The scheduling staff, especially Hannah was extremely professional and competent. Even though we did not get the prognosis we hoped for the medical staff explained everything to us in understandable detail.Do not fool around with your eyesight, this is the facility to go to.

Terrible service! I can understand that since the pandemic nothing is the same anymore but this is too much! And very arrogant staff not all clear but they should quit! People like that give a bad reputation.

VALET PARKING STOLE MONEYToday 11/8/22Naively I trusted that valet parking employees of MassGeneralBrigham at MassEyeEar could be trusted. I had left some cash stored in the middle console of my car just to find out it was missing when I retrieved my car. They went through all my stuff and stole the money. I know I will never see that that money again and it's very upsetting that employees would steal from a patient going to their hospital.Now, to the person who took that money: just know that I am a single mother of a 2 year old who had to undergo surgery today and that money was our weekly groceries budget.

Valet parking is the best way to go.Just wish the drop off was little bigger not much room in Street when busy

very hard to get into and difficult to find spaces. Long walk to the hospital and very difficult for handicapped or elderly climbing. then climbing down stairs again. difficult to cross busy street to the emergency entrance and with building construction difficult to enter the front lobby.

I had come for an appointment and didnt even spend over an hour here that day, parking was 9 dollars. I had paid for my ticket before leaving but due to another issue i couldn't leave right away. I apparently went over the allowed time limit before they start charging you extra fees, and they didnt let me leave or give me benefit of the doubt, AND this was a first time offence. Im even a partners employee, and they charged me an additional 20 dollars for parking. There was NO attendant, had to anxiously call the number at the front gate and wait to be assisted with traffic behind me, overall very unpleasant experience.

All my Dr's and their Staff are wonderful and caring professionals. The Valet service is excellent !!!!!

They have done multiple surgeries and procedures on me and it has always been a best case for a bad scenario. staff seems nice always anxious to leave though

I HAVE BEEN COMING TO MEE FOR APPROX. 8 YEARS.WE PARK IN STORROW DRIVE EAST PARKING LOT.THERE IS NO SIGN OR WARNING OF ONCOMING TRAFFICWHEN EXITING THE PARKING GARAGE, THUS, WE TAKE OURLIFE IN OUR HANDS EVERY TIME WE PULL OUT. TRAFFIC ISFAST AND IT IS VERY HARD TO SEE AROUND THE CORNER!PLEASE ADVISE ANYTHING YOU COULD DO TO HELP PREVENTA FATALITY, OR TERRIBLE ACCIDENT!THANK YOU,JOANNE ATTARDI, PATIENT

Quick and easy in and out parking area off Storrow Drive. Pay attention or you can easily miss the entrance.

This was NOT the correct parking lot. DO NOT PARK THERE! They will charge you full price for 5 minutes of walking around lost. This is blocks away from where you're supposed to be, and extremely expensive.

I drove around for 20 minutes trying to find the parking lot. Eventually gave up a used valet. Turns out it's across the street in between both directions Storrow Drive.

When at eye and ear we always use the valet parking it's much easier .

Easy to get to from the highway and even easier to get back on the highway. Also, probably one of the least inexpensive lots to park in at Boston Hospitals.

Easy access from beginning of Storrow Drive, fairly easy parking if you are going to Mass Eye & Ear.

Finding the parking lot is difficult. It is just off the east bound entrance to Storrow Drive. The spaces are designed for smaller cars.

Very confusing and be prepared for some walking. Not used to the big city and did realize after some better parking choices.

Becareful parking here if you are paitent at mass eye and ear as the tickets won't be validated and you will be charged the normal rate had to pay $24.00 for 2 hrs parking

Yesum , Valet , And Yet One Of The Most Chaotically Congested Way's To Park .. Needs Updating , More Valet Parking Tech's To Park Vehicle's In A Garage .. Not Pile Park And Clogg A Main Artery ...

It is a well located and relatively safe and clean lot. Mostly self serve, and can be pricey.

Convenient parking for visiting Mass Eye and Ear. Staff is friendly and helpful. Valley parking is also available.
