I purchased a 2023 Range Rover Velar R-Dynamic S this week from Herb Chambers Land Rover Boston and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had! Upon walking into the showroom, I was greeted by our salesman, Juan Polanco. I told Juan I was interested in this specific vehicle, he took a copy of my drivers license, and promptly had it pulled up so we could take it for a test drive. When we returned to the dealership, we sat back at Juan's desk so he could tell me more about the vehicle and go over the warranty. This particular vehicle had the remaining terms of its factory warranty and came certified by Land Rover Boston which extended the warranty. Certifying the vehicle / extending the warranty past the factory warranty really sealed the deal for me. Juan let us know Herb Chambers Land Rover Boston offers what they call the SMART Pricing Guarantee which is a 5-Day Money Back Guarantee or 30-Day 1,500 Mile Exchange Guarantee. So if I wasn't happy for any reason, I could return the vehicle within 5 days for a full refund or exchange it to get something else within 30 days. The SMART Pricing Guarantee was even more peace of mind for me. In addition, Herb Chambers Land Rover Boston uses the SMART Price system so they give you the best price upfront and you don't have to go back and forth trying to negotiate the price. That in and of itself made the car buying experience much easier. At no point did I ever feel pressured into buying this vehicle nor did Juan try to push a different vehicle on me. Juan was extremely polite and professional throughout the entire experience. If you're in the market for Range Rover, go to Land Rover Boston and ask for Juan Polanco - trust me!

My experience with Mike has been nothing but top notch every time I have gone in for service. He is always professional, timely and has a great positive attitude that does not go unnoticed. He treats each and every client with the utmost respect and has their best interest in everything he does. He is a class act and the best of the best! Great experience led by Mike Wilson. Worked through a couple of different warranty issues but they were customer focused in all their interactions. I would always go to this Land River first before I went anywhere else not all dealerships of if this Caliber. Highly recommend

The service department of Land Rover Boston is unequivocally the most exceptional in the vicinity. Residing in Weston, I am more than willing to travel the distance to LR Boston as it is truly worthwhile. Michael, who works in the service department, is truly remarkable! He consistently keeps you informed about the state of your vehicle according to your chosen mode of communication. Personally, I prefer text messages, and the level of communication via this medium is truly excellent.

Mariel was the advisor along with Yves as the mechanic who worked on my car. Mariel was personable, very courteous and welcoming. She s a true professional. The issue with my Velar was resolved within a day. Mariel had contacted the warranty company and got them to cover everything accordingly.I can t thank her enough for everything!

Not for the first time, I had a great service experience. Elmin was great as the service manager, offering service beyond the call of duty. And Mariel Burgos was excellent, providing a clear explanation of what was recommended and easy and regular communication about the status of my service as well as arranging for a loaner vehicle. All in all, I couldn t be more pleased with the service.

Great brand new dealershipWe were greeted by the General Manager who offered us coffee and water. Juan was our sales person who spent great deal of time with us and gave us at most attention - he was super, and truthfully was the main reason we ended up with the vehicle. Fernanda Start, Finance manager did everything possible to make the numbers work for our situation - all in all great team at HC Land Rover of Boston and great experience

I have serviced my 2018 Land Rover Discovery at LR Boston since I got it. Mariel (their service rep) and the rest of the team at LR Boston has always impressed me with the quaility of the service, attention to detail, and ability to meet the costumer needs. For example, in a previous visit to the dealer, I mentioned (in addition to the more pressing matters such as oil change and brake job) that we kept hearing a rattling noise we did not know where it came from. When I got the car back, i was surprised to find out they spent time looking for the rattling noise, foo d it and fix it. It turned out to be a component of a rear passanger seat belt. They rapleced the component, washed the car and gave it back to me earlier than I expected.

My alternator let go on my Range Rover. I had it towed to the dealership they called me right away with the problem ordered the part fixed it and brought it back to my home in a very timely manner. Great communication.
