The Radical Adventures team goes above and beyond!!! Small town hospitality in the heart of Boston, there is absolutely no better place to buy or rent a reliable e-bike. Any and all questions will be thoroughly and patiently answered. The peace of mind knowing any needed repairs will be fixed efficiently and with care and expertise is priceless!!When I had an issue with my chain/gears and couldn't ride the bike into the shop, Steve was willing to come pick it up. He was able to fix it on the spot, and get my bike back on the road so much faster than I had anticipated. I could not be happier with my purchase and experiences!!

Went here after getting a flat tire during my bikeride downtown. The owner, Steve, was super friendly and very willing to help me out with my flat. He patched the holes in my tube so that I could get home, completely free of charge. Neat store, would definitely recommend swinging by to see Steve's selection of electric bikes.

I walked in at 630pm to the boston Radical Adventures store with a completely flat scooter tire and I scootered out 30 minutes later with fixed scooter. The service was amazing, I would ve had to go all the way to Cambridge had these guys not helped me so quickly and efficiently. Cannot recommend enough!

The Owner is one of the nicest people in Boston. After going to many bike shops who turned me down because of a broken chain. The owner fixed the bike chain free of charge.
