The place used to be good but something changed. They will try to scam you to buy parts your vehicles don t need, very fishy communication. One second they say you need a new part then when you call them out on the fact the vehicle was just thoroughly checked and just needs a state inspection they back up on what they said. Just trying to gouge money out of people. Don t go here EVEN for an inspection or they will try to rip you off if you re inexperienced/not knowledges in cars.

Keith, who is the owner (I think) is excellent.He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and direct. The cost for my brake repairs blew away in a good way. He took my car right away, repaired it in one afternoon and charged me less than $350. The Toyota dealership wanted over $1,200 for the same exact service. Keith also took the time to explain to me exactly what needed to be done and more importantly what didn t need to be done. He used an actual instructional model of the brake system he has in his shop. I now have a complete understanding of how my brake system works and what components make up my brake system. His operation is no frills minimalist, honest auto repair. A refreshing change from what I am used to. I have friends who are experienced car mechanics who couldn t believe how fair his pricing was considering the quality of his work. I feel like I won the car repair lottery.I am totally hooked. Went to get my car inspected and the woman behind the counter was super friendly, and immediately let me know they were waiting on stickers to be delivered, so it would be at least 20-30 minutes before they could complete the inspection. I appreciated the honesty and heads up.

I came in on a Saturday morning after noting there was a slight exhaust noise. I pulled up and noticed the place was slightly busy, but Keith gave me the thumbs up he would get it in for a look swiftly.No more than 10min they had it on the lift and Keith pointed out to me the two places on the exhaust that were starting to leak. I really thought I was going to have to leave the car or come back to have parts ordered, he told me that pieces could be clipped and replaced with clean pipe and joints.I have worked with Keith and his team of excellent mechanics before. I really like servicing my vehicles with him since his shops are always Honest, Reasonable priced, Work Done Well and almost always are able to get the job in very fast, usually without any appointment.I also visit Main Street Auto Care In Stoneham (Also one of Keith s service shops) I live a little closer it. I get the same level of service there too, and I see Keith there time to time.I would highly recommend Bermans. The Team here is very skilled and they are able to work on a wide range of repairs!

Talk to Pam an employee she was very helpful. Was going there to get a sticker for my truck, said at that moment there was no one waiting if I wanted to come right over. So I did then talk to Pam she instructed me on what to do. I was in and out in no time Thank Pam .

Brought my car in to have the exhaust fixed(exhaust manifold) $250,one month later another part of my exhaust breaks flex pipe ($150) then another month goes by or less and another part of my exhaust breaks. They wanted another $200 something dollars to fix this part. I felt like I got ripped off. How can they fix the other part of the exhaust and not notice that another part is going to break. It takes some time for the pipes to rust and break. I don't know if they made it break or if they waited so they could just charge me more when it finally broke. I don't know much about cars but something doesn't make sense here. I had nothing but problems with my car after I left this place. They do have lower prices but it's not worth it!

Fair prices work excellent wouldn't go anywhere else this was an Old Post but I have to tell you just had my car repaired there again Keith did a great job no questions asked honest fair prices not overcharging this is the place to come !!!

This gas station has the cheapest price within a 5-mile radius of my home for super unleaded gas. And they hold their prices very firmly for a long time .

I Will Drive OUT of My Way in Order to Purchase My Gasoline here!Im a wheelchair user, standing & doing anything to my car is next to impossible, but staff see me pull in, and come to put gas in my car!! Will also check my oil if i ask. I have also gotten a jump when my car wiuldnt start after getting gas one time this winter, during horrible storm, he cleaned off the battery terminaks even!! Put gunk on, to hinder more crud coming back, quik check of my battery, he foubd no problems, blame the weather, not my car. )Really AWESOME PLACE!!!

Bought a Red Bull this morning and noticed it tasted a little weird, the expiration date is from LAST FEBRUARY.(almost a year old) Called and told them and they didn t offer to refund or anything. I asked her to check the other Red Bull cans and supposedly their expiration dates are fine, but be careful when buying from here. This is disgusting.

Cheap gas and honest garage. Lots of Bible verses on the pumps. Main checkout area and bathroom leave a lot to be desired.

Very honest and fair mechanics.... Mechanics always on duty, polite and really knowledgeable when it comes to repairs. I've seen some times more then 50% less then dealer.
