Bill is the best! I was trying to find someone to look at my check engine light and my usual auto shop said they couldn t see me until next week. Called Bill and he had me come right in and took 20 minutes for him to run a diagnostic - and put air in my tires. :) Luckily, nothing wrong with the car so didn t need work, but I will definitely be coming back here next time I need something.

I cannot say enough positive things about Bill s Garage. Even though I have moved out of the neighborhood, I ll always make the trek back to the waterfront for repairs or inspections. They are honest, experts in car repair and don t try to take advantage of their customers (especially young women!). They took a look at a car I was considering purchasing for no charge, as I was a previous customer. I wish google had 6 stars.

Bill was a lifesaver when we got a flat tire in the seaport on our way out of the city. Gave advice over the phone, when we got to the garage he quickly inspected and plugged the tire, got us in and out in about 15 minutes and back on the road. Thanks Bill!

I went a little out of my way to get my brakes done at this shop because of all the good reviews. I can whole heartedly say the reviews were right! I m very happy I came to Bills and I will be going here for all of my car needs down the line. Service was done quickly, for a fair price and you can tell they have your best interest in mindService: Brakes

Brought my car here to have my brakes/rotors done because of all the good reviews. They managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule and make sure my car was ready in time for thanksgiving. These guys literally saved our vacation ! I was traveling from Montreal alone with my 2 children and arrived in Boston with faulty brakes. Bill managed to not only find the problem quickly and fix it, he even gave me a bunch of ideas as to what to do in the city with my kids!Even went back the next day for a loose bumper and they fixed the problem right away.If they weren t 350 miles away, I would absolutely make this my go to garage for any car trouble. So got the dreaded call from my daughter, over 100 miles away, with a broken down car in downtown Boston. Luckily, Bills Garage was nearby. Bill s took great care In getting the issues diagnosed and fixed at very reasonable prices. Even called me to go over what was needed. Great customer service, family owned, and wonderful to deal with! Highly recommend.

I work in the Seaport area and my car was not handling well. Everyone at the job said go to Bill s. So I did. They looked at my car right away. Bad ball joints! So of course I shouldn t drive it. I left my car expecting service to take at least a day maybe 2. Nope that afternoon I picked up my car. Price was right. Car felt like new. I usually let my husband or sons deal with the mechanics. But these guys were great. No b.s. totally professional. Even offered to drop me off at the office when I left the car. I found my new mechanic!!!!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

These guys are amazing! I called them up a day ahead and told them about a couple things going on with my sprinter (gear not shifting properly and squeaking from ball joint). I came in first thing the next day. They looked at my vehicle right away and within 30 minutes my van was like new and I was on the road! Extremely fast and affordable service. I couldn t be happier. Thanks so much!The garage is located on the corner and the sign is small but it s there and it s well worth finding.

Bill's Garage offers the highest level of service of any mechanic in the Boston area. I moved up to Boston recently and was looking for a new mechanic. I have been using Bill's Garage for the last 4 years. Every time I need to bring my car in, whether it is for routine services or emergency repairs, they are so accommodating and helpful. They technical knowledge is on spot and are reasonable with their fees. Highly recommended!

It does take time to find the place but call them and they will direct you. I ve had my car inspected here as well as oil changes and they are incredibly nice and honest. I asked about my brakes since they were making a squeaking noise and they said they didn t need to be replaced unless the noise was bothering me. I really trust these guys to only do what is needed. Great crew!

This auto shop is great! Super convenient if you live or work in Seaport. Service is friendly, fast and very affordably priced. Took my car in for a state inspection and was out 10 min later! Will definitely be back in the future for other car needs.

Took me a little bit of time to find the first time, but fantastic place. Everyone I talked to was friendly, they picked up their phone right away, and the service was really fast. I plan on going back here for all future mechanical work on my car.

Yes, another 5 star. Went there this afternoon. Mechanic was efficient and friendly. It's at the end of the building towards the water.
