No good I went over there one mechanical said to me he was changing 6 things in my car and I paid for all,after one week I went to expressway Toyota with my car, the expressway mechanic show me only two things changed that's mean he took my money for nothing,only that's i check on the paper he changed I would like to know why he told me he changed 6things dont go overther

Horrible experience here. I went in for a whirling and whining noise when I accelerated. They call me and tell me it's my alternator. Which is weird because this was a second opinion. I decided to trust them. Worst mistake. The replace the alternator. I get it back 800$ later and nothing is better. It actually runs worse. They proceed to gaslight me and tell me it runs fine and they don't hear a noise. They tell me it's because the battery was dead from the alternator. The noise is worse so I ask them to get into the car and drive with me. Eventually he said he hears a slight noise. The noise is actually very loud and even a non-mechanic would be able to recognize that it wasn't right. The mechanic tells me its just how my car runs. That it's supposed to sound like a chicken with a kazoo and not accelerate, essentially. I've had this car for a decade, I know that's not true.They proceed to put it up again and then liquid starts to drop out of the car - they tell me it's the air conditioner and I have never paid attention to this before and it's normal. Again, I know my car, so don't tell me lies. Eventually they said the main mechanic was out this week and they would refund me. I was annoyed but I appreciated the refund. Later they call me and say they are keeping 180 for the diagnostics test. And saying that they fixed it and it runs fine. Meanwhile as I type this my car is being towed to the junkyard. I want the full refund.They said that I don't know what I'm talking about and I'm not a mechanic. Well, frankly, neither are they.

My repairs were done quick and same day service. Would of gave it 5 stars but the service wasn't free.

We got there 4:40 pm for an oil change that doesn t take more than 15 min the old man that was just sitting and chatting with the other guys just told us we just want to go home and show us the exit so rude, too bad service

This shop isn't bougie by any means--you're getting the maintenance special....but the people there will get you car up and running again which is most important. Their prices are absolutely fair. In my experience the mechanics had no issue in showing me what they were doing, what part(s) had damage, etc. They were very transparent with me which is so important in the automotive repair world. The owner(?) offered me a ride home because of my situation. What other shop would extend that offer? I just hope they give all customers the hospitality they gave me and maybe even better.

These guys are the best. From the owner George who I first bought a car from a year ago great treatment service. If you feel something is wrong with the car he does not place you at the end of the list even a year later he still services the car with top notch mechanics. I will recommend this business structure to anyone. I am the most skeptical person you could ever meet and would give a bad review in a heartbeat if I see any bad service or treatment toward customer. At A to Z Auto they are what every business should be...

Just got my inspection and sticker done. Fast and precisely done by the mechanic, plus they are friendly and professionals which is the best. Definitely recommended auto shop.

I bought a suv from here never again will I purchase from them!! They are sneaky and horrible service the young kid just lies. They sold me a car with a blown engine and broken windshield etc. horrible experience!!!

No problems, I had my truck tires balance with tire rotation that I needed. I do recommend A to Z auto repair. Note: they do a lot more major vehicle repair s if needed and also car inspection too.

Warning, this is a ripoff and scammers shop, do NOT do business with them, I had a deal with the owner, I provide the parts, they charge me for labor. There are 2 parts need to be replaced in the deal. 1. Coolant valve 2. Coolant temperature sensor. The worker over there are retarded, the owner gave them 2 parts above, they replaced the coolant valve, and forgot to do the sensor. When I found out, they didnt want to the job again, and told me that the deal doesn t include the sensor because the coolant valve and the sensor are in different locations of the car. This is BS, it s not my fault that they forgot to finish both jobs at one disassemble, they just being lazy and I know that they just don t want to take the car apart and do it again, they lied to me that 2 parts are located in different locations of the car. So whatever I paid, it s done. I paid them cash for labor, it s was too late to take my money back for unfinished job!! They are scammer!! Do NOT do business with them!!!

I purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue from his auto dealer on South Hampton street he sells garbage and as we speak I am also sending video of a unlicensed mechanic doing work on the Rogue. I work hard for my money no one is going to get over on this one.

I went there to look at a car that was way beyond my means due to my line of credit. The finance director I have to say went out of her way to look for differences loaning places until she found one and called me by surprise. It was a good experience this far

Went in for a state emission inspection and they are well organized and how me in and out in less than 15 minutes. It is cash only for inspections.
