I've used City Valet on multiple occasions while eating at Ocean Prime which is my favorite restaurant. Each time I've parked the service has been efficient and my car is brought up quickly. The valet attendants have also been professional and polite and even helped me find my eyeglasses needed to drive under my seat one time. I think the prices here are reasonable for Boston and will definitely return.

Just a Quick thank you to City Valet. My wife and I just went for a wonderful dinner at Mastro s in the Seaport. I usually like to park myself, but as we were running late, we decided to use the valet service. I was very pleasantly surprised . The attendant was very courteous, open the door for my wife. He was friendly and respectful. Also the price was very reasonable for Boston! We will use them again next time we go to the Seaport.

Vincent and his guys were awesome. I cant thank them enough. As hard as the city has to get in, City Valet is a breath of fresh air. I pulled my car to the North End was easily able to access Valet in front of Bricco. I was warmly greeted and when it came time to get my car I saw the valets sprinting and working hard!

My wife and I had a nice dinner at Lucca on Hanover St the other night. We valeted our car at Bricco with City Valet when we arrived. The valet was attentive when we pulled up and took the time to answer a few questions we had about grabbing some after dinner dessert and coffee. Hanover Street seems crazy (especially on the weekends) but our car was pulled back up in a timely fashion after giving the valet our vehicle ticket after dinner. We had a great night out in the North End and look forward to getting back there to eat soon.

They are very disorganized. We have waited over an hour to get the car and in order to get it, we had to go up to the master valet. Horrible experience, just park your car yourself.

Talk about WORLD CLASS !!! The Crew was great, well dressed respectable and handled business in the most professional way. Really added to my experience of heading to the city for a nice dinner at Mastro's

I've used City Valet for parking in the North End and in neighborhoods like the Seaport many times over the years. Each time I'm met with friendly and prompt service I would highly recommend.

Dinner at Mastro's and used this company for Valet. The next day I noticed items missing from my car. Called Mastro's who said 'take it up with the City Valet'. They said they would 'investigate' and check security footage of who actually took the car. Never called me back, when I called back, said they're staff denied it and there's nothing more they can do. City Valet's manager will not let me speak with the owner or anyone else, and hung up on me.

Had a nice dinner at Bricco in the North End. City Valet took my car and my $22. Brought my car back with what turned out to be almost $3500 in body damage. Rear passenger door and rear fender badly dented and damaged. The valet even admitted to me that the car was not damaged when he took it. I was told to call his manager and that they have insurance for this kind of thing.Dave the manager proceeded to tell me that the car was fine when they parked it and it must have been hit in the city owned parking garage they used and therefore was not their responsibility. No offer to repair, no offer to cover my deductible, no offer to pay for my rental car, didn t even give me back my $22!!He filed a police report and gave me the name of the investigator. I called the investigator who told me they would never investigate that type of situation and there was nothing they could do which was completely opposite of what Dave told me would happen.Their responsibility for my car was completely dismissed. I gave it to them and trusted them. That was a mistake. Parker beware.

I left my car with City Valet on Saturday evening, 5 Nov 2016 while dining at Bricco. When it was time to leave, the "valet" told me it would be 15-20 minutes. Fine. Other patrons came out after me and got their cars before me. After a huge complaint and a 40-minute time lapse, City Valet returned my car -- with its GPS engaged, more than 30 additional miles added to the odometer and more than 1/8 tank of gas burned (maybe they parked it in Tewksbury....).You're better off paying a fine at an expired meter than entrusting your vehicle to these bastards.

Honestly pretty cheap but these guys cannot be trusted with your belongings!! Stole my boyfriends brand new hat out of his car. Seems like others had issues with stolen items too!

Parked in front of Bella Vista and Ristorante Sarceno in the north end and came out to find the window down. The window was down in front of a cigar bar and 4 cans of trash. When we brought up the situation and requested a refund a boss needed to be called. Nolan the apparent manager of the street escalated the situation with explectives. I am currently 8 mos pregnant and don t understand why I now have to drive around a car smelling of smoke. I tried calling the company without voicemail. I will likely call the parking authority, restaurants, and public health dept to have their privileges revoked. I believe this service to be poorly run by incompetent people who clearly do not understand customer service or respect for your property
