Avoid this lot if you can, at least until they clean house from the awful attendant we had to deal with this past Monday, September 25, 2023 in the morning. He gave us super vague instructions on where to park, then berated us for asking very reasonable questions when he then specifically sent us to park in a cramped spot while tons of other spaces were open. We were shouted at to leave if we are not happy, so we did just that and found much more reasonable parking a little down the road.

I work here!!!! It's close to TD garden and offers valet parking. Parking spaces are tight but the staff there know just how to guide you in. $50 for all event parking.

Really convenient. Short walk to see the Celtics or Bruins. Head down Prince Street into the north end for Italian dining. I've been using them for 40 years. Not cheap!! But really convenient

Quite possibly the worst garage I ve ever parked in. The price is horrendously inflated and they couldn t care less that none of their equipment works resulting in us being stuck in a line to get out for over an hour. This isn t Gillette stadium, but it may as well be for how much of a cluster this place is.

Awful place to park do notttt park here. The guy working here clearly hates his job or his life or something, we paid and got our receipt and he was refusing to let us leave, we had to threaten to call the cops. He only let us out after another employee came over. Very bizarre experience. Will not be parking here again.

Easy to get in and out of, not overly expensive (2-10 hours was $29), and very nice and competent employees. I would park here again

Good location. Easy in and out. One of the lower priced garages in the area. Nice view of the city from the roof parking too.

VERY rude staff. They screamed at me for not exiting quickly enough while I was trying to let other people come in without blocking the traffic. Not to mention overpriced and tight spots. They gave me PTSD. I recommend you park next door in the open parking lot. It s better to deal with inanimate objects.

If i could give it a negative star i would. Terrible service after waiting 20 minutes to get in and sitting in line the guy working there told me we dont allow pickup trucks. Thats the first garage iv ever herd of that doesn't allow a standard pickup. He told me i should have read the sign. I would've but there isnt one. The other car that was with us parked there. They park your car for you and when they got their car the attendee clearly had hit something with it. I wouldn't park a bicycle there if they paid me!!! STAY AWAY

I wouldn't park a bicycle there if they paid me. If i could give it a negative star i would. After waiting to get in, getting a ticket and driving past 3 poeple that work there a tall dark haired guy that spoke broken English said "no park trucks, Should read sign" well i would have but there isnt one. Thats the first garage ive ever herd of that doesn't allowUr standard pick up and maybe you should tell the other employees so that i dont have to drive have way into the garage waste 20 minutes to turn around. Very unprofessional and after seeing they way they drove and parked the cars im glad they didn't let me in plus 50 yards down the street the parking was 20$ cheeper. STAY AWAY DONT PARK THERE EVEN IF ITS FREE!!!!!!!!! I guess i should've read the reviews first because now that i look at the reviewsits pretty clear this place sucks!! Lol

I wrote this review just to announce that there IS a sign at the entrance saying no trucks or oversized vehicles before entering. I used to ride my bike here all the time and they have signs people just chose to ignore it.

This is probably the best priced monthly parking garage on the area. I pay around $390/month for a gated, covered garage 2 blocks from my house. It s worth the money to not have to struggle to find street parking. Zion, the manager, is also very friendly and easy to work with

We were blatantly lied by the attendant (who gave a name of Abdi). Both of us asked him to confirm the Sunday parking rate, and he said $25. We came back 4 hours later from visiting our friend in the North End, and he blatantly lied about seeing us 4 hours earlier and charged us $45 because the Celtics were playing (????) We complained and he would not look at us because he was lying. We had to pay the $45 to get out, and as we were leaving Abdi told us to call the number on the receipt to request a refund . Guess what there are no phone numbers listed on the receipt or ticket! I wish I could give them a zero rating, but Google will not allow it. Next is a formal complaint to the Massachusetts Attorney General. Stay away from this parking lot!

I ALMOST GAVE IT A ZERO STAR...PULLING IN I WAS SECOND INLINE AND THE CAR INFRONT OF ME WAS HELD UP20 MINUTES DO TO GATE AND TICKET MACHINE MALFUNCTION.. GUYS WORK LIKE CRAZY AND GOT WORKING AGAIN SO CAR GOES AND IM NEXT. AND MACHINE STOPS WORKING . AFTER A HALF HOUR WAITING TO GO THEY SAID GO SOME WHERE ELSE OR BACK TO THE LOT THAT WAS FULL..I SAID COME ON ..NO WAY..SO THEY HAD ME WAIT OVER SIDE WALK THERE WAS NO WHERE ELSE TO GO. I WAITED OVER ANOTHER HALF HOUR. FINALLY THEY GOT ME IN.. THERE ARE NO HANDICAPPED SPOTS.. I DID GET A GOOD SPACE AND BECAUSE I FELT MY CAR WAS SECURE AT 45.00 I GAVE IT 4 STARS...WHAT MADE MY NIGHT WORSE WAS I WAS PARKED A FEW MILES FROM WHERE I WANTED TO BE DRIVING DOWN STREETS AND NOT FINDING A HANDICAP AND NOT HAVING CLEAR DIRECTIONS. BUT I SURVIVED. 1 WORD OF ADVICE TO HELP THESE GUYS IS HAVE HANDICAP PEOPLE PARK UP FRONT AT ENTRANCE AND THE OTHERS FURTHER IN..EVEN THOUGH I WAS ANNOYED BY THE HOUR WAIT GETTING IN DUE TO TICKET MACHINE I WOULD PARKNTHERE AGAIN IF I HAD TO. I HOPE THE OWNER READS THIS

