Craig was the best. Called 30 mins. before driving down, in and out in few mins.The best place for parts in the city.If you want to drive out of the 495 ring to get something, go ahead.Will visit again.

Called about rollup door adjustment on Monday morning and the guy said "next week" . I mean he wouldnt take me in just for that, it wouldnt be a big charge. Another repair facility con job. I always wonder how these ppl stay in business.

I'm in the service business.I love service!The treatment that I received at Middlesex Truck & Coach for absolutely astonishing....they've been in business many years....I've done business with Middlesex Truck and Coach for over 16 years.....wouldn't go anywhere else..a little after midnight on Thursday one of my vehicles made contact with a stanchion ripped at least 8 feet of the side....no time is a good time but I had another vehicle in the shop.....I had jobs to do..weddings with this vehicle....inspection for a big job in August....what was I going to do....Brian Maloney Jr. ( co-owner along with his dad,of Middlesex Truck & Coach) got my bus at 3:30 pm on Thursday....cut the piece out ...installed a temporary piece ( he,himself and one of his dedicated employees) and I was back in action....I feel truly honored to have Brian and his entire staff in my life....if you have a truck or bus thats requires body,frame work , painting.....you too must find the favor of the Middlesex Truck & Coach team

This place is owned by a hypocrite, a guy who told lies during the Romney campaign to champion the candidate but was ultimately exposed for what he is. He's part of why Romney failed. His claims that he'd never received any government help with his business were debunked in the popular press, he'd received government handouts that helped him start his business.So choose why you don't want to work with him: Liar, taker, thief... Whatever.
