I called at 7:30pm on a Sunday, after every store I went to said they were closed. I gave him my tire size and he found them, gave me a quote and asked me when I could get to his location. Great service, he was busy with another customer but prepared everything for me so once I got there, the process would be quick and efficient. He worked with his team to get my tires replaced, gave me an honest review of everything I needed to know, as I wasn t a car expert and gave me some good tips for the future. It was my best experience with anybody in the car industry period. He was more than helpful and friendly, If I have any issues again, I m going back to him!!!

On a Sunday night when I couldn't find anyone else to come out for a flat tire (after almost 2 hrs of phoning around), with 5 drops still to go, I thought I was stuck. But Jessie had one of his guys come right out and within 30 mins I was rolling again. Had a great conversation with him on the phone, excellent guy!!

I got a flat tire at night and Jessie was an absolute life saver. He looked into getting the right tire for my car and walked me through everything very patiently. The tire was set to come in early the next morning. When there was a mix up in where the tire was sent, Jessie did not give up on me. He went out of his way to pick up the tire for me and communicated with me the entire time to make sure I was updated on what was going on. As soon as he got the tire, he was very efficient in changing my tire. Thank you for all your help Jessie, I really appreciate your hard work. Great customer service.

They were so helpful to my friend when she had a flat tire late at night. Wasn t able to change it right away but ordered the tire for early morning service and tried his best. Fixed the tire within a few minutes of arriving on site for us and was very friendly and helpful. Great small business that I would definitely rely on in the future!

I couldn t have planned my appointment any better. They were very flexible & affordable! I was at work, they went to my home, changed my tire & they left my key in the mailbox. I came home to a car to drive. No complaints.

Had a blowout on the highway, put my spare on and dropped the rim and tire off here. Jesse had me a new tire in under 2 hours, and he delivered it to me nearby for no additional charge, very friendly, very fast, would recommend.

I m giving him two stars only because he did the work by selling me four new tires for my vehicle. I must say I was definitely disappointed with his professionalism and customer service. He always has an excuse with attempts to reach him. He also referred me to River Street Auto Center to have some work done AND it was the worst decision I ever made. They did the wrong diagnostics and repair on my vehicle and claimed to have fixed tie problem by turning off my engine light. I had to take it to another shop and spend more money on repairs that should have been done initially. I was over charged and disappointed. Buyer beware!!! Jessie s business is a side show.

Jessie was super efficient and responsive. I had a nail in my tire that needed a plug and he came over within 20 minutes of me calling and was able to plug it with no issues. Definitely will be reaching out for my next set of tires!

Had Jessie put all 4 ties on my car he did a great job at an even better price and when he was done he drove to my house and picked me up so I didn t have to walk back. Definitely recommend anyone to go here and not the expensive hack that will charge you double or even triple and mess ur stuff up that is not too far away from there that charged me 300 to replace 2 rear rim studs.

Jessie is amazing!! He came to me the same day to check out my tires, did some research to find the best deals, and then got me back on the road within a few days.He is respectful, courteous, and willing to work around your time. Very knowledgeable about cars in general. Definitely my go-to tire guy!

This business is very conscientious and will go out of their way to accommodate customers. Jessie came out to pick up my car, they replaced all the tires and he drove it back to my workplace in record time. They also fixed a broken lug nut and did it all for about $600. Support small business, call Jessie!

Very fast, same day service - other places were full or busy for days. Even picked up the car that needed tires themselves! Good price, and didn't make us feel extra sales pressure

I decided to try out this place, I called and they came out the next day after a 2 hour drive for free with no charge to pick up my wheels to mount new tires on. They had a hard time stretching my tires on my rim and they did not ever give up after multiple attempts and ideas, they finally got the tires to seal and put air in after 1 week of work, great customer service and great service, highly recommend, they will definitely get the job done doesn t matter what it is.

I blew out my tire on the way home. I was riding on my rim trying to get to a tire shop and I came across this place. I pulled in and they were able to get me a decent used tire and back on the road within 20 minutes! Every one was so nice. I'll definitely go back! Thanks again!

I would recommend anybody go here. He is so nice I was stuck on the side of the road with my 7 year old daughter in Mattapan with a flat tire .He drove right to me fix my tire and it was affordable. I would give him 1000 stars if I could once again thank you.

The most perfect service you could ask for. I didn t want my car towed so I called for a tire replacement and within 25 minutes he was at my house. We had a great conversation while he was taking off the tire. He also showed me a few other things like brake pads that I should have replaced without putting any pressure on me to go through his shop for the replacements. He left with the damaged tire and came back with the new one in 20 minutes. After he replaced the tire we continued our conversation until we both realized it was time for us to get back to work. 5/5 10/10 100/100 would recommend Jessie s tire sale. Definitely turned a stressful situation into a positive highlight for the week.

Jessie s service is outstanding. He came to us on the side of the road, got the spare put on, followed us to his shop, and got the new tire put on efficiently and cheerfully! I would highly recommend his service, especially to stranded tourists from out of state!!

Great service. They drove out here, it was cold as hell and i salute the professionalism. The tire i called for to repair was ultimately irreparable and the gentleman performed the tire test right in front of me and i saw the leaks. They didnt ask for anything else, but gave me so much helpful information that will definitely help the next time i come across a leak. Really appreciated them going above and beyond.

Let s just put it in his way GIVE THIS MAN YOUR BUSINESS AND MONEY!! I needed a full set and apparently no one not even the big stores had my size , I looked everywhere and came across his google listing, this man came to my job on a last minute notice picked up my car and returned it with a fresh set of tires and he even put some gas in my car because it was low out of pure kindness (did not expect that). He s quick reasonable and does awesome work!

Jessie spotted that I needed tires in the Pagel Playground parking lot! It was like it was meant to be because my tires slid in the rain the night before. I called the next day and we schedule a time for pick up the following day. Jessie was very knowledgeable. He gave me all the information so I could decide what was good for my car situation. The service was done in less than 3 hours and the rate was affordable. A big thanks to the Jessie's Tire's team!

Jessie was very nice to pick my car up and drop it off while I was home with my 1 year old.That s what I call excellent customer service.Thanks to Jessie, I have a new tire and I didn t have to leave the house.
