This dealership is my go to location whenever I feel needed to check my vehicle. Service is absolutely beautiful and they make sure every single detail is being taken care of. Especially Jeff Hines, the service director, who makes sure your needs are perfectly met. Also big thanks to Ian Myers who valeted my car to all different locations.Whenever you need something done with your Land Rover or you re looking for buying one, come here and I m sure you won t want to go to anywhere else!

One of the easiest car buying experiences I've had. Bought a used Acura MDX and the negotiations went very smoothly. My sales person Juan took care of everything. I had the car within 24 hours of signing the paperwork. Worst thing was trying to find a spot to park, it's a busy place. Not sure I'll ever buy a Land Rover or Jag but if I do this is where I will go ;-)

Everyone was very curious and attentive to our needs. We had a particular vehicle in mind and they didn't try to upsell us or push a newer vehicle. It was a very good experience and now my wife has one of her dream vehicles. They even added a nice touch when we picked up the vehicle.

There is so much to be said about my car buying experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar. For starters, Aneudy (my Salesman) was amazing! He is honest, a Man of his word who is not pushy or aggressive (two things I absolutely detest in car salesmen). He didn t sell me a car .he sold me a piece of luxurious machinery! He even put a bow on it for me when I picked it up (a nice touch). Kye (the Finance guy) was just as great. He was able to get me a lower interest rate, the extras I wanted at a very reasonable price, and got me on the road under a time crunch (literally at the 11th hour)! I ve never had such a great experience shopping for a car. The Jaguar F-Pace S I purchased from them is everything I wanted at the price point I needed. We won t even talk about the beautiful dealership! If you re in the market for a beautiful vehicle at a reasonable price with CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONALS, visit ANEUDY and KYE! Fantastic experience with our recent Jaguar F-Pace purchase. Adriano Polanco worked with my husband on a financial model that worked and included a trade of our current vehicle. He was professional and responsive. Fernanda Starr worked with me remotely to sign all of our documents. She was very helpful coordinating getting our car registered out of state and the runner delivering our new vehicle to our home, then driving our trade back to the dealership. So amazing! We love our new vehicle!

Juan gave me the best car buying experience I ve ever had. He is funny, professional and takes good care of you and your family. I had to come in with my wife and three kids all under ten, well not my wife, and he let the kids get some energy out playing hide and seek in the dealership. Terry at the front desk brought snacks to the kids and talked to them about school, and Kye the financial business manager was so helpful, not pushy and helped us makes the best decision possible all while letting my 10 yr old learn about how finance works. What a blessing.

From New York, I was in Boston by chance for a weekend and looked at their inventory. They got me a last minute appt to test drive and were very welcoming at the dealership. They were up front and honest about the car and fair with the price. I went back home and worked the logistics remotely. Had the pleasure to work with Ahmed Hassanein to hopefully purchase a BMW I was interested in. A complete gentleman Ahmed was, extremely patient and courteous. Rex was the real MVP when it came to getting our new wheels. We only planned on taking a test drive, but ended up driving away in a stunning Range Rover Evoque 2023. I purchased a 2021 Audi A6 Allroad from Jaguar, Land Rover Boston last week. I was concerned about buying the Audi from a non Audi dealer. The purchase was the best buying experience we ever had!Our sales person Juan was exceptional. He kept us updated via phone regularly as the was being prepped for delivery. Here s the deal, we all know how much of a labyrinth it can be to lease or purchase a vehicle in today s market! So when my 20yo son who had recently purchased a used Audi from this Dealership, he recommended I pop in to see what they had to say!!! I was hesitant, I might add a little resistant, truth be told! It wasn t our local dealership, but as they say, you are never too young or too old to learn from your kids! So I took a leap of faith, and my son was 100% right! The entire team at Landrover Jaguar of Boston were the real deal. First let me say I got my sales executive purely by default, but Rex Norwell is a winner! He came in Saturday morning and I was dropped into his lap, no preparation! We had an instant connection, we share a love of style! He was warm, friendly knowledgeable, and passionate about the vehicle I was interested in! He took me for a test ride, and we chatted like two old friends catching up. It was such an unexpected, welcomed surprise! I was delighted! We talked about the vehicle, and I never felt he was trying to get me to lock in on anything! It s always refreshing when you work with an individual who knows their stuff! And believe me, he does! Then the rest of the team chipped in, and played their roles, like a well oiled machine. Andrew, who was also very flexible and accommodating with me! Kayla who was very resourceful! Prerak that gave it to me straight! What a team!!!! Thanks to their wonderful input collectively, I m driving the vehicle I had set out to acquire, and boy oh boy am I loving it !!!.They were great listeners, they knew I had a hectic schedule, and they only called me when they absolutely had to! We had been searching for a gently used BMW for quite sometime and were in negotiations with several dealerships in New Jersey. After waiting days between robo texts and talking to a real person, we discovered that every one of those places seemed to have hidden fees and no clear answers about the cars we were looking at. We were hoping for proper communication from these dealers before we took the 7hr round trip twice. Needless to say, they left us feeling very uneasy and unsure. We finally reserved ourselves to pausing our search for the time being as the process was becoming too stressful from the dishonest dealers. On a whim my wife did a quick search for a BMW in MA and we found the one for sale at the Herb Chambers Jaguar and Land Rover in Boston. Because this car ticked off all of our boxes, we thought that it was worth a quick call. Not only did we get a real person right away, Luke our first contact at the dealership, was very responsive and able to get the answers to our questions quickly. Juan our salesman was great! He understood our concern about traveling 4hrs round trip just to look over the car, so he walked us through with a FaceTime call allowing us to get better eyes on the vehicle in real time. After deciding that everything looked in great shape, we made an appointment to go in and and test drive it. When we arrived, Juan met us at the door and our VIP service began! During the waiting process between test drive and paper work we enjoyed the coffee bar and comfortable lounge. Juan was was quick to get us numbers and as promised no hidden fees! Kai in the financial department was great too! He was able to get us a lower interest rate then originally offered by the bank. We were hopeful that we would be able to go home with the car that day since they can do all of the paperwork and have MA plates at the dealership, but unfortunately our insurance agency closed too early to make that happen. To our delight, Juan offered to drive the car to us the following day at no extra charge, saving us another 4 hr round trip! That was such an un unexpected blessing!! We received our new beauty the following afternoon!! We highly recommend this dealership! The entire experience was enjoyable and stress free! Make sure to ask for Juan when you make an appointment to find your next car!

