They saved my life!!!! I walked into the lot on blue hill avenue In tears because I was on the verge of losing my job of 15 years being It was getting really hard trying to commute. I told them my situation and how much I had at that moment which wasn t quite enough to purchase anything they had in the lot. But when I tell you that EVERYONE there went above and beyond In helping me select a vehicle work out my payment options and get me driving ASAP I mean EVERYONE that worked there played a major part in making sure I had a good, reliable, safe and working vehicle. I ended up getting an older model car so of course it came with small repair issues but any time I heard a noise it didn t recognize it I felt like it was driving unusual, they didn t hesitate and wasted no time having me bring it in and fixing anything on the vehicle, if they weren t comfortable doing it in their shop there which is so wonderfully convenient, they sent it out to be repaired. They have been nothing but complete angels in my life since I purchased the vehicle that I m still driving and absolutely love, the engine purrrs and is so quiet and smooth. I honestly couldn t have been blessed with a better experience. Everything was perfect and still is!!Everyone there was perfect, but Franklin is very special to me because he s the main one that I ve worked with from the beginning and he is AWESOME! Will definitely purchase here again.

This is an above average used car dealer. The sales person was accurate with details and seams honest enough. I would check the vehicle closely and if satisfied proceed with purchase. They have some good cars as well as some that need some work

Got my first car from here at 18 years old and I wouldn t want to have gone anywhere else! The entire process was super quick and I probably wouldn t have got my car as fast if it wasn t for their determination to get me on the road(especially Jlo ).

Excellent service! Jlo was amazing getting all the financing done and registry paperwork! Polonias team always make sure to take good care of people! Will definitely do more business in the future!

*WARNING* Do not purchase a car from this place!! They do bad business! They are liars and like to take advantage of people. They are not good people to do business with. I bought BMW from them and it s giving me nothing but problems. They lied to me and said it had no accidents and I find out that it was a lie. They buy wholesale and fix bare minimum until you buy and deal with the problems. The lot and office is a dump and I will never do business with them ever again the worst experience ever!! WARNING AVIOD THE HEADACHE!!!

A dealership that care about the customers, that go extra mile, above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy with purchase of the vehicle. We bought our son his first car here and we could not be more happy with the deal and service we got from the beginner to the end. Mr. Polonia and his kids went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the purchase. If you are looking for a quality and dependable used car, you have and must shop here last, because here you will find what you want, not just a reliable car but an outstanding customer service. I wish I could give Polonia a MILLION stars !!! From the time I walked in their office , my experience was amazing!!!! They went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty!!! The best part about the experience was you can tell they weren't in it for sales, but literately to help their customer. I purchased my first financed car from them, and this was AFTER many banks told me NO. JLO insured me I had nothing to worry about and should would take care of me, and she DID just that. I really cant thank them enough for all the continued help and countless hours they put into me. They have me FOR LIFE, and that a huge commit !!!!

Since I bought my car here I ve had constant issues. Ive had to replace the ENGINE and TRANSMISSION, suspension almost every hose, etc. The day I bought it the check engine came on. The car did not even pass inspection. They had to get me new tires. The door lock remote stopped working a few days after I bought it and still don t work.The car was bought at the auction and just put in the lot without a proper diagnosis.Mind you they sold it to me at top book value.I went back and forth from Providence numerous times just to deal with the issues. Terrible decision.

Completely inconsiderate and unprofessional. Made plans to go look at a vehicle Wednesday morning. Get there close to noon only to be told it was on another lot an hour away. I had just driven to them from an hour away. Was told to leave name and number, they'd call and bring the car to me. No call. Emailed asking when to expect them, no response. It's now been a week. Don't waste your time.

I bought a silver Mercedes Benz ml 350 2010 several weeks ago. I drove the car only 2 times . I have 6 lights on -dashboard, tires are not good , the back door is not open , the car is not stabilise on the highway, charge me extra for the registration . I returned the car so many times to get fix they lied to me . They told me the car has been fixed but it wasn t. I almost get to an accident with my kids 2 days ago. I brought the car to a different dealer and they told me to return it for my safety. I will return the car ASAP to get a refund .those peopleAre scammer and they don t care about people safety. If they don t give me my money back. We will see in court. I would never recommend anybody to them.

