I brought in my 2019 Highlander for 4 new tires. I had agreed to a set when I called in, but Michael at the front counter helped me to better understand what tires would be best for my car at the best price. I was very happy with the experience and will certainly be heading back for any future tire work!

Had a nail in one of our tires that caused a flat. Took it to Connor over at Town Fair in Billerica who helped get the nail out and fix the flat same day. Great work with a very fair price.

Terrific service! These guys are always so attentive and try to help in any way possible. I came in today, without an appointment, with a slow leak and Conor was extremely helpful! He was able to get me back on the road, in no time! Conor and the whole teams made sure, not just my tire with a nail, but all of them were good to go. Can't thank them enough!

I had to replace tires on two cars to pass inspection this year, and am happy with my service. Michael at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful with providing quotes, and was able to beat two others I received from different businesses in the area. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a new set of tires.

Michael is amazing Town fair tire is easily the best shop around!!! Got me in and out in a quick amount of time! If you have any issues with tires go and ask for Michael he will take the best care of you!

Had a great experience getting new tires and rims. Mark and his team are excellent. He helped me pick out just the right thing. Jeep looks very cool, rides great and is so much more quiet now. Recommend. See after and before!

Seriously the best. Conor was incredibly helpful. I have a large Escalade that I drive hundreds of miles a week on ..they have the best advice and super honest. They actually fixed a problem that the dealership was supposed to fix. We got lucky with this particular place and will always bring our trucks here. These people care and are incredibly good. And a third of the price of a dealership. Trust me.

Went in to price match and order some all season tires. Conor helped me out, and was amazing. He called around and eventually found the set that I was looking for at another location, and price matched to the price I found online. Made an appointment for 4 days later to get them installed. Guy was also very nice and personable and answered all the questions I had. Couldn t have asked for a better experience.

I showed up at 8:00 a.m. right when they opened and showed them a picture of the screw I had run over. I had purchased the protection package back in March of 2022 so that I would get free flat repair. That was well worth it since I was just able to walk in and get my tire fixed in an hour and that included them rotating my tires.

I highly recommend town fair tire in Billerica. I went in to get a tire replaced, and I couldn t have asked for better service! Conor was very polite and extremely professional! He provided me with all my options and was so helpful! Highly recommend!!

I got tires for my pickup at Town Fair Tire over a year ago. Today I got a bolt in a tire and stopped in at the end of the day. The manager Mark Anderson was great, he took the time to talk to me, understand the issue, and then found a way to fit me in before closing to help get me back on the road. All of this was at no cost with road hazard. How can you honestly ask for better customer service? When I need tires again I will be coming back to see Mark without question. Thanks Mark!

I recently went to Town Fair Tire in Billerica for snow tire installation, and I couldn t be more pleased with the service. The staff (specifically Mark Anderson) was efficient, professional and the service was seamless. Wait time was minimal and my car now feels secure and ready for winter weather! 5/5 - highly recommend!

Had the best experience at Town Tire Billerica with Mark Anderson. He listened to me & understood the problem & explained the steps he was going to take. Very professional. Great personality. They tried to make a big sale and lost a couple customers for it. My gf brought her tire to be repaired due to a screw in the tread and whoever was helping her said it couldn t be plugged and that she needed all 4 tires replaced.. mind you she just had her car serviced a week prior at her dealership and they said her car was in mint condition (tires include)..she left town fair and we brought her car to a local tire shop in Dracut shout out to Dracut tire they are awesome! They told us it was an easy fix and patched it up in about 10 minutes! Don t let these guys bully you into purchasing new tires and go somewhere else..also I ve found many other places to be far cheaper for tires get it together town fair

The Gm Nate and the other guys working there were great. I got a hole in my tire and then realized my spare was flat as well. They patched the hole quickly for me as I was in a bit of a rush. Highly recommend bringing your car there for any tire needs

The Billerica location is great. I called today for 4 new tires and alignment. I spoke with Conor. Really knowledgeable and really helpful. It helped me Wright away and was able to acomodate me the same day. They finished the job early and everybody is really profesional. Highly recommend this place. Thanks.

Conor was absolutely amazing. I just moved to billerica and he helped me when my tire was practically flat I had my toddler with me and he was able to fit me in regardless of him being short staffed he helped and was kind very much appreciated.

Dynamite Service. Mark Anderson was able to give me a great deal on four brand new tires. Connor was also a big help on the phone. Nothing but good things to say about these guys. It s nice to be treated fairly by a business for a change. I would definitely recommend.

Went in with a certain tire pre-ordered but was informed of a better option on sale and purchased those. Always happy to get a better option and advice. I've use the Billerica location since it opened and have been very pleased.

Loved the service Mark gave me they put new lug nuts as mine were not working they gave me an excellent service and i would recommend everyone that lives in billerica to get their car ride all nice and new again
