Called to have my vehicle towed after waiting 3 hours for AAA (which sent the wrong tow truck for our car to be towed). Told us to call back in 4 hours to get the vehicle towed. Called Todisco and they were there in 20minutes!!!! Literally made our day! The dispatch to tow guy were GREAT! Professional and understanding of our situation. Thank you so much guys!!! Hopefully I don t need another tow but if I do I will certainly be calling you guys!

It was 5 years roughly that this particular todiscos STOLE the toolbox out of my vehicle that has MY GRANDFATHERS tools in it, they were invaluable. I will never forgive you guys for that and the way you denied me.My hatred grows each year.

Don't every use this company. They will rip you and nickle and dime you. There a bunch guidos. The office manager at the east boston office Heather is so difficult to even talk to because she has no people skills or business even working with the general public. They only get contracts from the city of boston because they clearly are doing favors in exchange for contracts. Avoid them at all cost if you can. The four eyed lady that works the front desk need an attitude adjustment as well.

Was towed by mistake and then met with nothing but animosity by all employees while trying to get clarification on where my car was. I ended up being reimbursed for the tow but still dealt with roughly 3 hours of inconvenience on a weeknight, not getting home until late.I'm writing this after being hung up on by a supervisor for calling to ask what my bank statement didn't match the invoice. For reimbursement I needed the exact charge. (they pass the card swipe fee to you, heads up) I asked why they didn't let me know I would see that fee at the time of payment when I got my car and *click* ....not needed.Overall the people I dealt with were unnecessarily rude to me. Not a great company to deal with. Would not recommend for any use.

Truck died in the middle of the highway. Called police and Todisco was dispatched. Roy came and got the truck hooked up and towed it to the dealer. He was super friendly and helped to calm me down about the whole situation. They treated my truck with excellent care. Would highly recommend them based on this experience.

Had a great experience. Showed up quick and where knowledgeable. Gave me a hand getting my truck started after a fuel tank strap broke. Can't remember the drivers names. Thanks again.

I needed to have my Tesla towed out of our building's underground garage. Zuli (apologies if I misspelled his name) did an incredible job operating in an incredibly tight maneuvering space, and with low ceiling height. His work was both extremely professional and friendly. Based on my very positive experience, I highly recommend Todisco, especially if you're in need of specialized towing service (Tesla-approved).

Francisco (#102) was amazing! My car completely shut down on me. He went above and beyond to help me get my car towed. He arrived earlier than I was expecting. He was patient and really tried to diagnose what was causing my car failure. When we determined it needed to be towed, he was careful getting the car on the bed. Throughout, Francisco was very professional and courteous. He really helped me out!

I been here multiple times. The tow truck drivers are good, yet them dispatch team are bad and rude with the people and some of them really psycho.I agree its a business and you have to make a money, I understand some customers are bad, but you need and I hope you can train your workers specifically your dispatch team to be good with the people who talking with you with full of respect.Sincerely,Ammar

Todisco towed my vehicle in July 2023 (it s now January 2024). They brought inadequate equipment and damaged my vehicle. Drove 45 minutes to salem, ma to fill out a damage report. It s been 6 months and 10 phone calls to them, and have no resolution. I will be filing a complaint with the state police(who called them for the tow) and the attorney general. Every employee I have spoken to has been unprofessional and rude. The dispatcher should find another career. Thankfully it s simple to take them to court. TERRIBLE

They are the least professional people you will ever meet. They "tow" your car without any searchable record of it. Might as well call it stealing. Unnecessarily rude and hostile. As if they are trying to scare you out of their place. They charge you a 3% surprise fee if you are paying with your card. God help you if you ever have to deal with them.

Called to ask if I could be helped loading my Plow Blade onto my pickup because I was having trouble with it and the repair shop couldn t come out to me. Jose showed up 10 minutes before the expected time and did what had to be done with expediency, professionalism and a smile. Thank You Todisco Towing and Jose. I ll be calling again

The worst service ever I request my own tow truck and the state police call this company even when he see that the tow trucks that I call was there this guys from todisco get my car without asking me if I have my child in the car my purse or anything he just get the car and go aways he didn t even tell me where my car is going to be .. this people from todisco was so rude and have a unprofessional plus they charge so so much money the state police and this people from todisco are so rude and unprofessional that happen in Chelsea MA

It should be 0 Stars. Stay away if you need to tow a tractor trailer. You WILL get ripped off.These company needs to be investigated. They will charge you thousands of dollars once they hook you. They will keep you hooked until you pay them and charge you about $100 to use a credit card.

