I have brought my truck in twice to get off road lights installed They didn't fit either time and they told me not to worry and come back if I bought another light bar.

This the worst customer service I ever received in my 40 years of been a owner of a vehicle.I went to install the starter and, they charge me $240 for labor only. In my dodge grand caravan 12.If just been 3 weeks and the starter is lose, they didn't installed correctly.I got it in contact we the mechanic o manager name C�sar, and he said that i still have to paid to get it fix it. Because he got paid $7000 a month. For rent, and that he had to generated $15000 for the payroll and others expenses.Seems like we the customer have to paid extra for his necesity and in top of that, didn't even do the work correctly.I would no advice you to go there, he is a very unprofessional and no courtesy a all.I would going to seek legal advice for getting my money back.That is a botched job.0 start.

Well I brought my BMW to this establishment Alex is really rude! The way he spoke toMe is unacceptable. I don't care about the high prices because my car is high maintenance and I'm really easy giving with money. but I just can't deal with the unprofessional in this establishment.is always important to find a good and stable mechanic. But just because with my experience with Alex they lost not me as a customer but all my friends who I refferd.

Shay was very responsive and kept me up to date on all developments. Bernard was also very helpful. Issue with my car was quickly fixed and car (which is older 95) is running smoothly. I brought my car here about 5 years ago and had a good experience. My car was having some electrical problems. They kept the car for about 5 days. They didn't fix the problem, but gave it a nice effort and only charged me for the diagnostic test.

I recently had my car towed to this auto repair shop. It was there for a week every time I spoke to them they told me to call back tomorrow. One of the day they didn t have a technician at the shop at all so my car just sat there . At the end of the week the Clyde the manager said my car wouldn t be worth fixing he asked if I would sell it to him I explained I had somebody that I was going to sell it to after that every time I spoke to him he increased by a $100. I asked to just pay for what I owed because I m going to have my car picked up by someone else. That s when things got worse. Clyde stated he wouldn t take anything but cash from me when I tried to pay over the phone. I asked him why that was not told when I brought in my car he stated I m the owner I can do what I want. I asked him why is he being rude was it because I didn t sell him my car he stated yeah I had your car for weeks and I didn t make money off of it so you wasted my damn time. I am a business owner and I would never talk to my clients the way he spoke to me. I m so upset about how I was treat.

They told be they could put a new motor in my car very affordably because they had the same model on site. The motor ended up not fitting and they installed a different one without telling me and charged me 2.5x more than they said. Get everything in writing.
