My wife and daughter went there to get a replacement TIRE for a wheel. They stole the tire sensor and replaced it with a generic valve. Now the tire light is on the dash and won't turn off. If you know anything about the tire sensors it can be a real pain to replace one. The reason why my wife couldn't tell at first because they brought the wheel off the car. When I seen the wheel, I immediately noticed the mismatch with the Valve. They charged for the used tire but not for the valve they swapped in. Nor did they inform my wife that the valve was replaced. It's a shame there's so many options for tire replacement in the neighborhood and you choose to support your own people and this is the type of results you get.

I came to get a new tire early in the morning, was told my car should be done within an hour. Came back 3 hours later car in the same spot with no new tire. Had to go elsewhere to get a new tire that day. Came back today to get another tire separately. The guy is now requesting a deposit for a new tire and it has to be ppl cash. When I came a week before that and left my car. I was not required to leave a deposit. A lot of inconsistent with the information being shared with customers.

Great prices quick easy in n out you literally don t even have to get out of your car lol the kid that works there is great got my two front tires fixed there about 2/3 weeks ago he was done within 10 mins n never even stepped out of my car lol good look bro

This location was on a list of possibilities when searching for service. The day I was needing service, there was an unknown issue that caused the shop to close down until the issue was solved. I didn't ask what it was and I had no time to wait for answers. Next!

Trash. Never use this place if you really need tires hit Raymond's tire shop. You'll be in out and on your way... they were a great place a few yrs ago but now. Just straight trash.

Had a whole in my tire I was in the area. Looked online saw the reviews and was very happy for there amazing service. The are honest and very reasonable. I found that to be very refreshing. They do a great job period, as around!!

Needed two front Tyres for inspection... drove there and guys hooked me up with two new looking Tyres. They couldn t balance the tyres(said machine was down). Also didn t replace the valve covers after inflating the two Tyres. Drove and started hearing some weird hooting and grinding noise. Went back the following day and guys started to grumble that they gave almost new tyres. I said well it s making some noise, if you can t change me just put my old ones back. They reluctantly changed the tyres. Drove home and when I woke up to go to work the following morning, say that passengers side tyre was almost flat. Went back to their shop to complain. Again they start to grumble that maybe I took a nail and if I did they ll charge me $15. I said if you see a nail I ll pay no problem. They checked and found a leak on the outer side of tyre that s not even touching the road. They patch up tyres at no charge. An old man comes out and says something like maybe you intentionally put a nail in the tyre . Like what??? I gave him the look without saying a word and he retreated inside. I understand used tyres can have issues buy don t make look like I m doing it intentionally or I don t have work to do. Horrible and unfortunate experience with them.

I put 4 tires and every two days I have to go back cause my tires need air. Unril I have to tell them to inspect the ring of my tire and finally they fixed and the problem was solve.

DON'T GO THERE GUYS .... SCAMERSThis place is scam keep away from.these peopleI called them for changing tires and balance and when I got there and took my tires , they refused to do balance tires and asked me for double the price scam people thereNot honest
