Great experience. I was able to take advantage of some rebates, and got a fair deal on a new X3. I put in an order for delivery in Feb 2023, but a demo became available and Steven was able to get me in that for a better deal than the car that I'd ordered . . . and instant gratification has no price! I highly recommend working with Steven - he's super nice, and is not a high pressure salesperson, which I appreciated; he's interested in getting you into the car that YOU want. This is the first time I bought a vehicle from Herb, and it was probably the best car buying experience that I've had.

Have used the Boston location for many years as it is convenient to home and work for me. 5 stars. Service has always been good though during the pandemic, they (and many other businesses) had supply chain issues which delayed some items from one day service to 2+ days. They were always straightforward in mentioning this upfront and offered loaner cars or other services to help in case it was needed. This was always appreciated. A few times, when there were multiple issues to be addressed, they have helped to prioritize what is urgent versus what can be done later - very helpful for managing repair bill size.

My experience was perfect!! Got the loaner as scheduled, car repairs were made as reported, I was timely updated with information of how and what has been done. Car delivered clean and fixed. Thank you Joel and the whole team! Happy holidays

I never visited this place until 2 days ago, when i picked up my car. During the buying process, i communicated with Ahmed via E-mail, phone. Ahmed is very responsive, answered all my questions, concerns etc... People like him is essential if this dealer wants to transition to online business.I would give this review 5 stars if when i picked up my car, Ahmed should have focused more into telling safety matters of the car; instead of spending most of the time talking about non-essential apps.The most important thing i am happy about: until i picked up my BMW i4, i have not set my feet into this physical dealer, Ahmed is the key to make this online transaction happen. My wife is really happy with this car.

I had a seamless experience with Herb Chambers BMW of Boston. My service advisor was extremely communicative and transparent about the issues with my 2013 3 Series. He also helped me in figuring out the sequencing and timing of all the repairs given the high cost of some of my repair work. All the repairs were done in a timely fashion and to my complete satisfaction.

I brought my car in without an appointment because of messages saying my engine was overheating. BMW of Boston took care of that problem and other service needs in a timely fashion with excellent communication from Higor, the service advisor. I was also provided a much appreciated drop off and pick up to and from my home. The only less than excellent service was the car wash that is promised when service is completed. As is usually the case when my car goes in for scheduled service, the washing wasn t done even though they knew at what time I would be picking up my car.

Very efficient. Fixed my flat tire in less than two hours. I especially like the video feedback feature where the technician sending me a video summary of what s wrong with the car. This is the first time I see for myself a big nail in the tire! I really appreciate of being informed and educated!

I bought my BMW X5 from this dealer few years ago and have been getting my car serviced here regularly. They do a good job. The service rep advised me correctly as to what needs to be fixed now vs what can wait for a 1-2 years.

After being a loyal customer for many years, I can honestly say it is time for me to find a new dealership. It just keeps going down hill. Asked for help with Bluetooth & Voice Control. Not fixed yet. And can someone please explain why picking up your car should take so long? They finally asked me if I wanted my car washed. I asked how long that would take? 30 min. I took my car home not fixed & not washed. Done.

Service diagnostics went smoothly. Decided not to pursue repairs and asked Sales department to make an offer on vehicle. Spoke to them three separate times, and never heard back from a Sales Manager. Finally decided to pick up the vehicle, paid, and then waited for it for 45 minutes (spoke to four different attendants). Finally, I located my own vehicle in their alley, stood beside it, and said just bring me my keys . 15 minutes later they were in my hand. I drove away never to return again.

Couldn t have asked for a better experience. Attention to detail, great customer service, listened to all my concerns and fixed it all at a very fair price. I was even able to get a loaner so it didn t disrupt my life too much. I made the mistake once going to a local dealership and the service didn t even come close to herb chambers of Boston. My buying and service experience here was top notch!

At first I was worried because the service area seemed very busy and thought I was going to have to wait to be called on, however, I was soon greeted by James and brought over to his desk. It was my first time using service at this location and based on my experience, I would go back. Shortly after my car was taken to be assessed (brake lights on) and oil change, I received a video text from the service technician letting me know that there additional issues I was not expecting. I went back to speak to James and he carefully reviewed the potential causation for the problems and walked me through how they would take care of it.Since the required time to perform all of the work was going to take longer than originally expected, I was offered a ride if I needed to get somewhere, however, since the service location is in a busy area of Allston/Brookline, there were plenty of eateries and shopping options when I was done with work in the waiting area.Car was serviced and washed pretty close to the estimated time and I was able to start getting checked out with Julie until James returned to his desk. Overall, I felt like the whole department was friendly, efficient, and supportive.My only (petty) recommendation would be to better stock the waiting area with drink options and snacks. Also, it would be nice to have one private area to use if a personal or work call needs to be made.

Badis was great! I am new to America and was very nervous to purchase my first vehicle. He made the process very smooth and was attentive from the start. He listened to my needs and wants for my car and was very knowledgeable about the features/specs. There were a couple of hiccups with my bank but he continued to follow up and stay in communication with me. I love my new car!

I am pleased with the sales support and corrective action taken on my used car purchase. However a communication problem could have been avoided, by a single phone call. To Reset expectations, from a safety inspection to a brake job and tire replacement=adding 2+days to delivery expection.

Great welcoming team, helpful and do meet customers expectations within everyone budget. Mr. Abdo Merheb was very helpful, responsive and went above and beyond to help customizing my car and getting it on time. He is always on top of things.I would only recommend to invest more in enhancing the financial department and get people better trained to sell products and maintain a healthy relationship with customers.

Higor is always eager to assist and easy to work with. Recently my 2013 BMW 5 series needed significant work. Things still weren t right after the first repair because of multiple issues with the car. When I brought this to Higor s attention, he made things right. He was accommodating. He is always very thoughtful and respectful.

Samik was great! I had an emergency w my 2019 330i: he got my car serviced and back to me within 24 hours of our first interaction. Thanks so much to Samik, the valets who picked up and returned my car, and the excellent technicians who diagnosed and repaired the issue so quickly!

All the apprehension I had of purchasing a vehicle from 6 plus hours away was quickly put to rest thanks to Ahmed Jabrane. I m always impressed by the service when I take my vehicle in for repairs at Herb Chambers. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. My car has always come back freshly washed and vacuumed. This time it did not. That s why they get a 4 * rating instead of 5.

I am always impressed with Herb Chambers BMW. So much so that I come down from VT to get my service done. I can always get an appointment when it works for my schedule and they are fast and courteous. The car wash at the end is also a nice perk.

As always, the service was spectacular. They communicated with me exactly what was happening, complete with video of the car, and finished ahead of schedule. The car was cleaned (both interior and exterior) and feels brand new again.

Didn t pump my tire even if they claimed to have checked the tire pressure in invoice. The low pressure alarm is still on after maintained here. Have to go to gas station to pump by my self. Now I even suspect if they really did the oil change or not won t go to this place for maintenance again.

The advisor was okay however not as professional. Never updated me in the entire week or 2 that my car was there. The loaner vehicle sent me and 2 kids to the hospital because it wasn t cleaned. Also there was marijuana, tabacco leaf and a tray in the loaner but they wanna charge me for a smoking fee when I returned the loaner back to bmw when I wasnt the one smoking in the vehicle. Sorry very unhappy with the services this time around.

Very slow customer service, once you arrive to pick up your car there is lack of communication between staff. They move the driver seat settings the driver seat was practically in a completely reclined position when it was brought out for me. They don t vacuum the inside like other BMW dealerships do like the one in Peabody.
