Love this body shop! Great communication made getting my car repaired stress free. The team at Braintree Auto body went the extra mile to get all of the damage covered by insurance, and even gave me a bottle of touch up paint when I picked up my car. They even show me how to use it correctly by going around the car and touching up small scratches and chips.A big thank you for a great job!I highly recommend the Pros of Braintree Auto body company!

These folks do great work, are honest, and a preferred provider for our insurance Mafre which is a testimony unto itself. Our crash magnet is going in again for another fendah bendah. Trust them implicitly.

This place is great! I called to ask if they had room to do an oil change. Simple enough, except I was 20 minutes away and didn't realize they were closing shortly until I called and spoke with Wing. He was pleasant and professional and told me he was closing real soon, but would stay open for me if I could get to him right away. I arrived and the oil change was done within 15 minutes. He also took the time to answer my questions on tires, never making me feel rushed, and showed me how to tell if new tires are needed, which he told me I didn't need. I'll 100% be back. It's rare to come across a business that knows how to value a customer. I've been to the chain oil change stores and at this point, I'll never go back. The only change I'll make is purchasing tires next time from Braintree Auto Body.

Save your time and avoid this place. I was hit by another car, picked this repair shop as was not my insurance company's recommended list. After keeping car for 10 days, they didn't fix one of issues with rail-guard that I had reported during drop-off. I also found alignment issues post repair and when reported to Braintree Auto Body, they declined redoing it and asked me to contact my insurance company again which was unexpected and frustrating. After a couple of back and forth, I finally decided to get it fixed from another local shop and had to spend money from my pocket fixed.I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. Please save yourself...you will thank me later !!!!

Excellence in workmanship, service, and dealing with insurance companies and rental car companies. Estimated repair time was 14 days, car was back in 7 and looked fantastic. Storm damage, dents, scratches gone. It looked like a new car. Highly recommend.
