What an excellent job CIV did on my car in less than a week. The professionalism of Carlos and Branden was exceptional. They were affordable knowing I was paying out of pocket. The quality of work left me speechless. I highly recommend CIV. 5 stars!

Branden was amazing! He was very responsive, attentive, compassionate but most of all professional. He clearly explained everything that I needed to know with my repairs, which was very helpful. Care Care Collision Center is honestly the best. I couldn t have asked for a better service.

The staffs at the shop handled my insurance claim seamlessly. Branden and Carlos expertise really made a difference on the unfortunate outcome on my vehicle, made me feel at ease. No frills with these guys, just straight honesty and caring, and treat you like a person not like a number on their list to do.

Shop did an excellent job getting my car back to pre-loss condition along with constant Communication the staff was a very friendly and helpful within this process , They answered all my questions, took the time to explain what was going on and provided next steps. They treated me like I was family and I really do appreciate that. whenever I m in need for car service I know where I m bringing mine.

The guy was very nice and professional. He drove me to enterprise to get a rental.My car was total loss and he helped carry my belongings from one car to the other. Which I was very thankful for. The gained a customer forever.

These people do not play! They will get you right same day , I wasn t able to get my car to their shop, so they called a tow truck , the tow truck already had 3 pick ups before me so instead they had someone drive from the shop to pick my car up with dealer plates!!!!! I was so ecstatic to hear my car was out the driveway, since I was looking for a shop that would tow it for me , for 3 days. They did all this same day , same hour !I came into do paperwork and was greeted by the most welcoming and gregarious staff. I will absolutely be recommending CIV to my friends and families and assure you , that you have came to the right place! Much thanks to Brendan (I hope I spell that right ), he assisted me and explained my process to me very thoroughly, making sure I had a great understanding of what was going on. I appreciate your help so much !

CiV Car Care Collision Center is truly exceptional. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of repairs. My son had his 2011 Nissan Maxima repaired here, and the results were so impressive that it looked brand new. I wish I had photos to share!

Carlos and the team at CIV Car Care Collision Center provide exceptional service. They have fixed a number of my vehicles and consistently exceed expectations. Carlos and his team are professional, thorough and accommodating. I was informed during the repair process and Carlos even helped me get a rental car. Carlos jr was very nice and mature for his age very. Also, branden was the best he helped me with the the insurance company and ext. this shop is a very good auto body shop definitely recommend to get your car fixed.

Civ Car Care Collision is the place where you want to get your car fixed they do great work. They have great customer service and very knowledgeable about car insurance so they are willing to talk you through it. Anything from a quick estimate on your car or getting you a rental the Civ Care Team is there for you.

My headlight, front bumper, and right side mirror were damaged. Decided to choose CIV Car Care Collision to repair my car. Their customer service was great; they answered all the questions and concerns I had. Once I informed my insurance that I was going to CIV for my repairs, they took over and corresponded with my insurance throughout the entire process. Which was extremely convenient. When I got my car back, they exceeded my expectations. They did an impeccable job. I couldn t be more satisfied with their professionalism and work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used several shops through the years CIV is by far the best,Very professional and organized,I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday and was told it would be ready Friday,Brandon from CIV called Thursday letting me know it was ready,WOW I have never had a shop get my vehicle done on time nevermind early,I would like to thank Carlos and Brandon for turning what normally is such a pain into a great experience,Thanks guys.

Freaking love this place, a customer at my job hit my car a week before my birthday. It was a scrape not too bad but i knew I needed it fixed cause who doesn t want there car to look good dropped it off Thursday and got it back Monday in amazing condition looked like a whole new car . someone even cleaned the inside for me!Thank you again and I will be posting before and after pictures to show the amazing job they did I m so happy with the quality, customer service friendly and reasonable prices !!!!!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

This is the only shop I will ever bring my car to they are so professional and the work they do is superb!! Carlos is the owner, he is so kind, great communication and isn t in the business of ripping people off. My vehicle was damaged by a tree branch. I took it into CIV Car Care Collision Center for repairs. The owner carefully assessed the damaged and assured me that he would take care of the damages. I dropped my vehicle off and a few days later my car was ready. My vehicle was returned to me looking brand new and it's like I have a new car. All the dents and scratches were removed and I have a fresh paint job. Thank you for the great work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