I was referred by a friend to come here. My truck had broken down close to the shop. So I decided to get my truck fixed. The staff was very unprofessional. There was no communication no one can tell me what was going on with my truck took a week and 2 days to get my truck back. The son needs customer service training. I felt so bad for the lady at the front desk JLo. Got her handling everything with no help I just had a very bad experience. The sad thing is my engine came the next day. My truck didn't get touched till the following week.If they just had communicated with me the right way my truck would have got fixed somewhere else. If I were you and you decide to bring your car there I would go directly to the owner make sure that you guys are on the same page and find out when your car will get done and the time frame it will take to get it done.

bought a 2005 Honda Odyssey for 3k from them on May 28th and thought i made out. ha. wow was I wrong. let's talk about the fact that they messed up my registration as soon as I bought it, then charged me $450 to register the thing when it would have cost $300 through the RMV. then let's talk about the check engine light. kept popping up 02 sensor even though they had "replaced them". well it didn't have to pass omissions so they got away with that one. check engine light never went off till I fixed it.. $400 later. then let's talk about the day after I bought it, my power steering went, and I live an hour away, so I had it towed out of my own pocket to my mechanic, fixed it with my money, and all they'd do is reimburse HALF of the mechanics bill. no help with the tow. now let's talk about the tires that "just barely passed inspection". guess who had to put 4 brand new tires on it? yup me. and for reference, since I have had it I've put maybeeeee 4k miles on it. between control arms busting, tires, power steering pump, power steering pressure lines, starter, I'm at $2500 in repairs, not even 4k miles, and 6 mo later. and still need to put in a whole new brake system all the way around. yeah sure had I paid to bring my mechanic with me I would have walked away, but I was trying to save some money during these trying times and needed a safe and reliable vehicle for my kids!!!! Polonia Auto saw me coming, saw that I didn't really know what to look for, and took advantage. and every time I've messaged them I get "bring it in an hour away and we can see if it's possibly still under warranty (the o2 sensors they supposedly fixed, that I ENDED UP FIXING MYSELF)" No wonder they push paying for the extended warranty. because they know their vehicles are sh*t. buyer beware, and if you do go, bring your mechanic to fully look it over !!!

Worst car buying experience at Polonia. I purchased an automobile cash and the car ended up being a lemon. The owner tried to fix the issue and could not come up with a solution to fix the problem. He said he was going to find me a replacement of equal value or some what better as an apology for the lemon car. Instead he offered me a few cars that were in worse condition and with more miles than the car i originally purchased. (20,000 miles more than the car i originally bought) Not to mention the owner was having an argument with an employee as my kids and i walked into the office. What makes matters worse is the fact that the owner made it seem like I was an inconvenience to him for him selling me a junk car. Do your research and take your money elsewhere and save yourself the headache. Id give this dealer a zero star if it was an option.

The ladies up front are very nice and have great customer service skills. The mechanics are very hard workers and they will get the job done. The boss is very fair and down to earth and helped me with the car I bought. Thanks Polonia auto for a great buy on a great car.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! My BF bought a car listed for $6,700. He gave them $2,000 as a down payment. And somehow he got financed for $8,700. Somehow the finances him for more and pocketed the CASH! Unreal, when we found out through the bank after making a payment, we called the dealership to find the paperwork and contract, and the CANNOT FIND IT! A dealership is supposed to keep this information legally for 7 years after purchase. And they say the don t have if right after purchase? SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN AND CALL BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

I inquired on a vehicle that was advertised online. I never heard back after reaching out twice to them. It's sad as I was willing to pay more than the asking price. Not responding back to a potential buyer is unacceptable. I will never do business with. an unprofessional business. It appears they don't need my business. If they don't respond back to a potential buyer you probably won't hear back from them if your purchased a vehicle and have a problem or a question about the vehicle.

Absolutely terrible! Sold a defective 2013 Nissan Altima! The odometer had been tampered on several occasions so our car really has 300,000 miles on it not 136,000. They refused to fix the car even wrote out fake repair receipts! DONT BUY FROM THEM! Check the CARFAX first!

When I walked in I didn t feel welcomed. Seems to be a race thing to me black male walking in. They seem greedy to me instead of helping me out told me everything to push me away. There is a behind the seems boss that you never see. There services are not there to help they are there to be greedy.

Absolutely horrible. Worst dealership ever. They sell cars with swapped out engines and oil leaks, which are super costly to repair. i DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save yourself the money and headache.

Guys be careful with this place i bought a car and they did an engine swap on it, sold it to me as a acura rsx type s with a base model engine... 05-06 type s came with k20z1 they put in a k20a3 not good at all.. Really disappointed

Before buy a car in this dealer check all around not just the engine, subframe etc.... and any oil leak.......

They dont follow up. They handle too many people at the same time. Cars are high mileage and over priced.
