If I could give zero stars I would. Where do I even begin?I parked here because there was no parking on the street, and everything that could go wrong did go wrong. In summary, I thought of four reasons why this lot sucks:1. When I got to the lot, I saw that it costs $45 to park for an hour. So basically, I got scammed.2. Then, it somehow got worse. The attendant had no soul. He is worse than AI. My car was summoned - not guided - SUMMONED - to where he would take me. Wow, what a way to do your job, you donkey!3. Another strategy they use to rip off customers is by TRAPPING YOU in the lot. Asked the attendant to move a car, and he MOVED THE WRONG CAR! I just wanted to punch the attendant in the face - I was that mad. Not wanting to be arrested for assault and locked up for a year, I wrote this review instead warning you about the non-professionalism in this lot.4 (and this is the most serious complaint). The entire lot is overseen by power-tripping, snotty, and judgemental jerks who nickel-and-dime customers. Their motive? ONE CELTICS GAME THAT I WASN'T EVEN GOING TO! Keep in mind that I am a Knicks fan, so I don't even like the Celtics. I understand there are more important things in life than basketball, but basketball is supposed to be a pleasant distraction from those things. Instead, I wasted 45 dollars just so an attendant who sucks at his job can put me in a bad mood before I walked to a fancy Italian restaurant and ate some ravioli.In summary, this lot don't care about you or your car, they just want your precious money. Well, you're not getting it when you act like this.It is actually statistically harder for a business to be this consistently greedy and awful than it is for a business to somehow accidentally be good. This parking lot takes the cake for the worst business I have ever dealt with, and I thought the TSA at Kennedy Airport was bad. Never again!Do NOT park here. It's just not worth the hassle.

These guys own a bunch of lots. And for the most part the lots are nice, but the employees are routinely not there to Collect your ticket. And when they do have to do something they act like you're bothering them when you try to pay. I don't think I've ever had a good experience at one of these guys lots.

I came back a few hours after parking, having had a conversation with the attendant. My ticket had fallen out of my pocket. "$39.00. No ticket, 39.00." He said he knew I'd only been there a short time, but didn't care. Seemed to enjoy charging me extra. Incredibly frustrating.

Small lot, attendant was nice, a bit difficult to maneuver a large truck or car into a spot. May need to leave keys with attendant as a result. But the experience was fine.