This is a sloppy and predatory business that prays on the low income area in which it sits. They seem to be unable to tow a car without damaging it in some way and my car was no different. The reason behind so many mistakes is likely because the drivers are stoned during their shifts. I know this because i watched a driver put a dab pen down on the counter right next to me while i was retrieving my car. Additionally, the fee of $170 for a tow is extremely excessive. They will tell you the base fee is $135 and then tack on a "storage fee" of $35 the second they drop the car off in their lot. This is an example of predatory "hidden fee" practices used by the likes of Comcast and it is disgusting to see it used against the disadvantaged people of East Boston. This company and anyone with stock in deserve a taste of the misery they cause people every day.

This company is a bunch of scumbags. They line up tons of tow trucks and then tow people immediately for street cleaning violations and then charge obscene prices. I was charged $140 for a .15 mile tow and 'a day of storage' despite me picking up the car 5 minutes after it was put on the tow truck.Despite me coming outside while they were going to tow the car to try to stop it, they did it anyway. The employees are rude and lack empathy. The owner/employees should be ashamed to own and/or work at a company that preys on it's local community like this.

Don't normally leave reviews but the unprofessionalism of Todisco Towing was shocking. Car was towed and damage occurred. They initially tried to spin the damage on us, even though the photographic proof/timestamps indicates the damage occurred during the tow. It has been nearly two months with absolutely no response from "Ben" at their corporate office to our numerous calls and emails. The support staff at the Condor St. location were also quite curt when we spoke to them in person and on the phone. Incredibly disappointed that this company uses ghosting as a tactic to not pay out damage claim forms.

I had an appointment in BofA by Fan pier Blvd in Boston, I m pretty new in the city so looking for parking is pretty hard for me, but I parked across the street from the bank, and I had noticed there was a pay for parking meter in front of the bank which is across the street from where I was parked, but where I parked was for residents only, not even a minute that I got out to pay for parking the tow truck legit did a whole illegal U turn just to get to my car the driver even saw me, and instantly lifted the car and said that if I wanted him to drop it I had to pay 132$ on the spot, THIS MANS legit pulled out a whole QR code for me to pay I know he must ve seen me from far away because ain t no way I honestly think he could ve directed me to a place where I can actually park, instead of being rude and acting like I just destroyed half the world I payed and drove half a block to see actual pay to park parking spots my appointment didn t even last 30 minutes so I didn t even have to pay for parking the parking

They towed and sold a Staff Sergeants vehicle, which had personal belongings in it to include a sweatshirt from a deceased Soldier, which was sentimental to the staff sergeant. He was overseas serving our country. This is a despicable company. Tobisco Towing refused to let the staff sergeant pay for the towing fees and impound fees by phone while he was overseas serving our country. Don't do business with a company that does something like this. They also lost the case and are forced to pay the staff sergeant $5000 and the United States government $1,000. Don't do business with this company.

The worst place where your car can be taken, today 10/29 we were with family in Salem for Halloween, unfortunately our car was towed, and the woman at the reception was too rude and despotic. When we arrived, I dared to speak badly to my son, apart from making the entire process more complicated, in terms of payment and license issues, adding to that his facial expressions. really super bad experience

Horrible drivers and even worse customer service. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS BUSINESS TO HANDLE MY CAR IF I EVER NEEDED TOW SERVICE. I would give zero stars if I could.Tow truck driver was driving erratically on the highway at night (tailgating my vehicle when there were other lanes that were open for passing) and flipping me off as he passed me on the right. He continued to tailgate other cars and swerving in his lane. He flipped me off once more as I was getting off the highway. My mother called to report the incident and the customer service representative told us there was nothing she could do as we didn t have a truck number, even though we gave a pretty specific location. She yelled at us and hung up and I called back on my phone. I called & reported the same thing and told this representative to follow up with a manager immediately regarding poor customer service and unsafe driving habits of truck drivers. She laughed and said well, isn t this a lovely night! and continued to be rude. She hung up again.Drivers should NOT be erratically and angrily driving heavy machinery on a crowded highway, endangering the safety of other drivers. Your drivers are operating trucks with YOUR company name on it. Way to maintain good company reputation Furthermore, customer service representatives should be trained on how to professionally handle a safety-concern call.

This company is a giant POS. They sold a car out from under a member of our military while he was deployed overseas and refused to let him pay while abroad. This broke federal law. This business and its owners are trash.
