I gave this 5 star review awhile ago but came back to edit... great service today. Nick saved me a lot of money. He's always really honest about what I need, what I don't, and what he can try. He'll also say why. Still 5 stars and who I continue to trust with the family car.

Nick and the crew are talented and do amazing work. They have been my go to for the past 6 years and have always provided quality work at a fair price. They have the latest and most sophisticated tools and equipment to get the job done and get it done correctly. Highly recommend this shop!!!!

I highly recommend Central Automotive. Nick has been my mechanic for all of my auto maintenance and repairs for 20 years because, beside being great to work with, he does quality work at fair prices, has never done unnecessary work, doesn t pressure me, the vehicles are ready when promised and at the price quoted. To summarize it he is trustworthy and reliable.

Great service and excellent response. I had a problem prior to the weekend with my brakes and Nick resolved it for me efficiently. They have serviced my vehicle before and have always been satisfactory. Diane is great with running the scheduling and service update. Very professional and attentive. Thank you

They took care of all of my vehicle issues. They also took the time to explain everything that had to be done on my Explorer before making the repairs and patiently answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this shop. Now I can navigate the crazy traffic in Boston with confidence.Had to see them again about other repairs. They had my vehicle up and running in no time. It rides so smoothly now, it s like driving a new car. Their prices are reasonable and they do quality work EVERY TIME.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

The thing I appreciate most when bringing my vehicle to central automotive is how convenient they make dropping off a vehicle and being flexible around busy schedules. It's great whenever my vehicle gets looked at that I get a call and Nick takes the time to explain everything he did with the vehicle, what he thinks is wrong, and an honest and fair suggestion about how to ho about fixing what's wrong.

I feel so lucky to know Central Automotive.They are always so kind and honest. I usually hate to go to auto shops and have no knowledge of the car so often get overcharged.However, Central Automotive is different.They always solve my car s problems right away and kindly explain what the issue is.I highly recommend this place!Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes, Oil change

Nick and the entire Central Team treat us like family ! It s always painful when your vehicle needs repairs but going to the Central Team softens the blow - actually enjoy the visit! I am happy to recommend this place based on my recent experience with them. I had enough stupid stuff going on with my car that they could have been very judgy but they were not at all. Everyone was very helpful, professional, communicative and Nick did a lot of work really quickly to get me back on the road. The only downside is I had to wait about a week for them to be able to start work but it s obvious why they re so busy. They also tried to my car inspected for me (my fault they couldn t) which was above and beyond. I m so relieved to have found them.

I want to thank Nick for such excellent services. To make a long story short, I bought my car in January for brakes and rotors replacement. My rear brakes started making squeaking noises not too long after. So I called and spoke to the receptionist, who told me to bring it in. But I became extremely busy and didn't have time. So fast forward several months later, my rear breaks sound like metal grinding against each other. So I called Central Auto, and Nick told me to bring it in. A few hours later, I had brand new breaks and rotors without me coming out of my pocket. I dont know what happened back in January, but it was evident that someone didn't do their job, and Nick owned up to it without making me feel bad. So I thank you, Central Auto, for such excellent customer service.

Excellent Shop! Nick is a most knowledgeable mechanic and very attentive to his customers. He got my car running like a top and at a very reasonable cost. Wouldn't it be great if 1000 more Nicks were out there?
