He was extremely kind and patient with me during my car buying experience and made the process quick and seamless. He answered every question I had and I couldn t be happier with my purchase.

This was my first experience buying a car from a dealer and I have to admit I was pretty nervous. But as soon as I met Stephanie, our sales person, I realized it was going to be fine. She was calm, informative and patient with all of our questions. She has been very reliable and professional throughout the process. She has exceptional communication skills and is fluent in spanish as well. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a car.I also had a very positive experience with Omar from finance. He took the time to explain the process, listened to my concerns and made me feel like I could trust him. Overall I had an excellent experience.-Lindsay D.

I had a great experience with buying a car here for the first time. I was nervous at first due to prior experiences at other dealerships but I m so glad that I came to Parkway and that Fernando was able to help me with this process. I was looking for something relatively new and RELIABLE, but within my budget. Fernando was super patient, genuine, honest, and discussed all options with me making sure I was well informed and comfortable with my choice. He put me in a car that I never imagined I would be driving off the lot in! I m 1000x thankful for him and the other staff that assisted me along the way. If you visit Parkway Honda, ask for Fernando!! He s literally the best

Had a good time negotiating and discussing my options for a new 2024 Honda HRV. I worked with Peter and he was able to get me what I wanted at a rate and price that suited my budget. Peter was professional and timely with his communication. The manager was also very friendly and willing to help and approve what was needed to make a deal. Can t recommend enough. I don't know how they got so many good reviews, my experience was very bad. My 2014 Honda CR-V was squeaky and I got concerned. I made an appt at the service dept, the lady on the phone said the diagnosis would cost $175. When I arrived, the service rep said it's actually $199, UghHe advised me to go home since it would take them several hours to check the car. I did not feel like wasting time and money on Uber back and forth, so I stayed at the waiting room, where I could have coffee and work on my laptop (for a limited time since there are no outlets).After about 1.5 hr (good thing I stayed there), the guy showed me a list of things that needed to be replaced, at a cost of almost $5,400. That would practically mean a total loss since it's more than half the value of the car. He 'kindly' suggested trading the car in and getting financing to buy a new car...He said I needed to replace all 4 tires, which was clearly a lie. I replaced the tires last year, and they're still deep and fine. The main issue was replacing the driveshaft (which was rusty and squeaky): they quoted $3,738 for that.Seeing all the obvious red flags, I left the dealership and took the car to a neighborhood mechanic. He confirmed that the driveshaft needed replacement and did it the next day for $1,150. That's 1/3 of the price at the dealership (!!) and he did provide a warranty for a year.Things like this make me lose faith in any car dealership. As if they don't make enough profit on car sales (with big mark-ups and exorbitant fees), they also take advantage of people's distress and rip them off at the service dept, or lure them to trade in and buy a newer car.Overall- unreliable, dishonest, greedy, misleading, predatory, SMH�

Wonderful Place to buy a car. I was looking for a new car and first went next door to Parkway Toyota and was interested in buying a car from there but the sales associate I had was rude and in my opinion unprofessional. I decided to go next door to parkway Honda and had THEE best experience Stephanie Cruz was helpful, extremely professional, and her customer service exceeded my expectations. I settled on car and she walked me through the whole entire process. Elizabeth Vargas is also so extremely helpful I was waiting for my license to come in the mail and she guided me through the process and helped me get in my car a bit quicker. I m so extremely thankful to both of these ladies and know when it s time to purchase my wife s car this would be the first place we d look.

Last week I brought my Honda HRV to replace the broken side mirror with anticipation that the damage will be evaluated, parts ordered, installation scheduled next week, etc. To my surprise, the specialist Michael Pierre greeted me with the promise to look into the damage and talk to the other team. Michael came back with excellent news that he was able to locate the parts in the nearby location, the parts would be delivered soon, and the repairs completed the same day! And it was completed in less than 2 hours. I was very impressed with Michael s professional performance and ability to make an extra effort to help me. Excellent job, thank you!

Had a fantastic experience navigating trading in a vehicle at the end of my lease with Petros.I went to another Honda dealership that was way too pushy on getting me in a car I didn't want.Petros at Parkway Honda knew why I walked in and got me into the vehicle I wanted.If you are stopping by for a vehicle at Parkway Honda ask for Petros for an excellent car buying experience. From the start, everything about the buying process at this dealership has been smooth sailing. I researched with other dealers in the area, and none of them were as accommodating and willing to compromise for a great deal. Parkway Honda Was the only dealer that provided a quote in writing for me and honored it at the dealership. When I got there, Gio took great care of me from the start. I was in and out of there very quickly. Gio is a great sales person he is very polite, professional. He was willing to go out of his way to provide a five star service for me. I recommend anyone looking to buy a Honda go see Gio at Parkway Honda.

