My car s battery died while I was live parked to go into Walgreens and I couldn t be more glad that it happened on Liverpool street right in front of Brandy Auto Body! After accidentally locking my keys inside my car in my panic, they happily (with actual genuine smiles on their faces) got the car open and started within 20 minutes. They were all so caring and understanding not to mention their office cat is the sweetest! They wouldn t let me pay them for their trouble, so I just had to make a review to praise them for their incredible service :)

My car had a flat tire and was at 0 psi. It s was a Saturday afternoon and quickly searched the closest auto shop that was opened and called Brandy. They were able to confirm over the phone they can get the tire fixed. Once I got there they were able to patch up my tire without having to replace it or use my spare. So nice and so happy to have this auto body shop in the neighborhood! 10/10 definitely recommend.

The people here are some of the kindest people I ve encountered. My friend and I broke down in front of their shop. We also accidentally left the keys in the car in a panic and got locked out. Fortunately, the people here immediately jumped to our aid. Within 20 minutes, they had the car unlocked and running again. They ensured that we were safe and had us stay in their shop as they quickly got to repairs, as it was cold and snowing. If you want above and beyond customer service, I could not recommend Brandy Auto Body enough.

I am glad I found this place. The owner was very knowledgable and prices were very affordable. It was a paint job that my insurance did not cover and they did it in 2 days

Gustavo and his whole team of mechanics are very reliable, helpful, honest and hard working. I ve brought my car to their garage a handful of times and they never try to up sell me or get me to spend more than I need. They are very honest with their customers about prices and the work that they do. I highly recommend any mechanic at Brandys in East Boston!

Brandy Auto Body worked quickly on my car, but also spent the extra time to deliver it to me clean and scott-free. The service was great, and they were very informative on what was being done. I definitely recommend Brandy Auto Body !!

THE WORST EVER !!! THEY CLAIMED THEY FIXED MY CAR AND DIDN'T, THEY LEFT ONE OF MY TIRES SO LOSE IT ALMOST CAME OFF WHILE I WAS DRIVING !! THEY TRIED TO HUSTLE MONEY FROM MY POCKET WHEN MY INSURANCE PAID THEM.
