Quirk VW. Thank you Yuri for all of your help!

Just drove off in a 2024 Atlas!!! Jason the sales manger and his crew could not have done a better job. From the first call to see what was on the lot and then driving it away there was never a beat missed. It was a zero hassle transaction.

A couple months ago I brought one of my cars here for a 50,000 mile service. It ran me about $500. A lot of people may think that's a high price for a routine maintenance, but not everyone understands that cars need more than fuel and oil changes. Anyways, I dropped my car off and walked down the road to a nearby bookstore and spent some time there before receiving a call from one of the men at the service desk telling me that I had a bubble on my tire and to mount and balance a new one it would cost a little over $200. I had just recently had these tires installed, so I was a little wary of this. I informed him that I would think about replacing the tire and give him a call back before the service was completed. Then I got a text message with a link to the video that the technician looking at my car had sent me. He pointed out exactly where the bubble was as well as the general wear and tear of the brakes and other tires. I was very impressed by this simple but functional feature the dealership utilized. I called them back and told them to go ahead and do the tire. A little later I walked back to the dealership and picked up my car and talked to a few of the people at the service desk. They were extremely knowledgeable about any question I threw at them and very friendly on top of it. My experience at this dealership has been one of the best I've ever had, and I would definitely recommend anyone who asked me to use this dealership for service. Initially had appointment for oil change a sticker. Computer was allegedly down on first appointed. No sticker! Sticker expired four days later. Volkswagen wouldn t schedule me prior to sticker end date! Had to drive back from Boston to Braintree after sticker had expired. POOR SERVICE! Wasn t compensated for time and mileage due to Volkswagen error with THEIR Computer System!!!!!

Just picked up my VW GTI from the authorized VW service center, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Firstly, a huge shoutout to the team for swiftly addressing the major issue I had with my GTI. Luckily, it was still covered under warranty, which was a huge relief. While car repairs can often be more expensive than anticipated, knowing that my beloved GTI is in the hands of experts I trust makes all the difference.The service was top-notch from start to finish. The sales staff were very helpful and didn't really Force us in making decision and gave us enough time to think and decide. And rest of the process they did it in no time.The folks at service section are really helpful and courteous. They got me in and out in a very quick time. The quality of the service was also awesome.

Amazing experience! It was a very easy process. Pricing was fair. Staff were responsive. I was treated respectfully and didn't feel like I was being pushed in any direction. I truly felt like I mattered in the conversation and never got the feeling that I was being tricked (which is not the case at other dealerships!) I also felt like Quirk valued my time and did not make me wait around. I am very happy with Quirk and I can't recommend it enough!

The whole crew was great. Especially Ryan and Vincent. Gotta promote Ryan IMO. Jason, I think his name was, kind of put me off a bit. I think he was a manager. Told me I couldn t test drive the car at first. Only reason I bought it was the test drive so good thing he let me, otherwise no go from me.

I came in to look at a used car they had listed on the quirk VW website. When I got to Quirk they told me they had listed the car incorrectly and it was a lower trim level then advertised. I was a little annoyed about that but my salesman, Yuri, showed me another car that I loved and worked out a great lease deal with me for the trouble. It all worked out and I ve really been enjoying my new Tiguan. Thank you Yuri and Quirk VW.
