I had the best experience I've ever had with a dealership here. Theo was so thorough and friendly, spoke honestly and was able to show me the part of my car that needs to be repaired but did not make me feel pressured to do an expensive repair until it is really needed. I was not expecting this diligence and honesty from a dealership, but I think Theo went above and beyond and I highly recommend taking your mini or bmw to the Boston location!

I have been dealing with Mark for 12 years over three different cars and will ALWAYS request him when booking appointments. He goes way beyond any service person I have ever dealt with at any dealership. Honest, upfront and pleasure to work with

Since moving to Boston and having Herb Chambers take care of my 2012 Mini Cooper I have continually had wonderful service from all staff members. I purchased a 2023 Mini in December 2022 and again experienced excellent service. I typically deal with Mark Ravin when I check in, he is an absolute GEM. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

Frankly, Herb Chambers should teach a course in how to treat customers marvelously. And the great service never feels false; it s always authentic. Mark , the person who manages my cars when they need service is about as good as it gets. He s efficient and always knows his stuff! He s also very caring and warm. Such a great combo. I will always think of Herb chambers when I find myself ready to purchase again. It s the people that make me come back. It s lovely to feel so well taken care of.

We have been getting our Mini serviced at Herb Chambers for over a year and it is an absolute pleasure every time. We live 2 hrs away, and every time we bring the car for service, the team goes out of their way to make sure they cover everything. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and easy to work with! Their process is slick and efficient. Mark in the service center is especially good at what he does and makes it a joy to do something as routine as servicing the car!

As usual, Mark Rabin is a champ at caring for my car. I've had both my cars serviced with him for the last 22+ years. They do a great job communicating the issues they find, letting me know what needs to be done now, and what can be delayed. They find me deals where they can and always leave the car in a very clean state. THANK YOU!

Very pleased with the service provided. Mark was great, knowledgeable and helpful. The entire team was very friendly and highly professional. I drove by without scheduled appointment just to see when I should come for service but got everything done at the spot, the same day. Changed the front tires and fixed the oil leak. Loved the service at BMW MINI of Boston

My experience at Herb Chambers BMW/MINI has always been amazing. Mark and Theo in the MINI service department are communicative, helpful and friendly. No surprises either - they tell you what needs to be done and take care of it. Highly recommend.

Mark Ravin, Service Advisor for Herb Chamber's Mini customers is THE BEST! Never have I felt so good about sending my car in for repairs or maintenance. He is always conscientious about our car's necessary vs. unnecessary costs. Part of my reason to keep driving Minis is Mark! TWENTY TWO YEARS TO THIS POINT of 2024!

I always happy to see and get a service from Theo. He is always smiling at the counter and also giving me a clear and comprehensive explanation for issues and which type of services he did to fix those. He supported me from 2 years ago when i bought the car from Mini and I want him to be my go-to-person continuously! Recommend him for any MINI owners around Boston area!

Mark was able to accommodate my needs with a loaner car and the team was able take care of the small slow leak on my tire. Offering to patch vs replace, which I appreciate. In the end I chose to replace, cause I m old enough to have more money than time. Also who doesn t love the complimentary car wash.

Overdue routine maintenance. Your maintenance costs are not inexpensive but are countered by the excellent service provided throughout the experience. I've been a Mini customer for years and have been treated with respect and always informed of what I should be monitoring in the future to provide the best care for my car. Well Done!

The service team at Herb Chambers Mini of Boston is as good as it gets. My 2010 Mini Cooper still runs great, and it's due to the superb service from the Herb Chambers team. Their advice is both helpful and timely. It makes decision making easy.

This is not my usual service location, but the scheduling worked for my needs that day. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The oil change was very quick, and was completed in half the time as expected.The only recommendation I will offer is, be sure to be clear that people have to check in twice: once when you get greeted and hand over the keys and again in the waiting area. If I had not noticed someone checking in, I would not have known. I had already been sitting for about 20 minutes, which was disappointing because there were staff available but didn't say anything.Service: Oil change
