They are unprofessional, i will not suggest to anybody... if you dont want your rims to be scrached.. i had all brand new rims(with all packaging) to be mounted on the tires, they mount them and i find my two rims all scrached, like circle scratch as the mounting machine works, when i noticed it and told them about it they said it was like that, and they refuse me to give my money back. They charged me $100 for only mount 4 tires, without balancing and instalation. It was exact 20 min before i leave this revew.... GUYS BE AWARE !!!Service: Tires

My 20 year old son borrowed my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 and drove to Boston from Maryland for vacation. While he was there the rack and pinion failed and needed to be replaced so I had the vehicle towed to Boston Auto Experts, LLC. Originally had it towed to Quirk Dodge / Chrysler for them to call me the next day to tell me they would NOT work on my truck because of the age and NO history on the vehicle!!! UNREAL, I have NEVER heard of such a thing... I then had the truck towed to Boston Auto Experts, LLC. and spoke to Dave and he got the truck in on the lift immediately and confirmed the rack and pinion needed to be replaced. Dave understood my situation and made time to get the truck in and get the part from another location. They also did an oil change and replaced a turn signal for me to ensure my son would be safe driving home to Maryland. The vehicle was completed the same day as it was brought in. I would 100% recommend this establishment as the customer service that I received was outstanding and I was also discounted on the final price for my military service. I have used Dave's Auto to fix my Volvo twice and both times they did a great job. They were able to do same-day appointments and got my car back up and running as quickly as possible. They made sure to clearly explain each problem and all the possible repairs so I could make informed decisions. They are upfront, honest and affordable. The guys who mounted and balanced my tires were not experienced. It was a really simple job, but they messed it up.They made three mistakes. Among which, they filled up my tires to 45psi when the max is rated to 44psi. That s hazardous.

Excellent work and excellent service. I was traveling and needed my car fixed quickly. It was a stressful set of circumstances but Dave s Auto not only handled everything really well, but also we re very reassuring and kind. Also, I have a company vehicle and sometimes that can be a hassle for auto places. All I heard was I d be happy to help you . I have been recommending them to everyone I speak with. Outstanding experience.

I am usually skeptical about using a new garage to work on my car, as I have had some bad experiences in the past. Mike was awesome, honest, quick working, and worked with me to get my car back on the road ASAP. Mike told me what my car needed and nothing more! He is a ripped off. stay away from this guy. this is my experience with him back last year. ( sorry I forgot to give my review, just don't want anyone else to lose money. This is my honest review)1. took my card there for a noice and left there with $1,525 paid and the problem was not resolved. instead he comet with other issues.2. he siggested I need it new tires, which i did pay for it. Then he give me old tires from his shop and charge me for new one.2. charge me to fix my mirror, and used household spray paint.3. I witness another lady there complaining and asking for refund.

They honest, reliable, and always available in emergencies. And a quick to turn around for routine work, too. I moved from Allston to Everett 2 years ago but still travel to Dave's, even with an auto repair shop right across the street from me.

Avoid this place. I came here at the recommendation of the tow truck driver when my car suddenly broke down in the middle of Comm Ave. Huge mistake. They charged me almost $500 to replace my spark plugs and fuel injector, and my car had problems driving back to my hometown just the next day. After visiting the repair shop my family went to for decades before I moved to Boston, they found out that this auto shop did the repairs COMPLETELY WRONG, and they fixed everything for me for free. If I hadn't gone back home, I would have had to pay someone else to fix the problem again, and it would have cost me twice as much.

We have been going here for years. They fixed our breaks on our sports sedan that was done wrong at the dealership. Very reasonable, reliable and easy to deal with.

You insisted I fix a problem in the back of my car when I reported that I want to fix the problem in the front that's causing my car to not drive.. you fixed what you wanted insisting this will fix my problemIt didn't.. the car drove exactly the dame when i left. almost $1000...smh.. thanks guysService: Steering & suspension replacement