Beware!!!I was so excited to own a 2013 land rover my daughter gave me but, three months in I had a coolant leak.My daughter raves about the service so,I was happy to deal with decent, professional people who were there to help.She said you ll get great treatment.They call you and let you know what the problem is and let you know what is crucial to get done and what can wait. They will call you and get you and Uber back to wherever you are going as a courtesy and if they have to keep your car they ll let you know and give you a car to use while your waiting for yours so your not inconvenienced without a vehicle while your waiting for yours.WELL that was not my experience at all!!!The only person that was absolutely great was the woman who greeted me when I first walked in the door.She was bubbly and happy to show me were service was located then the nightmare began.I spoke to a gentleman who took the key and said I shouldn t wait they would call me when they looked at the car.I dropped it off at 10am on Sunday then I waited and waited and waited it was three thirty when I called and they told me it was being looked at right then. My daughter was shocked at the no communication so she called at the same time I did and they told her my vehicle was the next to go in and they would call me so,no courtesy call and they never called me back and closed for the night.I went in the next day with my daughter and she went to the gentleman I had dealt with and she was shocked how rude and arrogant he seemed.I walked over to look at vehicles while she dealt with him.Myself and my daughter ended up speaking to a salesman and after we spoke to him he got the general manager and they told my daughter there were changes within the company and he would wave the two hundred dollar service fee but,I was going to take it elsewhere.He assured me that I wouldn t go without a vehicle and that he would speak to his supervisor and see what they could do as far as helping out with the amount they wanted to fix it. He didn t think it was a good idea to drive it with the leak.Against my better judgment I left it.I didn t get a car I had to find a way to get to work Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday.I told the supervisor I didn t have a car to get anywhere.He said it would be fixed in a day or two.No offer of a vehicleThe supervisor Elmin called me Wed and said it was done and I could come pick it up but they closed at 7pmI also work until 7pm.Next morning called and asked them to send me an Uber to come pick my car up.I paid $3182.86 that was after not having a car for days.No courtesy vehicle as promised.(A kite as they call it.)I call it empty promises.He took $300.off as if he was doing me a favor.It was originally $3,482.86They also charged me$45.95 for those courtesy Ubers that they make you believe they pay for so your not inconvenienced as if there doing you a favor My daughter couldn t believe the changes.She gave them great reviews when she owned the vehicle.She wouldn t after experiencing this.As for me they lost a great customer and I will never take it back to that place.It s all about the MONEY!!!I ll give them NO STARS!!!

The customer service experience I had with the Sales Department was exceptional, and wonderful!! My car salesman, Juan and the Finance Manager, Fernanda were wonderful and went out of their way to make the deal happen for me! I will forever be grateful and thankful for their services and support they provided me during a very difficult time in my life.Long story short, I purchased a Land Rover from another dealer over 3 years ago and the car s break system completely collapsed on me recently in September 2023; and the car became un-drivable; which also meant the car would be un-sellable unless I got the problem fix which was going to be over $12,000. I definitely was not going to pay that repair cost and my extended warranty expired last December. I went to Land Rover Boston and Juan from the very first day to the end was very helpful, patient, and resourceful. He had patience with me and was very empathetic and sympathetic to my specific situation. One of the things I appreciated the most is the fact that he wasn t to eager to sell me a car and make a commission. He didn t care about his commission and his focus was getting me into a new safe car that wouldn t cost me an arm and a leg and one that I would love; and oh boy did he deliver on this! This is a rare characteristic to find in a sales person and I am so happy he greeted me when I first went to the dealership.I first talked to Juan in August 2023 and went back in December 2023 to make the purchase because I was on the fence and wasn t sure if I was going to do a trade yet. Juan got approval and the dealership paid off my loan for my old car!! I was so happy and grateful because I did not want to carry that negative equity to my new car loan because the monthly payments would be sky high.The Finance Manager, Fernanda, worked diligently and got me approved by a bank, a bank I financed from previously, and lowered the MSRP for my new car so that the loan would get approved. She also cut $1,500 from the extended warranty package so that the bank would finance the warranty with the car loan. Somehow, she also managed to get the bank to lower my interest rate between 5-7%!! I have brought cars before from different dealerships but I have never had this kind of excellent customer service before. I have recommended them to my friends and family. I am so happy with my purchase and I am now a customer for life! I will definitely go back when I m ready for another car! Thank you so much Juan and Fernanda, you guys are my guardian angels sent from above if you re on the market for a new vehicle, give them a call, you won t regret it. Excellent customer service and great inventory!!
