Brian explained all the issues and clearly outlined the costs up front. Having the undercarriage video was a big help, almost like going on the shop floor. I Miss Bob G in service-he was fantastic and always provided solid recommendations. And, it doesn t seem like anyone there is happy and that lends to a weird vibe in the place.The simple oil change turned into an almost $300 bill-outrageous. Went in for a faulty parking brake that failed inspection. Paid for 400$ for a repair and a week later the brake is still faulty. Was told that the original calipers were installed incorrectly and somehow this was missed during the original inspection. Had to pay another 70$ to be told their original repair was useless. No apology, emailed the management and no response. As far as I can tell I paid neatly 500$ for nothing. Either I was swindled or received incompetent service. Both unacceptable.I had previously been here years ago and stopped because I was constantly pressured to pay for additional services. I want to trust an actual Acura dealership to provide the best service for Acuras but it seems I cannot.Service: Brakes

Peter is a great person to work with when you get your car work done. Explains all thoroughly and clearly. Took care of getting me a loaner when they needed to bring in some parts to complete the work. Awesome service center and dealership. Bought my 2019 RDX here and have had all of my service here as well. Ari and the service team took care of me despite being super busy that day. Very comfortable and quiet service center lounge where I sat and worked while waiting. I ve always walked away from service satisfied because everyone is nice and pleasant to work with - at least in my experience.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Justin my sales consultant was the only sales person that asked me why I was looking foe a new vehicle. I visited BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Lexus and Honda and Justin stood out by asking one simple question. He attention to detail was outstanding and the service that I received from the finance department was excellent.

As I was driving back from NY, 7 warning lights lit up about an array of functions that shut down. Ari (service advisor) got me into the dealership to have it checked out. Although the faulty part could not be repaired, they reset the codes and off I went since it wasn t a driveability concern. However, part is on order. Shout outs to Ari for his assistance and keeping me updated and Joe(tech) for his expertise on the matter. Thanks again!Service: Electrical repair

The best Acura service in the state of Massachusetts. I had previously been to the other three Acura dealerships in mass and they were a combination of incompetent, and slimy. Two of them tried to have me do things that were unnecessary. But I knew this so I went elsewhere. Boston Acura was Honest,Confident, and very pleasant to deal with. I trust them on all matters Acura. The service maintenance was done well, A17 service code. Price seemed high around $750, only thing I didn t like was the mechanic put the dirty air filter on the passenger side seat. I brought my car in for a transmission fluid replacement and was told it would be $300 in an hour. 3 days later I had to pay for $2,700 for a timing belt job because of a mistake made on the job order and had to drive from Maine to retrieve my car. Most unacceptable.