I had gently mentioned to the manager the status was available on the Park Whiz. The manager became very angry with my inquiry. He immediately began raising his voice, waving his finger in my face, and attempting to use his height to intimidate me. The manager was thoroughly adamant the garage was complete and could not accept any more customers. I did not respond to his hostile behavior due to the lack of time in the pressing schedule. However, immediately following our conversation, the manager allowed two customers in the garage after walking out of eyesight.

I looked online to see if it was cheaper to park or Uber. I was parking here to go to dinner, so based on their pricing I decided to park estimating 24-28$ for the duration. When I arrived there was event parking prices at $45 and then they proceeded to have us park in a narrow space where I had to climb across my car to get out.

Inexpensive ($27 for the day) and suitable site for a walk around the North End. Garage on ground floor only and the attendants were so nice and one even grabbed my ticket for me when I couldn't reach the machine. First time ever parking in a parking garage, hope all my future experiences are that smooth.

This place is very difficult to do business with. There is a complete lack of communication, and I was charged an extra $300 because I didn't read all of the fine print on the contract, which indicated a 30-day cancellation window. I was also misinformed by the parking attendants (who I assumed were reasonably well informed) that I could park there over a weekend and not be billed, as there was not going to be a manager in until Monday to cancel. When I called to speak with the manager (maybe named Jamie?), before I could share my side of the story he snapped at me by saying "want to do something really funny? Go get the contract and read the entire thing. You'll see in the fine print that there is a 30-day cancellation window. We are not going to see eye to eye on this, I already know"I would highly advise finding somewhere else to park, as they were very difficult to do business with and were not at all reasonable - costing me an extra $430 in total.

If only the attendants would do their job. This is the worst garage to park in for events because it s a free for all. God forbid the attendants direct the traffic to smooth out the the mess. If Avoid like the plague if you re going to the Garden for an event.

A really good location for parking for TD Garden events - especially if you live north of Boston. You enter and leave via Washington Street and the Charleston Bridge (which enables you to avoid incoming and outgoing traffic on route 1 and 93 prior to and just after events). The only issue is price. However, no parking in Boston is cheap. Also, I recommend "event parking" since they queue your car for faster exiting after an event. It costs a bit more, but it's worth it!

Will not fit large pickups. Attendant forced me out even before I got my nose under the overhang. Stated the exit was too short for my pickup - WHY HAVE A HEIGHT DESIGNATION IF IT'S INACCURATE! Garage is in a great location if you can fit.

The price and location was perfect for starting the freedom trail at old north church. Very low hassel.

We had to use the valet to park our car. My husband's Costa sunglasses were on the console (in a cubby hole) when we left the car but they disappeared in the two hours that we were gone. We checked with the manager of the garage, but he claimed none were found, so if you use this garage, don't leave ANYTHING in the car. Good luck!

Pulled into the garage and got told I was not allowed to park here because I was in a pick up. Unbeknownst to me until I got to the garage itself. Attendant was also pretty rude about it, shooing me away. If you don't let certain vehicles park at your garage then you should post it on your Google profile/websites.

Nice place to park near the TD Garden and North Station. Only one downside, their payment machine at the exit does not work 90% of the time. You should rather pay before heading to the exit.

The computer invents a random, inflated price and the attendants force you to pay it. The rates are on the sign, but they don't care. We asked an attendant on the way in what the price will be for the weekend if we leave at a particular time, and then left at that particular time, but they don't care. They won't just take cash in the correct amount and open the exit gate for you.

Conveniently located next to Hyatt Place in Old Port. I used it for overnight parking of a rented vehicle. If you do too, make note of the operation hours. For example, they open on Sundays at 10am.

Something happens to my vehicle every time I park here. They are rude and increase the rate on event times. Plenty of better places to park in the area.

Big issue with attendants today. Garage is almost empty but they would not allow us to pick our spot, forcing us to be pushed in where other cars would block us. We left and will not return.
