Typical experience at Herb Chambers:Drop car off as soon as they open for something simple like a state inspection or tire swap. Get told they will be done in about 2 (!) hours. Wait for 4+ hours until they actually get back to you. If you're lucky your service advisor will go completely MIA for 2 hours and make it 6 hours until you can get your car back.In short, incompetent.

The service is fast accurate show up on time for your appointments you roll in get the work done you need it's all good.

I waited 2 hours for a single oil change I saw my car parked and I claimed to wait 2 hours after that they moved my car and until that they did the service!!! Terrible service, I don't recommend it.

This is the very worst dealership ever! My car needed a 5 min fix (no exaggeration) and they kept me waiting for 2hr in their lounge after which they came and told me that they had internal issues and politics with their technicians. Thanks for the heads up herb chambers Honda and for letting me waste more than half a day in your miserable presence!!

My 2008 Odyssey van needed an oil change and this was my first time in at H.C. Honda in Dorchester.My experience was truly worthy of this 5 star rating.Staffing is a class act... Professional manner, good communication skills, courteous, on time , accepted competitor's, coupon, complimentary fresh apples and bottled water in the waiting area.A special shout out to Francis Franj.? andthe H. C . management team.Good people vibes all around.You folks make Dorchester shine.

Absolute Con artists! I'd avoid this place at all cost if in need of services. They basically try to take as much money from you as possible. I brought my car in because the clutch started acting strange. Once I arrived they started offering a bunch of "needed" maintenance packages. So I chose the cheapest option which was a $150 package. With that they said they'd also check on my clutch concern. So I left my car there for 8hrs. Once I came back to pick up my car they did absolutely nothing for the 8 hours it was there. They just drove it and said it's making noise. I had no noise concern! I could've said I noticed that myself. They proceeded to Charge me $200 just for that and said in order to check further I'd need to pay $1500. I've never had an issue with any other Honda dealerships and the only reason I went to this one was because they weren't booked. This makes a ton of sense because their service is awful. It also makes sense why there are no ratings for this location. So I'm letting you know now go at your own risk. You'll get bamboozled and not even know it. If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would.

I've been using Herb Chambers Honda in Boston Service Center for the past twenty plus years on all three of my Hondas. My former 1999 Passport, current 2007 Odyssey and 2011 Pilot. The services has always been excellent. That's why I'm still driving my 2007 and 2011 vehicles. They keep those cars running well. A good sign of a good company is the staff that they keep. Herb Chamber Honda in Boston have some of the great staff like Robert and my Marine Corps comrade Sean who have been with the Team for more than twenty years. They and the Herb Chambers Honda in Boston Service Center's Team continue to provide excellent services that keep customers like myself for life. A plus that they are now located in Dorchester, much closer to my home. Highly recommended if professionalism and excellent car repair are what you are looking for.Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

They wrote a different price on the car. When I bought the car, they sold it to me at a higher price. I found out after that .This was a fraud.
