If Volvo management read this: you need to teach that old gentleman who works in the commercial parts department behind the counter some manners. He's is literally treats your customers like garbage and pretends he does not understand the words you saying on purpose. It s unbelievable that Sweden's automotive industry representatives can hire such a person.

Upon entering my VIN, make model and year to ensure proper fitment per the red bold print on your website I received the wrong spark plugs in a box with no receipt. I emailed through the link in my confirmation email and it was kicked back. I called the number and the person who answered the phone said just send it back with the receipt. I bring it to fedex and they say I can t return it without a QR code. This was not a quality experience.

I am never left disappointed ordering parts for my 2 Volvos through Boston Volvo. I always receive my parts quickly and never an issue with my orders. I would absolutely recommend this site to anyone looking for Volvo or SAAB parts. It is easy, efficient and quick, every time.

Perfect fit!! And it just popped on & lined up perfectly. I was so anxious it wouldn't fit, & was so sure I'd be taking it to a shop to have installed. A friend was here when it arrived & I wanted to take outside & place under front bumper just to see how it lined up. Next thing I know we're snapping it on! All I have to do is get a couple small bolts & it's done. Thank you so much! Next- cover plate missing where, I think jack attaches. I was so nervous ordering from here. Didn't know anything about it. They're in Boston, I'm in Missouri. Going to get all my parts from here now! Wish I could give 10 stars!!

I have been a customer of Volvo dealers in four different states, and Bill Parsons at Boston Volvo Village provided me with the most personalized and knowledgeable parts service I have ever received from any Volvo dealer. Bill was very professional and dedicated in our phone call to make sure that I was ordering the correct part, and he even followed up with an additional phone call to make sure that the part was correct. I had the part shipped down to Virginia for a repair shop to install the part. In addition to providing personalized and knowledgeable parts service, Bill offered a price that was much lower than another Volvo dealer I checked with. I strongly recommend Bill, and I hope you will call or e-mail Bill and give him the opportunity to earn your business.

This is the first place I've dealt with that actually CALLED me to double check the part I ordered was correct, which it was not. Mike in online sales took care of everything and ensured I got the absolute correct part that was needed. Very polite and helpful! Even when the part was questioned by the person whose car it was for, Mike very willingly talked to my friend to explain that it was, in fact, correct. Great service for sure! Shipping was also super fast with getting it the very next day!

This dealer had the lowest price for my Volvo part of all the sources I found during my Google search. I figured the part I needed would ship from the other side of the planet and take months to arrive, but it was the lowest price with shipping and I wasn't in any particular hurry. I placed my order on October 6 at 11:57 PM EST, meaning a human probably didn't actually see or begin processing my order until the next morning Oct 7. Imagine my surprise when the part was sitting at my front door when I got home from work on October 8! That is cRaZy fast delivery for the lowest priced genuine OEM Volvo part I could find online. What an unusual and pleasant surprise! Good job people! I recommend Boston Volvo to others!

I purchased 3 products from this dealers' parts department online and they all came VERY quickly and the price was much cheaper than my local Volvo Dealership. I will probably use this dealership to purchase all of my factory Volvo parts in the future.I purchased the roof rack and two bicycle carriers for said roof rack for my 2018 Volvo S90.

Ordered a Volvo part online on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. WOW! Excellent experience and less money than I could get it for if I drove up the road to any of my local Volvo dealers. BTW - it's a genuine Volvo part.
