This place is great! The customer service is unbeatable. They have helped me out numerous times when I had a flat tire that needed fixed. They go above and beyond to make you feel like a valued customer.

I ve been a customer for over 5 years. The guys here are top shelf, very honest and friendly. I d strongly recommend you stop in or give Sean a call if you have anything you need done to your car at an affordable price and a quick turnaround! P.S if you choose to wait in the lounge like I do the bathroom is clean and everything is maintained beautifully. Thanks Sean and the guys at VIP for treating me like a VIP!

I phone phoned this location because I needed a new car battery. Was told I could bring my car in and get it worked on that same day. Everything went smoothly and costs were explained in detail prior to service. Great experience overall.

I called early on a Saturday morning for a slow leak in a front tire. Ken, the store manager told me to come by around 10 and he would try to squeeze me in, so I figured I d be waiting a while. They took my truck right in and after a few minutes told me what I really needed was new tires. I knew that it was due but was concerned about time and cost. He told me they could do the job in less than an hour and gave me a price. Not more than an hour later the job was done, the bill was exactly what he quoted, and I couldn t be happier with the ride the new tires are giving me. A nice, clean waiting area. Polite and friendly staff. Will definitely return for my next tire issues and highly recommend them for their service, honest approach to customer relationships and a job well done.

amazing customer service and they are very friendly. helped me install a winter wheel/tire package on my new vehicle. they did a great job, were reasonably priced, and were quick and efficient. would most definitely recommend this place for tire and auto service needs.

Called the store to see if they were able to put a tire on a wheel for me in a rush. Man on the phone said to come on down. VIP got it done in less than an hour. Picked it up after work, no issues, in & out. Perfect. Thanks again!

I had my car serviced on 2/11 to have a belt replaced. Unfortunately the same day my check engine light turned on. Shawn was able to take care of belt and the check engine light issue the same day.

I thought I needed an oil change and made an appointment at VIP . I brought truck in and they told me I didn t need one yet. The gentleman was so honest. I will go to vip again. I am impressed! Thank you for being so kind and honest,

Went in because 2 front tires tread was low! I told the guy when I called and he said bring it down. I get there and he tells me he can only do it if u buy 4. Was only interested in making the sale. I told him if I say I only want 2 no reason to force me into 4. He got very rude and demeaning. Avoid this place at all costs rude service and not helpful

My experience is only from a phone call, but I am so thankful for the friendly and helpful answer to my check engine light question. They were attentive to the details I described and gave me advice on how to go about timing repairs. I d definitely visit this shop in person when needed. Thank you!

If anyone is looking for 5-star treatment, VIP in Billerica is your place. My daughter attends Northeastern University and was exiting a parking spot on campus when her car stopped working. Not familiar with the area, a family member highly recommended VIP. Not only did they service her vehicle quickly, but since it was a minor fix they did not charge me. As well, they kept her car safe in a garage when I could not get there same day to pick it up. What could have been an expensive, stressful experience was relieving and pleasant. I go here every time to get an oil change and they always give me there best efforts, I went the same day and had an issue with my TPMS light and Ken and his team fix it within no time and no issues. Great place

I personally have used VIP Tires & Service for many many years now and I have never been disappointed with the Quality of service, Maintenance and help for the right parts when needed for my car. Ever.!! I always choose Vip.

I've had success here years ago, but within the past 2 years they've gone seriously down hill. they messed up an oil change twice: one time they left a funnel in my oil filler valve on top of the engine which lead to oil shooting everywhere. the second time they did not tighten the oil filter and since it's on the top of the engine it sprayed oil all into the engine compartment and burned out the alternator and left an oil film on everything that never came off. the car was never the same again and I sold it. then my kid tells me he stopped in there because he had a metalic noise coming from his car going over bumps. the VIP tech takes it for a test drive and comes back telling him his entire rear end is rotted out and he needs to go to Honda because they can't help him there. it's an 11 year old car with 178,000 miles so not unplausible. except when he comes home I visually inspect and there's no rot, everything in the rear is in good working order and the sound he's talking about is the splash shield hanging from the front of the car because his school did an oil change and forgot to tighten it back up. I have no idea how the VIP tech completely missed that, but it just confirms to never go here for anything

Ken is everything you want in a mechanic. He s upfront and honest with you about your car. I was at the dealer yesterday for an oil change and they said I needed new brakes and tires and wanted to charge me $2000 for it. I decided to get a second opinion before pulling the trigger, plus even if I did need those repairs, it d be cheaper at VIP and still good quality work. They looked at the car, and Ken said nothing was wrong with the brakes or tires.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I got a nail in my tire on a Saturday morning. Called every tire shop in Wilmington/Burlington/Billerica and nobody would see me until Monday. Vip tire saw me right away, replaced my tire and saved my weekend. Thank you

Lifesavers. On our way on Rt 3 to NH the tire pressure light came on. It was getting late on a Saturday afternoon. VIP was close by and took us in right away. The right rear tire was almost flat. They fixed the tire and we were back on the road in 20 minutes. We weren't even late for dinner. Super level of service and the price was great.

The dealership couldn't get my A/T tires mounted on my truck - they tried several times and even tried ordering a different set of the same tires to no avail. Ken from VIP got them mounted and balanced no problem.

Been here a few times for oil changes, various vehicles. Each time I ve come with one of my better vehicles they always leave with a new blemish. Prices are fair but the carelessness is getting to me. Yup, that s my engine cover resting on my fender. Minor scratch, no real harm so I guess no foul but I ll be looking for somewhere new

Perfect place to tow your daughters car after she calls you hysterically crying, broken down on route 3. They may not be able to solve my daughter's future mental anguish, but they sure as heck fixed her car quickly with friendly service.

On our RV trip from Michigan, up the east Coast, we needed 5 Goodyear tires , After calling around , found a pleasant guy, Algenix Caceres , at VIP tires in Billerica, MA(where my wife grew up) He ordered tires from Maine and got them in a day, the price was right .We appreciate the timely & caring manner . Ken did a great job getting me an affordable price for tires along with the balancing and alignment. I really appreciate the fast service at this location. Without an appointment I was able to get in and out. Car runs and drives great. VIP Billerica was excellent. I called to schedule a 4 wheel alignment and oil change and they were able to get me in the very next day. Pricing was publicly available on their website and also in-store, so there was NO guessing game. Customer service was well above average, and I was in and out in around 90 minutes.