I was a walk-in, and worked with Gio. Gio is an excellent salesman and provided top level information, options and overall quality service. The car I looked at was a gorgeous 2024 blue Civic with just over 1200 miles on it, felt incredible to drive and gave a sporty feel with a muscle car look. They have an excellent selection of vehicles to choose from and will go above and beyond to even add custom features to the vehicles upon request, such as heated seats or blind spot detection on mirrors. While I did not purchase a car from the location due to a very competitive price for an Acura that I was already leaning towards before stepping foot in the door, he was able to give me insight as to the market, the value and streamlined the overall process for me with ease. I didn't feel like I was held hostage to close a deal or make any big decisions.I would without a doubt recommend both Parkway Honda and Gio for anyone looking to purchase a Honda.

In preparation for a roadtrip upon reviewing my recent services at Parkway Honda where I bought my 2017 Honda CRV. I was amazed to discover that the dealership I trusted told me I needed another differential fluid change within several months also another brake job in less than a year. I ve always did me service at this one place. I also notice conflicts with the odometer readings between services. This is very disappointing. These claims I can verify with Parkway documents. Be wary.of doing business with a dealer that abuses loyal long term customers. Look elsewhere for honest service.

i ve had the worst experience with this dealership that I ve ever hadfirst the sales person writes the wrong Vin number on my paperwork, so I was not able to register or inspect the car had to sort it out with my car insurance because they had the wrong Vin number on my policy, Took forever to get that sorted out then I m giving my registration FINALLY without the registration sticker to get a hold of anybody that knows anything is a process and now I m told that I have to go on the DMV website and request a new registration So that I could get the sticker now I have to pay for the new registration just to get the sticker. Absolutely awful customer service here will never be back and would never recommend it to anybody.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this dealership. After coming to an agreement on the price of a car and even shaking hands with a sales representative, I was shocked to be told the next day that the vehicle had been sold. This turn of events was completely unexpected and left me feeling deceived and mistreated.What's more, the sales person s sudden refusal to proceed with the sale because I intended to finance the car through my own bank, rather than using their financing options, was a clear breach of trust and fairness in what should have been a straightforward business transaction.This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the professionalism and integrity one would expect from a reputable dealership. It is evident that the dealership's actions were deceptive and displayed a lack of respect for potential customers.As a result of my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this Honda Dealership to others. I hope that by sharing my story, others can be spared from similar treatment.

Exercise caution when working with this dealership. This is coming from a former customer of theirs. Very poor customer service here. If you ever want to cancel your Vehicle Service Contract, expect to the get the runaround. I finally took my problem to a competing Honda dealership to get what I needed accomplished. There they told me of Parkway s reputation and how the business has changed ownership hands multiple times. Buyer beware here.

I have oil change for my Honda CRV 2018 (the mileage only 5411) on Sept. 27, 2021 afternoon, before I left there, I found no oil change sticker reminder for next oil change post on the wind shield, so I asked them to put one there, after I was home, thinking about the service they provided in the afternoon, so I decided to check the car make sure everything is right, and I can't believed what I see when I open the hood, found the engine oil was spilled everywhere inside for the oil cap was off, didn't place it back, just sitting next to the hood hinge. Even when I called them back around 04:30 PM about that, someone hung up on me twice and make me so mad, I totally lost the confident about their services.

So disappointed in my first experience trying to purchase a car from this dealership!!My dad scheduled an appointment to go to the dealership to see this car we were interested in on 1/24/2024 for 6:30 pm. I called the day before to confirm that the car was still there and available, and the representative who answered the phone call confirmed it as well as told me I could ve came in that same day (1/23/2024) but I decided to wait until the appointment instead. So we rushed to get off of work, drove all the way to the dealership. The lady first told us that Marisol had just got in, then took my ID and then said that Marisol actually wasn t in all day, which was who scheduled the appointment. Then told us the car was already sold TWO DAYS AGO. The manager showed no sympathy that we followed the correct procedures of making an appointment, showing up ON TIME, and then finding out the car that was STILL POSTED ONLINE THAT WAS AVAILABLE, has been sold and no one notified us. I am completely upset and frustrated with the lack of communication, sympathy, or even problem solved any support after the inconvenience. Very disappointed in the Customer Service I received! Wouldn t recommend anyone booking with them after this experience!!

Stephanie, was very attentive and understanding through the whole process. She walked us through the process at our speed, and helped us get the car we wanted. This dealership is shady, steer clear. Almost bought a car here until I noticed the business manager slipped an optional service contract for 3k into my deal without telling me. They gave me the runaround with excuses and tried to tell me they were doing me a favor ??? If you were doing well by me and adding in a warranty I could benefit from, why not tell me about it in the business office? I cancelled the deal and bought the same exact car at a different dealership with less money down and a lower payment. And I was able to get an optional warranty for way less than what Parkway was trying to charge me. Car shopping is hard enough as is without having to deal with crooks.

I had a positive sale with Giovani Quiroz who assisted me with my purchase my Honda CRV. He gave me options and explained them to me in a way that seemed so simple and as if were just having a regular conversation. I would give more stars if I could. I m very happy with new vehicle!
