Great and fast service, competitive affordable prices, and professional customer service. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in such a long time with a tire shop, and trust me, I have been to many of them. I traveled from Methuen to give this place a try, which was recommended, and it was worth the travel. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

Tire Tech is a wonderful neighborhood service center. My third time here & have had efficient, friendly and completely satisfying work done on my tires each time. There are very knowledgeable staff. They have excellent hours (tire loosing air & came in Saturday evening 7:35pm) & love the Spanish music that s always playing in the background.I highly recommend everyone to give Tire Tech your business. Support our neighborhood businesses. You will not be disappointed.

Called this morning about getting a tire patched due to a nail - they were able to take me right away, got it done quickly, and were SO nice (each person I interacted with). It's tough being a female going to a car place when in need - you really never know what you're going to experience. They made me comfortable and very happy with the service provided. I will be recommending this place to anyone who needs it and will be back if I need it myself. Thank you!! Also - the decor in the office (pictured) - super cute and inviting.EDIT: had another nail in a tire and came here again about a month and a half later. They were just as nice, professional, and quick as last time! Even took me a few minutes before they opened. Definitely my go-to tire place.

I called for a quote for replacing break pads, I was quoted $275 including labor and materials. I took my car in the next day and was told the rotors need replacing too. Got quoted 300 for parts and 240 for labor. I brought up I was told $275 parts and labor yesterday. The owner comes out and literally did not let me talk at all. I mean I could even say a single word, spoke over me all the time and quite honestly tried to overpower into me paying higher price. He admitted he spoke to me yesterday but said he meant just labor which is not true. When I tried to point out this, he started talking over me again aggressively.I left - if the owner is changing what he said and trying to overpower me before he has worked on my car, I can t imagine the interaction when he has my car and changes his price again.Since google doesn't allow me to reply to their reply - Tire Tech, you literally said on the phone "parts and labor" and now lying about it doesn't change the reality. Looking at your lengthy reply - its classic gaslighting - none of this actually happened. When I got to your shop, all you did was shout "miscommunication" at my face and not let me say even a word. I would recommend stop painting an alternate reality in your replies and instead be honest. We all make mistakes, all it would have taken "sorry I misquoted, it will cost this much more for break pads and this much for rotors" but you chose shouting over your customer to lie and then gaslight. Anyway - customers will experience it themselves how you operate.

Tire tech located on Blue hill Ave. Do not use any type of debit/ credit cards at this location. The company use a system that when you use it. I will decline your card . Then you try again and it works. Yes !That is processed use to get the information from you along with your pin!.Late there use the information to your card . The part that is sad they use it in location that is within the range of the business to pay for food gas and internet service. All of the businesses there used are Spanish . The owners are Spanish all the workers are Spanish. This is the beginning of your end!!! .I will be back there I have a very special card for you and I want you to do it again please I am begging you to!!!! See you very soon

Very knowledgeable and efficient mechanics. Willy, the owner, runs a very professional shop with very reasonable prices. I never feel like I m over paying for the services I get. Shout out to Willy the mechanic who helped change my breaks, super friendly and he took great care of my baby.

Made a UHaul reservation and TireTech never set up a car to be picked up or responded to me or UHaul. Had to transfer my reservation to the nearest location 5 miles away.

I don't usually leave reviews but this was an exceptionally awful and stressful experience. I was renting a Uhaul van for just a couple of hours from Tire Tech to pick up a large item on Facebook Marketplace. I had made the reservation online the day before, but when I got to Tire Tech I was told that the guy who "runs the Uhaul rentals" wasn't there and that I might not be able to rent a truck (even though I had reserved one). I ended up having to maneuver signing up for everything on the phone with him while at the counter which took longer than expected. A bit annoying but no problem.When I pulled into the Tire Tech parking lot it was unclear where I should park so that I could take the Uhaul. I was directed from one end of the parking lot to the other and saw no signs for where I should or shouldn't park. I had had the van for just over an hour when I saw multiple missed calls from an unknown number, and a text saying my car would be towed if I didn't call Tire Tech asap because it was "in the way of them being able to perform their services". I called back literally 5 MINUTES after seeing these missed calls, multiple times, but no one picked up. I rushed over to Tire Tech and as I was driving up saw my car ALREADY BEING TOWED AWAY -- it had been 15 MINUTES since I got the initial notification that I would be towed and no one answered my call.I was NOT in the way of them operating their "services'"AT ALL; there was plenty of space in the parking lot where they were doing car work; and based on the timing of the tow, they seemed to have already had a tow there by the time they called to notify me. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I ended up having to not only pay the fee to rent the van but also a $110 fee to get my car un-towed, even though the only reason it was in their lot was because I was renting a van FROM THEM - not like I was parking illegally to go shopping!!! They were not understanding at all and had no sympathy; it became clear that they must have been getting a cut of the tow fee I paid and were in some sort of agreement for this with the tow company. Buyers beware.

Went they this morning for a front alignment. After my car was finished I went on the highway to make sure everything was good. I realized my car wasn't done properly. So I went back to them so they can correct the problem. I was told that the machine that do the alignments was down for day.And to come back Monday.I circle back an hour later to see the machine is fully working.This type of tactics is unwarranted in our community.

I've been here twice and fast and friendly 4 tire put on in less than 30 min!! They work together! Warning if u have a Tesla you will need to bring ur own pucks.

You buy brand new tires from them and you need to walk around with your receipt at all times because if you miss place it they don t honor your purchase. How do you pay over $500 to a company and they don t have their sales information in their system!?! Mind you the front desk person takes your receipt and you need to remind her to give it back because if not she ll forget. They need todo better

Came from New York and noticed I had a screw in my tire. After reading numerous reviews I decided to give them a shot. My dad and I arrived a little after 10am and luckily they took us right away. The staff greeted us with kindness and thankfully spoke Spanish so my dad was able to communicate without a problem. My tire was fixed within 10 minutes. Thank you!

I went to 4 different places n Dorchester to fix the same tire nobody fixed it but tire tech they found leak n around the rim fixed n no time flat, good job guys keep up the good work thanks a bunch.

Got a screw in the tire, called them, drove over and they fixed it quickly, on a Easter Sunday! Friendly and quality services and good price. Highly recommended for everyone.

I highly recommend going to the shop their prices is 10 times as much cheaper than all the other tire shops, except the one at the beginning of Blue Hill Ave. Great customer service fast service have all your good tires. I definitely recommend going there when you have Tire issues
