Mike was very thoughtful and paid close attention to the details of my car s issues. He took the time to listen and to make sure my car was properly taken care of. He kept me updated of what needed to be done and the time frame. Very satisfied with the customer care!

My experience for my annual service on my Jaguar was five star treatment. Nice customer lounge and work done on time. Car cleaned and works great. I recommend Herb Chambers Jag service.

I love coming to this dealership. Usually getting a Maintenace from a dealership is a nightmare. The Range Rover and Jaguar locations in Norwood and Peabody really turned me off to the process. But all my experiences over the last two years for scheduled maintenance at Herb Chambers Jaguar have been awesome.The building is pristine. Everyone says hello and greets you warmly. They keep you updated via text on the progress of your service.I also really enjoyed working with Michael Wilson (twice now). Super friendly guy.I highlight recommend this location for you purchasing and servicing needs!

Michael at Jaguar Boston is the absolute best! He always goes above and beyond to make sure my service is quick, complete and I am taken care of. I ve had an ongoing issue with my vehicle that has taken many visits. Every time we interact, even through my admitted frustration and inconvenience, he has been a joy to deal with and genuinely helpful.

UPDATE 1/22/24: Was immediately emailed and called by customer service on 1/2/24 who asked for further information on the issue and ensured me that a manager would be calling me shortly. It's been two weeks and still no call.A completely incompetent dealership. The lack of communication from the service department is truly remarkable. They had my car for over two months working on an issue they can never fix. During this time I received zero updates from Mariel unless I reached out to her, I left several voicemails to both her and the service manager and never received a single call back. I was never told what the issue was that kept my car for two months, only that the check engine light would not turn off. When I finally got my car back I was disgusted to see the interior was filled with trash from Dunkin Donuts and personal items/clothing from someone I m assumed works there. Not only that but the car was driven over 730 miles which makes me think it was used for personal reasons. I am happily selling my car so I never have to deal with these people again.

This dealership has professional technicians, customer service representatives and by far the cleanest, comfiest and the most well stocked customer service lounge area in the Boston metropolitan area!Oh, and the customer service department is top notch and verified friendly thanks to Mariel and her colleagues. I have had my rear brakes replaced here and my wife bought a Land Rover Sport from this dealer.I came in for a simple state inspection sticker and left with my vehicle washed, vacuumed and satisfied from all the yummy food and coffee they provided!! Prices are fair and they take care of everything for you!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I have been a customer for 3 years.The people at Boston Jaguar are always friendly and helpful.It is easy to schedule service appointments.Most recently I had the pleasure of dealing with Elmin and Mike in the service group. What a great experience.Strong call out for Boston Jag (and Land Rover).

Mike handle my questions with friendly professionalism. He recommended all the service options that were due and saved me about $500 by suggesting a fob rebuild kit instead of a new fob. My on line tire appointment wasn t showing when I got to the dealer, so things did not start well. I must say, Mariel took great care of me, fit me in anyway, and made it right. I got my new tires, got my car washed, and was on my way. Mistakes can always happen, but it s how they handle them that sets companies apart. Had an urgent repair and the Service Department was able to accommodate quickly. Service Advisor My was fantastic. Kept me in the loop with status of my vehicle and arranged valet drop off and pickup of a loaner vehicle when parts were delayed.
