I had two excellent experiences here over two years. Both were tire low pressure warnings. One was a significant bolt and the next a medium nail. The team there got right to it and fixed both very quickly.The place doesn t look like much, but I found the employees to be very competent and fixed the issues for super short money.

Told me two different prices. Over charged by $35 for used tires compared to anyone other shop in the area. **update 24hrs later there s a bubble in my tire stay away

I wouldn t come here again or recommend anyone . It s seems like these guys are uninterested and don t want to be there working. Came here to check to see if I have nails in my tire so they can plug it up. The guy didn t even check how many nails was in my tire or find out where s the leak coming from . The guy said he found only one nail cause I show it to him and plug it . Next day my tire is flat again .Brought to a place in Jimmy tires in Quincy next day and they said you have 2 more nails in there and they fixed it for me . No flat since they fixed it. I would never go back to Martinez again since they don t want to be there or tried to fix the problem . So don t bother bringing your flat tire here if you don t want the headache.

Unfortunately went 2 fix a flat it was quick service usall charge $15 ,the guy fixed n plugged it while tire was still on car. He assumedit was a nail he saw but we all know what assume stands 4. Needless 2 say came out 2 days later 4 doctors app n tire was flat. So 4 give me but I'm old school especially when it comes 2 flats boys do me a favor n let's not b lazy, take the tire of n soak it. If not just think of it this way would u want ure wife or daughter or better yet you're mom 2 come out 2 a flat n b stranded. It's only 15 bucks but were paying u 2 do a gd job please.

Lazy, no organization, poor customer service. Literally stopped changing my 2 tires 4 times to go do other things or go to the back of the store. 0 communication. Do NOT go there. Spent an hour and a half total to get 2 tires I put onto my wheels that were off my car.

Very nasty service, dismissive, and disrespectful. They wanted to install a leaky tire with a glued on patches without informing me in advance. When I refused it, they charged me $10 to rrinstall my old tire.I called Martinez before coming down.He reassured me that it's a great used tire in great condition. I drove half hour for nothing.

Excellent service! They replaced my tire valve and filled tire and put back on after taking donut spare off and put in trunk and they just did everything in under 15 minutes!!! Great pricing also!!! I will always recommend Martinez Tires to everyone I know from now on!!!

These guys saved me last Memorial Day. They were the only shop open and the patch job was great. Drove 9 hours home and to Montreal and back on the same patch. Can t thank them enough!

SCAMMERS. Don t waste your time coming here. I got a used tire off them and the next day it was basically flat. I filled it up still, went to get a wheel alignment and the man told me to go back because they gave me an uneven tire which means the bands inside are bad. I called Martinez Tires & they said they would have to prove that I, myself, didn t hit a pothole and messed it up myself. I didnt even drive my car anywhere yet except to get a damn wheel alignment. How could they prove that I didn t hit a pothole? Instead of proving that they sold me a good tire. I understand it s used but to treat me like I messed up THEIR BAD TIRE IS CRAZY. Don t go here they re SCAMMERS. They rather just make a quick buck scamming, they re not for their customers. They re in it for money. Not to help costumers.

After calling and looking around for my tire size, which no place had. Martinez tires caught my eye while driving, so I decided to see if they had my tire size and they did ladies and gentlemen. The service was exceptional, the wait was no more than 15 mins, and the price was not bad. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for good service, price, and time.

Got a USED tire from them. A week later my tire was completely flat. Went back to get it checked and apparently the plug was NOT tight. So had it fixed and was told that it would be okay. Yesterday had the same problem and last night. Ughhhh.. it s time consuming to have to keep going back and forth. Now I just need them to either FIX it or replace the tire.

Shredded my tire on a curb. Stopped in early next morning and was seen right away. Waited about 20 minutes and everything was done. Incredibly affordable prices! Would 100% recommend.

I had a nail in my tire, and they fixed it in 10 minutes no questions asked, nobody tried to sell me a new tire or swindle me into more service than I needed. Highly recommend.

They sold me a bad tire. I went back to replace 2 days later, they patched in and that was it. What kind of service though, i know their cheap tires but dont take my money for granted i work hard for it. Never again!

Two times I've had emergency tired issues. And both times they have fixed me up. Charged little and been so nice in the process. Spanish is the primary language spoken here but they serve anyone.

I had a bad tire and went in for a quick change. They fixed a very bad tire in for me without properly balancing it. My car starts to vibrate on 55MPH. I had to take it somewhere else and it was rectified. Very bad, they need to understand that tires are very important and not to compromise on services rendered.

This is a hidden gem in Dorchester. Dealerships and tire shops prices are ridiculous. It is not rocket science to patch/plug a tire , mount and balance a tire, or a tire rotation. This place might take a little longer (few extra minutes) but isn't that what you want? Handling with care and checking your work?I needed 4 summer tires mounted and balanced. Costed $80 exact. A tire shop down the street wanted $160 lol... for what? Few minutes quicker? I was there for 35 minutes. Not bad for a job that normally pays almost an hour lol. English might be a little barrier but again. Tires. Tire services. Very simple.They do honest work. Been coming here for the past 4 years. They'll check your tires for leaks and even show you.

They provide good and low cost service when they actually acknowledge you. You can arrive and not know what to do or who to approach, and nobody really acknowledges you're there. As if you're invisible.

Been coming here about 10 years decent price good tires. The guys won't sell you bad tires just to make a couple dollars. Glad the are so close to me. Thanks
